In a media-dominated society, all organizations have certain reputational risks. In recent years, the public image of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation has been largely determined by the Internet environment. On the one hand, favorable images are created in it, on the other, the exposure of abuse and illegal actions. As a rule, the latter, on the basis of the action of the regularities of the formation of a conditioned reflex and the emergence of emotions and feelings, have a greater impact on the public. The authors note that the effectiveness of external communication of employees of internal affairs bodies is interconnected with its positioning in society, which ensures a positive or negative emotional attitude towards the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the part of others. In this regard, interaction with citizens in legal situations is an image-forming component. The article analyzes the acute conflict situation of interaction between an employee of the internal affairs bodies with citizens, which is posted on the video hosting You Tube (channel of the public project "Movement") in the form of videos about citizens visiting the Reception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia ("Kneeling in front of the lieutenant colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia! Sercons continued", " Serkons Bought the Police? Bloggers At the Reception of the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "). The main methods of psychological influence are highlighted, which made it possible to destabilize this situation, the regulatory legal framework is analyzed, which can be used by police officers in an acute crisis situation and in the process of performing operational and service actions.

The study deals with the issue of misleading information in the Internet environment. The authors define and analyse basic terms denoting various methods of disinformation. They point to the fact that there are specific terms and phenomena forming the thematic axis of the current discourse on disinformation practices in online media. They state that there is quite a lot of chaos in the field of terminology. This is the reason why they critically reconsider the existing knowledge related to disinformation, such as fake news and the like. The ambition of the authors is the conceptualisation of disinformation methods in the context of a broadening of genres and social background. They emphasise the need to research the issue because the information quality of various blogs, posts, comments, etc. raises many unanswered questions or incorrect answers. In their analysis of the issue, they use the basic methods of logical analysis, the hermeneutic approach, as well as selectively chosen examples of individual typological variants of disinformation.

Introduction. In the modern educational environment, the informatization of the learning process changes the process of development and socialization of schoolchildren. The widespread introduction of information technologies has both a constructive and destructive impact on the formation of young people. This actualizes the need to research the inner world of students who are affected by the negative consequences of excessive involvement in the Internet environment to create a modern system of psychological and pedagogical support. The purpose of the study: to study the influence of the characteristics of personal maturity on the formation of problematic Internet use of high school students. Materials and methods. The study of problematic Internet use was conducted using the CIAS test (Chen's Internet Addiction scale, adapted by V. L. Malygin, K. A. Feklisova). To study personal characteristics, such methods were used as: the scale of self-assessment of personal maturity (A.V. Miklyaeva.); the test of resilience (S. Muddy in the adaptation of D. Leontiev); the scale of socialization (California psychological Questionnaire); the modified method of "Who am I" by M. Kuhn, T. McPartland. The sample consisted of 1,031 people (669 girls and 362 boys), aged 14 to 18 years. Methods of mathematical statistics: methods of descriptive statistics, one-factor analysis of variance, regression analysis. The results of the study. Significant differences were revealed in a number of components of personal maturity in adolescents with different levels of involvement in the Internet environment. High school students with normative Internet use have significantly higher academic performance (H=12.35, p=0.0021), personal maturity (H=24.81, p=0.0001), reflexive maturity (H=76.26, p=0.0001), socialization (H=138.43, p=0.0001), self-esteem of the desire to grow up (H=7.25, p=0.0266). Students with problematic Internet use significantly more often have high indicators of resilience (N=225.5, p=0.0001), engagement (N=181.11, p=0.0001), control (N=172.38, p=0.0001), risk taking (N=199.62, p=0.0001). Predictors of the formation of problematic Internet use in high school students were identified: reflexive maturity (b=-0.573, p=0.000008), regulatory maturity (b=0.387, p=0.0059), level of socialization (b=-0.407, p=0.000006) and resilience (b=0.821, p=0.000001). Using regression analysis, the role of the characteristics of personal maturity and resilience in the actual determination of the CIAS Internet addiction index was determined. Conclusion. A number of new data have been obtained that reveal the personal characteristics of adolescents with different levels of involvement in the Internet environment. The role of the features of personal maturity and resilience in the actual determination of the CIAS Internet addiction index is determined. The data obtained can be used in psychological support of modern high school students in order to diagnose and prevent problematic Internet use.

The necessity of establishing intercultural communication skills in children and young people is growing in the modern world. Expanding, extending the openness and accessibility of the Internet area, where diverse people with varied ideas, interests, and aspirations meet, plays a significant role in this process. Todays youth are aptly referred to as digital aborigines, as they navigate the multicultural internet environment with ease, actively using modern technology that have already become a part of their daily lives. The goal of this study is to investigate the setting of an online multicultural environment from the perspective of Slovak university students, as well as to identify and analyze current problems that university students can see in online discussions about other cultures. A structured interview was used as the primary research approach. The results provide Slovak students perspective on the six most common topics that resonate in connection with different cultures on the current Internet: (1) concerns about ones own safety due to differences of others; (2) misinformation on the Internet regarding the difference of others; (3) cognitive prejudice; (4) religious prejudices; (5) exaggeration; and (6) influencing audience emotions. This paper holds the view that modern young people should develop not only the ability to navigate in virtual reality, but also make daily personal efforts to overcome personal barriers and develop intercultural media literacy, which the authors define as the ability to acquire, in addition to digital competencies, intercultural understanding skills and apply these skills in practice in the process of communication in the Internet environment.

This study aims to explore the entrepreneurial psychology of physical Education (PE) students under the “Internet+”environment, to cultivate and improve the entrepreneurial consciousness of PE students, taking the realization of students’ sense of self-efficacy as an intermediary factor. The new educational technology in modern PE is analyzed first. Specifically, the motion sensing technology based on human-computer natural interaction can be used for training, so that learners can effectively improve their physical skills. Subsequently, the current entrepreneurial situation of PE majors is discussed, with 188 students from Tianjin University of Sport and Guangzhou Sport University selected as research subjects. It is found that 62.2% of students have never been exposed to online entrepreneurship, and they are more afraid of entrepreneurial risks. In terms of entrepreneurial motivation, most students choose to start a business because of “personal ideals,” and only 40 people choose to start a business because of economic factors. There is a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of college students majoring in PE, and the correlation coefficient is 0.488. At present, the teaching mode of sports universities focuses on the teaching of professional courses. However, students generally believe that the professional knowledge learned is not useful for future entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students tends to be positive, and there are notable differences in the entrepreneurial self-efficacy between boys and girls. The regression analysis of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of college students shows that entrepreneurial self-efficacy can effectively predict entrepreneurial intention. This research promotes the innovation and development of the sports industry under the background of “Internet+”.

Emotional marketing is consistent with the trend of "product-centered" to "user-centered" marketing. In the past, marketing was more concerned about the function of products. Now, it is based on users’ emotions and humanistic care to achieve marketing purposes. According to data, more than 80% of purchases are based on emotional emotions rather than rational logic, and most purchases are triggered by emotions. Users also have different reactions to marketing information under different emotions. The emotional response degree of female customers is stronger than that of male customers in both positive and negative states. If you can sense whether the user is in a positive or negative emotional state, then consider whether to promote or not, otherwise little effect.
