with the rise of the third information revolution, the Internet has gradually penetrated into all classes of society. As a young group, college students have stronger ability to receive new things, are the main body of the Internet user structure, and are deeply affected by the Internet information. In this case, in order to further improve the effect of Ideological and political education and strengthen the guiding force for the ideological growth of college students, Universities must carry out education layout in the Internet world, build a positive Internet environment for college students, and exert a subtle influence on students’ thoughts. At the same time, due to the characteristics of convenient information transmission on the Internet, it can greatly improve the teaching efficiency and quality, make the teaching activities break through the limitation of space and space, and enable students to accept the baptism of Ideological and political education anytime and anywhere.

With the development of the current Internet, e-commerce has also shown a vigorous vitality. The development of China’s new poverty alleviation model is also closely related to the Internet e-commerce platform. The construction of e-commerce platform has gradually become an important path to get rid of poverty in rural areas. Through a series of analysis, this paper summarizes some current situation of e-commerce development and some effects achieved by e-commerce platform in poverty alleviation, and summarizes the experience and poverty alleviation model of some domestic e-commerce platforms. <p>With the development of information technology, new media platforms are ubiquitous in people's daily life, providing effective channels for the dissemination of information. New media is widely popular in the current network as a new communication carrier appears in the public view. Even though the Internet brings more convenience to people, it does not exclude that the Internet<em> </em>also makes some negative energy penetrate into the hearts of netizens, leading to the distortion of their values. Faced with this situation, colleges and universities should carry out healthy ideological and political education for students, so as to make Chinese students better aware of their social responsibilities and form a sound personality. Based on the current development trend of new media, this paper discusses the optimization strategy of ideological and political education for college students, so as to better provide correct value orientation for students.</p>

Based on directed normal junior college students of Guangxi K College, who have graduated from high schools, this paper analyzes the characteristics of normal college students majoring in all subjects of rural primary schools, and puts forward three dilemmas of ideological and political education under the background of the widespread use of the Internet, namely, the ideological and political education is still mainly conducted by teachers, the “Internet Plus” ideological and political education system needs to be innovated, and the “Internet Plus” vocational ideal education is insufficient. In this paper, three ways are put forward to solve the problems, namely, taking students as the main body to build internet platforms, innovating the ways and methods of “Internet plus Ideological and Political Education”, and using the internet to strengthen students’ vocational emotion education.
