This paper discusses the design, implementation and analysis of a system analysis for wireless sensor network. Current testing systems have low efficiency on software environment. We proposed a service oriented software approach, and gave out an experimental analysis of reliability. The testing system greatly decreases the development workload on server. Experiment reveals that the result of reliability analysis is accurate and the testing system is effective.

The standardised testing of school children has been the subject of significant news media attention in recent years in many developed countries around the world. This article examines the reporting of annual National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) tests in three major Australian newspapers, with a particular focus on the portrayal of school teachers in the coverage. Overall, teachers were presented as strongly opposed to NAPLAN and the publication of test results, yet the newspapers themselves supported the tests as an important accountability measure. Teachers were depicted as trying to influence the testing system through teaching to the test and cheating. They were presented as generally inadequate as teachers, and were blamed for perceived failings in the educational system. These findings point to implications for teacher recruitment and retention, and for journalism education and training.

Victoria's Women's Health Services and Centres Against Sexual Assault have implemented a range of indirect activities utilising various strategies and methods with a particular focus on information and resource provision, education and training, community development and promotional activity. They have increased women's access to existing services by working to make those services more appropriate and relevant. To achieve this they have involved women in the community in program management, design and implementation. Collaboration with other agencies in health and related services has also been a key strategy in achieving changes to mainstream services and fulfilling the aims of the dual strategy.
