The Langgar in the tradition of the Javanese community, in some other areas known as the Tajug, the Surau, and the Mosque. In general, this langgar building has parts of the room such as a curing, main room, and porch, for worship activities and Islamic religious education using the halaqah and Sorogan methods. This research which uses ethnographic descriptive method seeks to describe the events of human resource development through religious education and the processes that take place in it. From this research, it was found that the method of human resource development in Langgar was through the Halaqoh educational institution (learning circle) with the Sorogan technique so that it necessitated mixed learning methods. The institutionalization of the values of Islamic teachings through this mixed learning process is interesting to study so that in this study the process of institutionalization through Islamic religious education in Langgar Jati, Sidorejo, Sugio, Lamongan, East Java.

Theories of human resource development in the context of existentialism really uphold the fundamental principles inherent in every individual. That's, in the development of human resources through the efforts of Islamic Education must provide guarantees of freedom (hurriyyah/liberalism) to all students subject to be imaginative and creative according to their talents and their irâdah (will). For this flow, just the way a subject so students can develop their potential, so they were able to become a man of independent, creative, innovative and dynamic. This guarantees certainly described in the overall of educational system, both in the context of the curriculum, the learning process and the learning environment.

This study aims to find out how the work program, the constraints, the role, the success rate, and the implementation of the program conducted by Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal in empowering orphaned resources by building the community's caring participation for abandoned orphans. Place research conducted by the author that is in Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal Village Rancapanggung Kec. Cililin Kab. West Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with data collection technique through documentation study, observation and interview. Because the research is qualitative, the data collected is then analyzed by selecting and classifying the data in order to facilitate the conclusion. Based on the results of research conducted on this Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal, the authors found out that empowerment of orphans conducted by Al-Hilal pesantren by providing human resource development by improving both social and religious knowledge, by meeting the needs of life for orphans as the realization of the success of orphans in achieving their goals and can be useful for the nation, and the country. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program, kegiatan, pelaksanaan, peran dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah dalam menyemangati Keagamaan para Pemuda. Tempat penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu di Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah yang bermarkas di Masjid Al- Lathiif Jalan Saninten No. 2 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Karena penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, maka data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan memilih dan mengklasifikasikan data tersebut supaya mempermudah dalam penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap Komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah ini, penulis menemukan hasil bahwa komunitas Gerakan Pemuda Hijrah sangat berperan dalam menyemangati keagamaan para pemuda, terutama pengajarkan dalam hal keagamaan yang sifatnya mampu menjadikan sorang insan yang benar-benar bertakwa dan beriman kepada Allah SWT.

Learning theory basis of andragogy. A cursory glance at andragogy creates the impression that humanistic learning theory plays an all encompassing role in the learner centered approach andragogy espouses. A closer look, however, reveals that Knowles (1973), after having made an intensive study of learning theory, created an extensive framework within which human resource development can take place. The fact that Knowles attracted critique from different areas, led to a need to ascertain the role different learning theories, if any, played in the emergence of andragogy. Having looked at the assumptions displayed by the andragogical approach, as well as a comparison of different learning theories and their connection with andragogy, it became clear that andragogy contains elements of various learning theories in an adapted way. These adaptations resulted in an approach to adult education in which learners are given the opportunity to be part of the learning process in such a way that they themselves contribute to the development which takes place. Opsomming Met 'n eerste oogopslag wil dit voorkom asof humanistiese leerteorie 'n oorheersende rol in die leerdergesentreerde benadering van andragogie speel. By nadere ondersoek blyk dit egter dat Knowles (1973), na 'n deeglike studie van verskillende leerteoretiese beginsels, 'n omvangryke raamwerk geskep het waarbinne, aan die hand van verskeie aangepaste leerteoretiese beginsels, menslike hulpbronontwikkeling kan plaasvind. As gevolg van die feit dat Knowles vanuit verskillende oorde kritiek op die lyf geloop het, is besluit om die rol wat verskillende leerteorieë in andragogie speel, te bestudeer. Dit blyk dat andragogie nie net elemente van verskillende leerteorieë bevat nie, maar dat toepaslike aspekte van die teoriee wat ondersoek is, benut en aangepas is om 'n geintegreerde benadering te bewerkstellig waarin veral volwassene-leerders by leergeleenthede en hulle selfontwikkeling betrek word.

Improvements to the quality of existing human resources in schools should receive more attention than the development of facilities and infrastructure. Because as written in Law No. 14 year 2005, that HRD is the most strategic factor in national education development and most decisive for the success of an educational institution. This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of human resource development management in an effort to improve the quality of education in Pesantren Al-Muslimun Sumberagung Plaosan Magetan, knowing how the role of human resource development management in improving the quality of education in Pesantren Al-Muslimun Sumberagung Plaosan Magetan, and knowing what factors which become supporters and obstacles in the implementation of human resource development management in Pesantren Al-Muslimun Sumberagung Plaosan Magetan. This research is field research with qualitative approach. The data are generated from interviews, observations, and documentation. While the steps of data analysis in this research with the process, data collection, data reduction, display data, take conclusions and verification. From the results of the research it is known that managerial and operational, the function of human resource management has been done in Pesantren al-Muslimun Sumberagung Plaosan Magetan and proved to play a very positive role. This can be seen in the process, implementation, and procedures in the stages of planning, management, employment, compensation, development and training, evaluation and dismissal. Although there are some light evaluation notes as well as a few inhibiting factors that should be solved and become the concern to be improved in the future. Keywords: Management, Resource Development, Education Quality, Improvement Efforts
