Administration of education is all the process of mobilizing and integrating everything, spritual and material. So, in the process of education administration all businesses involb=ved in the process of achiening educational goals are integrated, organized and coordinated effectively, and all necessary an existing materials are utilized effectively and efficiently. Furthermore Educational supervision is a series of activities helping teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process for the achievement of educational goals. Educational supervision must directly influence and develop teacher behavior in managing the learning process. With the evaluation given, it is hoped that this can develop the quality of teachers and strengthen teacher performance in carrying out their duties. The purpose of making this article is to find out the concepts of administrative supervision of education, know the scope, principles and role of educational supervision. The ultimate goal of educational supervision is that teachers are increasingly able to facilitate learning for their students. In this article, we will discuss the basic concepts, scope and role of educational administration. Where this supervision is an important component in the process of organizing education in an educational institution.

Education is a process of learning and learning both in terms of knowledge and skills. This article was written to explain the concept of educational administration in particular the understanding, importance and purpose of educational administration. The purpose of the article is made to inform about the notion of educational administration, the importance of educational administration and the purpose of educational administration. It is important that we know the education administration in order to be able to implement the knowledge gained as educators later. The technique used in making this article is by collecting data related to material sourced from books, article journals, and other sources related to the science of basic concepts of educational administration and analyzing the material with the literature method which aims to help find truth from the material discussed. Administration is an educational institution which is a main source of management in regulating the teaching and learning process in an orderly manner so that the most important goal is achieved at the educational institution, where the purpose of education administration itself is to provide systematic work in managing education so that educational operational tasks can be carried out effective and efficiency towards the goals or objectives that have been set.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. These include stimulating, selecting the growth and development of teachers' positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials and teaching methods, and evaluating teaching. Educational supervision has very important goals and benefits. The scope of educational supervision includes the following: Managerial supervision of the curriculum, Managerial supervision of student affairs, Managerial supervision of educators and education personnel, Managerial supervision of facilities and infrastructure, Managerial supervision of finance, Managerial supervision of public relations, Managerial supervision of administration, Administration supervision academics about learning, related to methods, sourcing strategies, and evaluations.

This article was written to fulfill the final assignment of education administration and supervision courses. The method used in writing this article is a literature study method, namely by collecting data from various literature sources. In the article explained that the curriculum is a set of plans and regulations regarding the content and material of the lesson and the methods used as guidelines in the implementation of the learning process. The process of curriculum administration covers the fields of planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving the curriculum. Curriculum development requires a strong foundation and is based on the results of deep thought and research. There are several objectives of this paper including, to find out how leadership in the world of education (headmaster), discusses the leadership style in education, to study the leadership role of the principal and to improve coordination in carrying out tasks related to coordinating existing parties. The research method used is a literature search where researchers collect reference sources from books, journals, internet and other scientific sources. Then concluded by using language that is easier to understand. Educational administration is everything related to teacher training aimed at expanding knowledge and abilities in the field and administration studies. The educational administration process includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The scope of education administration includes administration of school governance, personal administration of teachers and staff, administration of students, supervision of teaching, implementation and guidance of curriculum, establishment and planning of school buildings and school relations with the community.
