The design of a scanning magnet power-supply used in a 10MeV industrial radiation accelerator is presented in this paper. The consideration of linear magnetic field current and the principle of triangle wave modulator are included. In addition, the control system based on single chip and its anti-jamming scheme in industrial circumstance are also introduced. The scanning magnet power-supply can produce continuous triangle waveform current. The frequency can be adjusted by step length of 1Hz ranged from 20Hz to 50Hz, and the peak-to-peak current is 20A.

In order to improve the efficiency of electrostatic precipitators, a control system of constant current source based on Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) is designed. In the control process, we use the pulse signal from microcontroller P1 port as digital signals of the switch. By changing the number of contact closure control, we achieve steady flow output of different magnitude. By using closed-loop feedback control, we achieve constant monitoring of dust concentration and ensure it compliance with outlet concentration of national requirements. The results show that microcontroller control system has a strong anti-interference, high accuracy, ease of programming, etc. Used in the electrostatic precipitator, collection efficiency can be further improved.

LED driver plays an important role in unleashing many advantages of LED, such as high efficiency, long life-time. A constant current fly-back LED driver based on TOP222 is designed in this paper, and the transformer of the constant current power supply and the constant current feedback circuit are deeply researched. The experiment shows that, the output current of the LED driver is 1A, the output power is 10W, the power supply works in constant voltage mode within the low load situation. The result shows that the driver featured with good stability, constant-current characteristic, and high efficiency, is capable for driving LED.

Range Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) is a vehicle in smooth transition to pure electric vehicle. According to the functional analysis to REEV, propose the overall design of auxiliary power unit, develop an APU control system. This control system is based on infineon XC164CS Single Chip Microcomputer, use modular method, design and develops the data acquisition module, IGBT driver module, CAN communication module and conducts bench experiment to the system. The bench testing shows the system has high sampling precision, fast speed, good stability and easy to debug. Basic APU strategy control plan is designed to ensure electricity generation with first constant current, then constant voltage work mode, and can perform the fault diagnosis function, meet practical requirements, and achieve the expected control purpose.
