A management plan based on Integrated and Sustainable Agroecological Production (Pais) technology for the cultivation of medicinal plants, through a case study. The Swot-AHP technique was adopted to evaluateproblems to agroecological cultivation, indicating stages of the implementation work, before the physical structuring of the project, integrated with a participative social action with employees of the institution who revealed the use of 64 medicinal plants, highlighting boldo, lemongrass, and lemon balm, while 174 plant species were identified in official Brazilian documents. The lack of electricity and funding delays by funders are the most significant problems, while the space for work and gardening courses are the best potential. The integration of these data has proposed the implementation of teams for fundraising and project implementation, based on a list of medicinal species to compose the future structure made with Pais social technology.

This paper explores the issue of building beneficiaries’ commitment to the social project. Building beneficiaries’ commitment is difficult and complicated, but necessary to achieve the project’s goals. The paper presents experiences of individuals who organise activities in the Potentials… project, namely activities of those who have been responsible for building involvement of the projects’ benfciaries. The author presents conclusions of her qualitative research into the local community/project concerning commitment building methods, the difficulties connected with it and some suggestions concerning the project implementation in the future.

У статті розглядаються заходи реформування освіти в Україні з акцентом на нові тенденції формальної освіти вчителів іноземної мови. Розглядаються новітні документи та визначаються перспективи їх впровадження в українську вищу педагогічну освіту. Велика увага приділяється положенням, та іншим документам, затвердженим Міністерством освіти і науки України. У статті описано програму «Шкільний вчитель нового покоління», яка впроваджується в кількох українських університетах. Аналіз вимог до кваліфікації майбутніх вчителів іноземних мов та огляд останніх проєктів, програм і планів дозволили вказати тенденції розвитку педагогічної освіти та окреслити їх вплив на підвищення якості підготовки майбутніх учителів іноземних мов. У цій статті визначено наступний перелік: впровадження нових підходів; державний моніторинг і підтримка; підтримка нових у професії вчителів; підвищення кваліфікації вчителів; широка співпраця освіти і науки; співпраця між освітянами різних етапів навчального процесу. Запропоновані авторкою нові тенденцій у навчанні майбутніх учителів іноземних мов узагальнюють академічні зусилля українських освітян, демонструють прогресивний досвід та можуть бути корисними для визначення подальших перспектив формальної освіти вчителів іноземних мов в Україні.

The article is devoted to the opportunities and key contradictions of the Russian state healthcare system digitalization project implementation. The authors analyze various aspects of the system digitalization algorithms in light of the federal project “Creation of the Single Digital Circuit in Healthcare based on the Unified State Health Information System”. The aim of the article was to identify problems within goal-setting, documentation development, and practical implementation of the healthcare system digitalization project, as well as to come up with proposals for eliminating these issues. The analysis showed the inefficiency of the expensive healthcare system digitalization project, which has both objective and subjective reasons for its low effectiveness. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to eliminate a number of contradictions and barriers in the framework of the project implementation in order to increase the efficiency of both the healthcare system itself and the high budget federal project of the economy digitalization as a whole. The practical significance of the article consists in the applicability of proposed approach to making the necessary amendments to the current federal project documentation, which will ensure a focus on real needs within the framework of the initiative implementation. The work may be of interest to civil servants, initiators of projects on the healthcare system digital transformation, governmental bodies, healthcare organizations managers, students, and practitioners.

According to standards, the lighting system is one of the key elements to provide safety on city roads, defined by quality parameters. LED technology and movement detection sensor interaction bring about new regulation techniques, creating an energy-efficient smart LED lighting system concept. This paper reveals extensive comparative data analysis of Dialux simulation results before the project implementation phase and in-situ quality parameter measurements for various street profiles and LED luminary power types. After the project implementation phase, more than 1000 measurement points are reached. Further, energy efficiency increase issues in smart lighting systems are described in terms of LED luminary dimming profile analysis and future dynamic control application modes. The first findings clearly show that in most cases light output in simulation results is lower than in real situations; therefore, LED luminary power can be decreased, allowing for higher energy savings in first luminary maintenance years, keeping the same defined ME class or safety level. Let us suppose that the traffic intensity data are obtained from smart system sensors. In that case, the ME class can be dynamically selected during different night times, thus increasing safety and providing extra energy savings using the same system elements, as well as leading to better ROI values.

Entrepreneurs are striving to maintain the existence of their businesses in the face of the COVID–19 pandemic. Top management need to maintain effective processes and ensure employee motivation to keep the right employees in the business. The level of interest of both academic researchers and practitioners has increased regarding employee relations within organizations during lockdown situations. Most workplaces implemented work from home arrangements for most employees. This study seeks to examine the citizenship behavior effectiveness and the effectiveness of project implementation in construction projects in the oil and gas industry. Citizenship behavior effectiveness was used as a theoretical framework for this research. The construction project employees from the oil & gas industry were invited to take part in this research. Quantitative data analysis was employed with a structural equation modelling approach during the transition from office and construction sites to working from home. The findings revealed that citizenship behavior effectiveness has a positive influence through the observable variables.

Abstract Integrated model projects underscore an organizations ability to fully enhance efficiency and unlock production potential. This paper provides a change management framework for key knowledge areas of an IAM implementation, in a giant onshore field to ensure these projects maintain an organizational and operational continuity toward improving production surveillance and optimization. Benefits of linking subsurface performance to surface facilities delivered use cases possible through a well-defined organizational structure and vendor management techniques post deployment. Leveraging project implementation guidelines, working sessions for project sustainability captured all activities required to assure project continuity with maximum utilization. Processes for construction, calibration and network updates were outlined in the organizations new RACI and supported by well-defined quick reference user guides. Decision workflows for validation of pressure and rate data underpinned the value creation through the IAM. Knowledge sharing sessions were linked to a competency development plan for performance audits as IAM activities became routed in routine work. A guided on-site support with vendor as well as the establishment of a support portal ensured time-bound issue resolutions. A large IAM project implementation, involving stakeholders from multiple disciplines and teams, offers unique challenges such as resource-allocation, schedule-optimization, communication-mechanism-identification, change-management, project-document-configuration management, and vendor-management. The innovative user-reference-guide optimized time and enhanced efficiency of the engineers by more than 30%. Standardized process aligned to integrated reservoir management principles reduced the extent of variability in analyses, underscoring continuity of work. Improved data and model quality enhanced the unit's ability to support production evaluations in field operations. In the areas of cost-optimization and process improvements, the project has generated more than 10 value-cases. The project management approach discussed here facilitated the tasks of the newly formed production optimization team. Standardized engineering processes and well-defined tasks support major business objectives, such as well-health optimization, process-standardization, and talent-development. Clearly defined roles and accountabilities assisted the smooth transition and change-management, adopting a new way of working. For example, technical rate determination through the IAM is standardized. Support utilities established for the project are easily accessed with a version-control system for all engineers. In conclusion, the Production Optimization team's core ability to unlock hidden production potential has significantly improved. Integrated asset models are driving the decision-making process for field development and operation teams. This paper summarizes the lesson learnt over three years and provides a concept-skeleton that can be successfully replicated for other projects.
