This article discusses leadership in an educational institution where the nature of good leadership will bring ease in coordinating an organization in achieving its goals. Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals that have been set can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Leadership has been described as a manager who is able to influence people or groups to achieve the desired and jointly determined results. The principal is expected to be the leader and innovator in the school. Therefore, the quality of the principal's leadership is significant for school success. Leadership is essentially the ability possessed by someone to foster, guide, direct and move others to work together to achieve the goals set. To realize these goals, the leader needs to carry out a series of activities including directing the people involved in the organization they lead. Leadership is part of management that is planning and organizing, but the main role of leadership is to influence others to achieve the goals set. A good leader will produce a good performance from each of his members and vice versa if the leader can not manage well then it will be difficult to achieve a goal of the institution.

Abstract-- Leadership or activities lead an effort by someone with all the ability they have to influence, encourage, direct and mobilize the people who led them to set to work with enthusiasm and confidence in achieving its goals. Educational leadership is a readiness, the ability of a person in the process of influencing, encouraging, guiding, directing and mobilizing others to do with the implementation and development of education and teaching so that all activities can be run effectively and efficiently in achieving educational goals. Leadership is an important part of management, namely planning and organizing, but the main role of leadership is to influence other people to achieve their intended goals. This is evidence that leaders may be weak managers if the planning is bad which causes the group to go in the wrong direction. As a result, although they can move the work team, they do not go towards achieving organizational goals. To address the challenges of globalization which is characterized by the presence of very tight and sharp global competition.

There are several objectives of this paper including, to find out how leadership in the world of education (headmaster), discusses the leadership style in education, to study the leadership role of the principal and to improve coordination in carrying out tasks related to coordinating existing parties. The research method used is literacy collection in the form of books, articles and other reading papers. This paper complements the discussion about leadership, because the presence of leaders is needed in an organization, in this case the author focuses on education. In addition, leadership is needed in supporting the process of improving the quality of education, because the style or characteristics associated with leadership can improve and move individuals in the organization. The current leadership style in school management is no longer a force of coercion but uses a commitment based on togetherness so that all parties under educational leadership can contribute to achieving the educational goals to be achieved. Whereas the quality of educational outcomes is issued by educational institutions in a certain period of time. A leader from an educational institution will be a support for an educational institution to be able to get a quality educational institution Good leadership will encourage a strong educational institution to become better too.

The purpose of this study was the first purpose of this study to find out how the conditions of leadership in the world of education (headmaster) were described, in addition to knowing the leadership styles in education, to find out the leadership role of principals to face obstacles in carrying out their duties including coordinating their luggage. The research method used is literacy collection in the form of papers, books, articles and other readings. This paper complements the discussion about leadership. The existence of leaders is needed in an organization, this is because leaders will determine where they will be taken to the organization, in this case the author focuses on the field of education. In addition, leadership is needed in supporting the process of improving the quality of education, because the style or characteristics associated with leaders can influence and move individuals or groups within the organization they lead. The current leadership style in school management is no longer a force of coercion but uses commitment based on togetherness so that all parties under educational leadership can contribute to achieving the educational goals to be achieved. While the quality of education outcomes is approved by educational institutions at a certain time period. Supportive achievement or educational outcomes (student achievement) can consist of results of academic ability tests, or achievements in sports, senior or certain skills, and can also involve complexity or conditions that are not tangible (intangible) such as discipline, comfort, value respect noble values and so on. In improving the quality of this educational institution, the leadership role has a very strategic function. A leader from an educational institution will be a support for other educational institutions, especially communities, where educational institutions can get quality educational institutions.

Administration of education is all the process of mobilizing and integrating everything, spritual and material. So, in the process of education administration all businesses involb=ved in the process of achiening educational goals are integrated, organized and coordinated effectively, and all necessary an existing materials are utilized effectively and efficiently. Furthermore Educational supervision is a series of activities helping teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process for the achievement of educational goals. Educational supervision must directly influence and develop teacher behavior in managing the learning process. With the evaluation given, it is hoped that this can develop the quality of teachers and strengthen teacher performance in carrying out their duties. The purpose of making this article is to find out the concepts of administrative supervision of education, know the scope, principles and role of educational supervision. The ultimate goal of educational supervision is that teachers are increasingly able to facilitate learning for their students. Education as a level of quality of human life both outwardly and mathematically, individually or socially in accordance with the foundation on a well-planned system so that it is followed by the application of an appropriate and correct curriculum. The desired educational goals are in accordance with the development of zaan. Therefore the success or failure of education depends on the curriculum used, although it is not very important on other aspects of education.The role of curriculum courses in the education system is very important, then educational institutions must be able to implement a curriculum that is able to bring the actual educational conditions in forming intellectually, skillful and morally capable individuals who are able to demonstrate their existence as an educational institution that survives in any zama development that does not must release its original identity as an educational institution that consistently maintains old traditions.
