Abstrak- In general, this research aims to find out and analyze what is administration in various specialized service fields. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Special service administration, namely providing special services or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by schools to students so that they are more optimal in implementing the learning process. The types of special services are libraries, labor, UKS, cafes, religious facilities and dormitories. There are several roles of a teacher in the administration of special services, namely: Teacher involvement in library administration for example introducing books to students, knowing the types and mastering general criteria that determine the merits of a library of books, and promoting the library both for use and for guidance.

This article aims to explain the administration of special services. This article contains the notions of special service administration, types of special services, and the role of the teacher in the administration of special services. This article uses the literature method, this method does not go into the field, this method is done by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of administration of special services.Special service administration is to provide special services or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by the school to the students so that they are more optimal in implementing the learning process. The administration of these special services is needed to manage the special services that exist in a school, so that these special services can run properly on a regular basis. This special service is in the form of library, labor, UKS (school health), school cafeteria, religious facilities, dormitories, cooperatives, and transportation.

This article describe about Special Services Administration. Special service administration is to provide special services or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by the school to the students so that they are more optimal in implementing the learning process. Management of special services in a school is an important part of effective and efficient School Based Management (SBM). School is one of the facilities that can be used to improve the quality of the Indonesian population. Schools not only have the responsibility and duty to carry out the learning process in developing science and technology, but must maintain and improve the physical and spiritual health of students. This is in accordance with Law No. 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards Chapter II Article 4 which contains the existence of national education goals. To fulfill these duties and responsibilities, schools need a special service management that can manage all the needs of their students so that the educational goals can be achieved.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to find out and analyze how the administration of facilities and infrastructure, and what includes the administration of facilities and infrastructure. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Administration Educational facilities generally include all equipment and equipment that are directly used and supported in the educational process must be in accordance with the learning process such as buildings, study rooms or classrooms, educational equipment or media, desks, chairs, laboratories and so on, and infrastructure are facilities which indirectly supports the course of the educational process, such as a good yard for learning, a garden or park that is pleasant to look at, the road to school is easy, school rules, and so on.
