Abstract - Educational administration is a series of activities or the whole process controlling the cooperation effort of a number of people to achieve educational goals planned and systematically held in a particular environment mainly in the form of educational institutions. The scope of education administration what is meant is personnel administration, administration, student affairs, curriculum administration, administration of facilities and infrastructure, administration. In administration it also includes planning, organizing, briefing, supervision which in its implementation is carried out by all parties who in the education institutions, including the school principal, the teacher, other education staff have carried out their duties in accordance with their respective fields with the intention of achieving the one purpose of education.

Educational administration is all or all that is involved in work regarding teacher training which is basically the administration of education is useful for expanding knowledge and abilities in the field and study administration. Educational administration is one of the actions of coordinating human behavior in education, so that the available resources can be arranged as well as possible, so that educational goals can be achieved productively. Administration has a very important message in education, where one of its important roles is to implement the principles of healthy human relations by emphasizing respect for everyone at the educational institution concerned and trying to connect and bring together educational institutions with the community towards development, progress and stability. The research method used is a literature search where researchers collect reference sources from books, journals, internet and other scientific sources. Then concluded by using language that is easier to understand. Educational administration is everything related to teacher training aimed at expanding knowledge and abilities in the field and administration studies. The educational administration process includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The scope of education administration includes administration of school governance, personal administration of teachers and staff, administration of students, supervision of teaching, implementation and guidance of curriculum, establishment and planning of school buildings and school relations with the community.
