Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yang telah dipaparkan adalah untuk mengetahui, meneliti dan penerapan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dalam penjadwalan kembali pada proyek pembangunan jembatan timbang kapasita 60 Ton milik PT Garam (Persero). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah gambaran mengenai penerapan metode CPM pada satu proyek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian action research dengan menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Method). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah data tentang berapa lama proyek pembangunan jembatan timbang kapasitas 60 Ton dan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pembangunan jembatan timbang kapasitas 60. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa proyek pembangunan jembatan timbang kapasitas 60 ton berdasarkan metode CPM selama 67 hari. Sedangkan biaya yang keluar untuk proyek pembangunan proyek jembatan timbang kapasitas 60 ton berdasarkan jalur kritis metode CPM sebesar Rp.689.875.000. Dari segi biaya, penyelesaian proyek pembangunan proyek jembatan timbang kapasitas 60 ton akan mengefisiensi biaya sebesar 3% dari biaya proyek PT BUMIKU.

This research was conducted to evaluate the scheduling of time in the project of building type 30 house in Tegal Besar Jember Palace. This research is an action research research using CPM method. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research is data about how long building type 30 housing and expenses incurred to build type 30 house in Tegal Besar Palace Jember. Based on the result of research known that building of type 30 house in Tegal Besar Jember Palace based on CPM method for 54 days. While the cost out to build a type 30 house based on the critical path CPM method of Rp 43.983403. In terms of cost, the completion of the projects is no different because PT. Kinansyah Adi Jaya Land uses wholesale system and housing type 30 subsidized by government.Keywords: Time, Critical Path, Critical Path Method (CPM)

Construction projects are generally the most high-risk businesses, especially shipbuilding projects. Efforts to reduce the risk can be done by minimizing the potential risk. This study aims to see potential high risk and prevent delays in the completion of ship construction using the Critical Path Method CPM at PT. XYZ. By using the Critical Path Method CPM critical paths can be given more attention so that they will not interfere ship construction projects. In addition, it is also a form of anticipation if there is a delay, it is possible to reschedule.

Project planning has several stages or project activity plans that can result in the running of a project more optimally to the project estimation that can help the planning manager or project manager work together in preparing project implementation at PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung. PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung is a business that will produce an intangible product (service) / service activity for construction and oil services that will be used for the needs of other companies. Problems at PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung in processing project data using the MS system. Excel which results in data redundancy so it must check data -  data and must be input again. This results in data redundancy and lack of data consistency so the presentation of project manager information is less accurate. Then this research uses CPM (Critical Path Method) method to determine the level of project progress in order to optimize project duration, possibility of accelerating time of project implementation and make it easier as admin by supporting project estimation activities, making it easier to manage planning of project activities and preparing a project scheduling. The design is implemented using PHP and MySQL database servers.
