Purpose. Study of the course of labor of a pregnant woman with pancreatic necrosis, parapancreatitis and serous-fibrinous diffuse enzymatic peritonitis. Materials and methods. The article presents a clinical case that describes the course of pregnancy with pancreatic pathology. Surgical delivery and surgical treatment of pathologies detected intraoperatively are described. The peculiarities of drug therapy are shown. The article is intended for obstetricians-gynecologists, gastroenterologists and surgeons.

A clinical case of surgical treatment of PAGC is presented with implantation of Ex-PRESS R50 mini-shunt in an 8-year-old mixed breed dog. This method of treatment was chosen as a result of patient's resistance to drug therapy. Postoperative follow-up period was 210 days from time of surgery. IOP over entire period remained within physiological norm. Article describes in detail a new technique for surgical treatment of refractory glaucoma with a long follow-up period.

One of the most serious problems of modern medicine is sepsis. The number of patients undergoing this complication is 20–30 million (WHO) annually and has no tendency to decrease. Sepsis is characterized by severe multiple organ failure due to a violation of the response of the macroorganism to an infectious agent. Moreover, it is dangerous with high mortality. Sepsis often develops in patients with immunodeficiency conditions, which primarily include pregnant women. The article presents a clinical observation of a case of periostitis in a pregnant woman complicated by a septic state.

Today, the problem of pancreonecrosis remains in the leading positions in urgent surgery. The incidence of this pathology increases every year. This article presents the results of the analysis of the use of the drug "Roncoleukin" in clinical practice for pancreonecrosis. The study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of this drug.

A clinical case of successful surgical treatment of a patient with a giant cervical retrosternal nontoxic goiter with severe cardiac pathology is presented. Thyroidectomy from cervical access without sternotomy was performed. At the follow-up examination 5 months after the operation, instrumental and clinical signs of disease relapse were not detected.

A clinical case of successful surgical treatment of a patient with chronic pancreatitis, complicated by suppuration of a postnecrotic cyst and the formation of a cysto-gastric fistula. As a result of the conservative and minimally invasive treatment, the pseudocyst was drained, and the cystogastric fistula was closed. The staged treatment was completed by resection of the head of the pancreas with the formation of an anastomosis.
