The analysis of results of technological impact research upon operation characteristics of science intensive products and the ways to increase parts life of a hot area in aircraft and rocket jet engines is shown. It is shown that the basic factor of promising products for life increase consists in thermal-insulation increase and cooling jet nozzles and combustion chambers. For this the investigations are carried out for new heat-resistant material and protective coating development.

SummaryMixing systems have many applications in gas turbines and aircraft jet propulsion, e.g. mixing zones in combustion chambers, ejectors for jet lift thrust augmentors and supersonic propulsion systems. A further application similar to that of combustion chamber mixing is that of mixing the cold and hot exhausts of a bypass jet engine. These are both characterised by mixing at constant static pressure and approximately constant total pressure as opposed to the more general case of unequal pressures in ejector systems (Fig. 1).The exhaust mixing process as used in Rolls-Royce bypass jet engines, e.g. Spey and Conway, enables the potential of the bypass principle, in terms of minimum weight and fuel consumption, to be exploited by a simple practical device. This is achieved by mixing the two streams in a common duct of fairly short dimensions with a corrugated metal interface on the inlet side. The consideration of these practical systems forms the main topic of this paper.

This work presents the experimental data obtained using an integrated approach in the study of the chemical, crystallographic and morphological homogeneity of the structure of a heat-resistant material on a nickel base with carbide-intermetallic hardening and an increased content of the γ-phase, synthesized on single-crystal substrates of various compositions with CHO <001> in Z-direction. Using the proposed method for studying the capabilities and certification of different-level structural structures of samples in the initial state and after thermal study of the impact. The analysis was carried out using the system for EBSD analysis integrated into the scanning electron microscope and the software package for the analysis of electron microscopic images.

In this paper, we choose heat resistant material wollastonite and corundum to get the concrete which has heat resistance up to 600 centigrade. SEM reveals that at the temperature of 400 centigrade and 600 centigrade, the material is very dense. But when the temperature gets 800 centigrade and 1000 centigrade, the SEM reveals cracks. The refractory concrete made by magnesium potassium phosphate as the binder and wollastonite and corundum as aggregate has short setting time, early strength and rapid hardening. And it is suitable for emergency repair materials for the kiln.
