Plant biology, as a significant compulsory course for biological science students, is intuitive and practical, which plays a unique role in improving students' comprehensive quality and cultivating their innovation ability. Because of its strong practical characteristics, the experimental course is of great necessity in the study of this course. This paper analyzes the traditional teaching mode of plant biology experiment, as well as its shortcomings in modern teaching, and puts forward diversified reform methods based on the development of contemporary plant biology to promote the teaching mode of plant biology experiment to meet the needs of contemporary students on this subject. Based on the rapid development of modern science and technology, this paper includes the teaching contents, teaching methods, and assessment system of plant biology experiments, and discusses them respectively. This paper aims to improve the teaching efficiency of modern plant biology experiments and help to achieve the goal of efficiently improving students' innovation and scientific research ability.

At present, students major in photo electricity information science and engineering, measurement and control technology and instrumentation of colleges and universities are not interested in the compulsory courses which require higher theoretical basis. And teaching efficiency of such courses is bad. Aiming at the issue, we put forward some important measures on how to motivate students’ interest and improve the teaching efficiency of compulsory courses of such majors with a combination of course: Laser Principle and Application. From the aspect of teachers, a teacher shall accumulate rich application examples in various fields and prepare lessons efficiently. It is a precondition for improving compulsory course teaching efficiency. It is also effective guarantee to carry out vivid classroom teaching with a combination of cutting-edge technological development. Besides, it is fundamental guarantee for a teacher to bring in diversification means in the big data era and adopt advanced teaching methods. From the aspect of students, rich learning interest and positive learning attitude are the fundamental power to improve compulsory course teaching efficiency. In addition, necessary engineering practice ability cultivation is the fundamental goal.

Abstract The network teaching assistance system uses the form of dialogue to discuss the teaching content with students, the course schedule arrangement, the way and technology of teaching and training, which can effectively improve the teaching quality, shorten the teaching time and increase the teaching efficiency to achieve the established optimization of teaching purposes. In this paper, a forum system for experimental teaching is proposed, which aims to establish a public communication platform to serve the experimental teaching process, and to apply it to the exchange and study between the experimental instructors and students. Through text multimedia technology, the quality of experimental teaching is improved, and students’ practical ability and innovative thinking are cultivated. The experimental teaching forum uses B/S structure to design the interactive platform of information exchange, and presents the information to the user through the browser. The transaction logic is processed by the server side, and the front-end represents the exchange of information.

School heads are agents of change who contribute a major impression on the educational milieu through their information-sharing methods, creating supportive social connections, participating in mentoring programs, and fostering progress. Hence, this study ascertained the interrelation between the public school head’s leadership practices and teachers’ performance. As correlation research, simple random sampling was used to calculate the sample size for teachers, while total enumeration was used for school heads. A structured questionnaire was developed to gather the necessary information that reinforced the theme of this analysis. Weighted mean was used to ascertain the level of leadership practices of school heads and the level of teacher performance. T-test, F-test, post-hoc test, and Pearson <em>r</em> were employed to establish the degree of association between and among variables. This study concluded that the variation in leadership practices experienced by school heads and teachers is absolutely vital, confirming that their reactions are fundamentally better. Teachers' performance is consistent irrespective of age, educational achievement, or significant contributions. In terms of teaching status and number of years of experience, head teachers have improved teaching efficiency than teachers and master teachers. Teachers with shorter relevant experience showed poorer educational quality relative to those who spent more time in the school system. School heads who have obtained their doctorate degrees get a greater level of leadership practices than the holders of master's degrees. The very productive performance of teachers stays the same, regardless of whether the school heads exhibit a very high degree of authentic leadership.

This study measures the efficiency of higher education institutions with respect to teaching activity, research activity, and overall activities and also provides a direction for low-performing institutions to improve their performance. In many instances, the efficiency of the institution is a sum up of the efficiency of its activities. However, when the activities consume some resources in common, it requires the allocation of shared resources among the activities. Since sums up the efficiency of each activity does not give the institution's overall efficiency, we use a joint data envelopment analysis that takes into account the institution's internal operations to measure the teaching efficiency, research efficiency, and overall efficiency of the institutions. The empirical results indicate that the institutions that execute both activities simultaneously become more productive rather than adopt a single activity. Hence, this study suggests a useful and measurable action to improve the institution’s performance.

The success and failure of color matching are directly related to work efficiency, sleep, personality and so on. Color matching course can not only cultivate students' creative thinking, but also improve their aesthetic ability and expression ability. This paper studies the teaching methods of art color design in Higher Education in the new era. Color matching course is an important part of the teaching and training of art design major, and it is also an essential basic skill for every environmental art student. Through the research on the meaning, types and characteristics of color, as well as the concept and category of color matching, combined with the experience and lessons in the teaching process, this paper demonstrates various teaching methods of indoor color design in practical teaching. The experimental research shows that the method proposed in this paper can improve the teaching efficiency of art color design.

Taijiquan is a representative sport in my country’s traditional sports. It occupies an important position in China’s traditional sports. It has been rated as my country’s intangible cultural heritage. Widespread and promotion of Taijiquan can promote my country’s traditional culture. Using the unique advantages of Tai Chi and better development prospects, the method and path of VR technology are combined to create a new cultural atmosphere, and the active spread and promotion of Tai Chi culture are gradually carried out. VR technology is an augmented reality technology based on sensors and computers that can provide a strong visual experience. Playing the role of multimedia edge computing technology and combining VR technology with the advantages of Tai Chi itself are beneficial to change the traditional teaching methods and the spread of the Tai Chi movement. The purpose of this article is to solve some of the problems China faces in the promotion of Taijiquan and explore the role of VR technology in the spread and promotion of Taijiquan. This article uses methods such as searching literature, questionnaires, and experimental comparisons. The students in the 24-style Taijiquan elective course are the research objects, using VR technology as the teaching method of Taijiquan, scoring teaching efficiency, learning enthusiasm, students’ sensory effects, the attractiveness of Taijiquan, and statistics and analysis of relevant data. The research results show that the combination of VR technology and Taijiquan teaching can increase the visual and auditory effects of students in the learning process by 28.4%, the overall improvement of students’ learning enthusiasm by 25.3%, and the overall increase of learning efficiency by 34.8%, while greatly improving Taijiquan’s performance attractive. Therefore, it can be seen that the application of VR technology to Tai Chi is feasible.

The research aims to provide ideas for improving college students’ physical quality in China. Firstly, the theories of the Delphi method and Computer-Aided Instruction (CAI) are introduced, and the basic process of the Delphi method is deduced. Secondly, the intelligent college Physical Education (PE) is discussed under the Delphi method combined with CAI, and the CAI-added Delphi method-based PE teaching model is proposed. The model verification results show that the proposed model presents an excellent teaching effect by combining intuitive expression and flexible courseware with higher teaching efficiency. As a result, students who have difficulty mastering the essentials of sports actions have shown significant improvement after CAI PE. Meanwhile, the teaching method of CAI is more flexible compared with traditional methods, especially, on-blackboard projection. The proposed teaching model is more vivid and memorable thanks to the video presentations voiced over by teachers. CAI can significantly improve students’ interests in sports and their sports performance. Meanwhile, the CAI PE teaching system is more suitable for theoretical knowledge instruction by replacing the dull teacher-centered word interpretation with vivid and intuitive video presentations voiced over by teachers. Therefore, the proposed CAI-added Delphi method-based PE teaching model has certain feasibility and plays a significant role in promoting PE teaching quality in China.
