The process of education administration consists of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Good and regular administration will make the course of education and educational goals achieved effectively and efficiently. In addition, the role of educators and all education personnel is also very important in the administration of education for the smooth implementation of the system and the realization of the objectives to be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary for the active participation of educators and education personnel to participate in the administration of education.
