Pada penelitian ini, evaluasi sistem manajemen pada proyek yang diteliti terdiri dari evaluasi kinerja biaya, evaluasi kinerja jadwal dan evaluasi penerapan mutu pada pelaksanaan proyek. Evaluasi kinerja biaya dan jadwal proyek menggunakan metode konsep nilai hasil (earned value) dan evaluasi penerapan mutu pada pelaksanaan proyek berdasarkan penilaian fisik konstruksi terhadap spesifikasi teknis yang dipersyaratkan. Penggunaan metode nilai hasil untuk mengetahui kinerja biaya dan jadwal proyek dilakukan dengan analisa variabel-variabel BCWS (Budgeted Cost for Work Schedule), ACWP (Actual Cost for Work Performed) dan BCWP (Budgeted Cost for Work Performed), kemudian digambarkan pada kurva S dengan tampilan informasi sumbu X menunjukkan durasi proyek dan sumbu Y menyatakan biaya proyek. Kurva S sangat bermanfaat untuk dipakai karena dapat dengan jelas menunjukkan kemajuan proyek dalam bentuk yang mudah dipahami, apakah terjadi pembengkakan atau penghematan anggaran proyek dan apakah terjadi kelambatan atau percepatan dalam jadwal proyek. Berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja biaya proyek, dapat diketahui terjadi pembengkakan biaya aktual proyek terhadap anggaran sebesar Rp. 12.070.959 atau pemborosan biaya sebesar 2.5% dari total anggaran biaya proyek. Kondisi terjadinya pemborosan anggaran dinamakan cost overrun, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengendalain biaya dalam pelaksanaan proyek yang diteliti masih belum optimal. Berdasarkan atas evaluasi kinerja jadwal proyek, dapat diketahui ada beberapa minggu yang mengalami keterlambatan dan adapula beberapa minggu yang mengalami percepatan. Namun begitu pada masa mendekati batas akhir jadwal proyek, pelaksanaan proyek dapat dicapai tepat jadwal sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Kondisi tercapainya jadwal pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan jadwal yang direncanakan (tepat jadwal) disebut on schedule, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan jadwal proyek yang diteliti dapat dikendalikan secara optimal dan tepat sasaran. Adapun untuk evaluasi penerapan mutu, didapatkan bahwa berdasarkan atas penilain fisik konstruksi terhadap spesifikasi teknis yang dipersyaratkan memenuhi persyaratan mutu (persyaratan mutu terpenuhi). Kata kunci: kinerja, nilai hasil, pemborosan, tepat jadwal dan spesifikasi.

The emphasis of the research in this chapter was put on the analysis of production and export/import of MAP (Medical and aromatic plants) from Serbia. After reading this chapter, readers will find out that the production of MAP in a long time period has been steady, although has been present fluctuations per years. They will know that indigenous and cultivated MAPs are equally present on the market, and will notice that they are equally present in export as well, i.e. that there is no such register. They will be familiar with the positive effects of planned production and the significance of scientific and technological achievements implementation. Readers will be able to recognize the dynamics of changes in export and import of MAP. They will find out which products are the most significant in export and import and will notice the connection between the export structure of MAP sector and earned value - foreign exchange inflow. They will be able to understand the character of exchange, value of export/import and the comparative advantage of export. Readers will be especially familiar with experiences and recommendations of other authors on the development of MAP sector and directives of authors for deepening the research within this chapter. They will know the connection between a low foreign exchange inflow and types of products in export and will understand the need for new organization models and education of manufacturers.

A project model is presented that weaves together ideas from earned value project management and systems dynamics. It is able to adjust to increasingly unhealthy actual project behaviors in ways that preserve the signature pattern of the staffing histograms observed in the real world and provide a tool for managers to correct projects that are not meeting the plan. Starting from the planned staffing histogram and the project performance baseline, the model captures the delay and cost of experience dilution, includes the unplanned-for effort that is revealed in the typical pattern of the Cost Performance Index, assesses progress using the actual cost to date and the earned value to date, and adjusts staffing, scope, or both, to complete the project on schedule. A new method of approximating work remaining, called project-to-date, is shown to track the planned staffing histogram better than the commonly used fraction-complete method.

In a construction project, there are several aspects that cause the project not to go according to plan. Cost and time are aspects that need to be considered to avoid losses incurred in a project. Jombang-ploso-legundi-gresik road project is one of the road widening projects carried out by PT. Mix Pro Indonesia. The project was carried out with the aim that access to (Surabaya-Mojokerto) or further trans Java toll road is quicker safe and smoother. This research aims to optimize the cost and time on the project using the Earned Value method. Calculations include the calculation of ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), BCWS (Budgeted Cost Work Schedule), and BCWP (Budgeted Cost for Work Performed) using the Earned Value method. From these parameters, estimate aspects of cost and time. As well as project analysis of acceleration on a critical trajectory of work. The results of calculations in the 12th week obtained a BCWS value of Rp 1,216,677,846,400 BCWP = Rp 3,040,372,140,080, ACWP = Rp 3,678,560,000. CV value = -Rp 109,203,495.92, SV = Rp 895,646,816.82, CPI = 0.827, and for SPI = 2,499. From these results it can be seen that the CPI value < 1 which means that there are project expenditures that exceed the original plan. With the results, it can be used as a reference in the implementation of project activities.

When an engineering project requires a lot of time and the construction environment is complex, the unit price of materials and personnel will change, the project construction will be hindered, and the construction plan of the project should be adjusted. These uncertain interference factors will cause the earned value analysis results are quite different from or even contrary to the actual situation, so there will not be enough impartial data to help managers to control project. To this end, this paper analyzes how the price fluctuations, process adjustment and the abnormal construction period will affect the construction schedule and cost effect respectively, and further studies the corresponding methods of earned value correction. Based on case analysis, this paper studies the comprehensive correction method of earned value when cost unit price changes, working procedure is adjusted and construction period fluctuates in an abnormal manner. The method improves the theory of earned value and provides reference for engineering practices on project management.

Proyek konstruksi memiliki target yang harus dipenuhi baik dari segi biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Agar dapat mencapai target, diperlukan pengendalian untuk memantau dan mengkaji hasil agar tercapai sesuai rencana, dengan pemakaian sumber daya yang efisien dan efektif. Biaya dan waktu adalah hal penting dalam proyek selain mutu. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian biaya dan waktu proyek. Jumeirah Pecatu Beach Resort dipilih sebagai studi karena mengalami keterlambatan yang berdampak pada biaya proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya total dan waktu akhir untuk menyelesaikan proyek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode earned value. Pada penelitian ini, data yang dikumpulkan berupa data sekunder yaitu rab, time schedule, dan laporan bulanan. Data tersebut didapat langsung dari proyek. Hasil dari penelitian didapat pada bulan ke-24 adalah ACWP = Rp.182.018.842.243, BCWP = Rp.176.487.889.443,2, dan BCWS = Rp.207.826.542.672,3. Pada bulan ke-24, proyek mengalami pembengkakan biaya yang dilihat dari nilai indeks kinerja biaya (CPI) = 0,96961 < 1. Dari aspek jadwal, proyek mengalami keterlambatan dilihat dari nilai indeks kenerja jadwal (SPI) = 0,84921 < 1. Dengan demikian diprediksikan proyek akan mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp.311.276.344.152,2 dimana biaya ini lebih besar dari anggaran = Rp.301.817.681.818 (kenaikan sebesar Rp.9.458.662.334). Untuk perdiksi waktu akhir proyek diperlukan 35,78 bulan untuk selesai dimana mengalami keterlambatan 1,78 bulan dari yang direncanakan.

Earned value method, which is an important way in the field of project management, enables whole project management to rise to a new height. The specific principle of earned value method will be elaborated by fully introducing the specific role of earned value method in engineering projects to provide a reference and basis for practitioners to improve their management ability.

When it blooms once the use of applications dating online, who used male adolescents to mutually acquainted and interact with your opponent types, online dating application users initially only craved having a relationship with someone else, however, the passage of time of application of dating online is not only used as a place to get acquainted but to do cybersex. The research is aimed to know how to influence the needs of affiliates against cybersex on a male adolescent who used the application of dating online. Subject research, as much as 42 male adolescents who used the form of dating online, aged 18-40 years old, method of analysis is using methods quantitative. Collecting the data in the study is using a scale Likert, namely the scale of the needs of affiliates, with the reliability of 0.902 and scale cybersex with a coefficient of reliability of 0. 816. Analysis of the data used is a test of linear regression simple, earned value F of 0.403 and Sig = 0,000 (P> 0.001), it can be concluded that the need for affiliation has no effect on cybersex.  The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0. 042, which has a meaning that influences the need of affiliates against cybersex, amounted to 4.2 %.
