This type of research is qualitative research. Bogdan and Taylor (in Moleong, 2015 : 4) said that qualitative is one of the research procedures that analyzes descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and the behavior of the people observed. This research uses the literature method. Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all available personnel and material resources and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. The Education Administration does not only discuss records, finances, but how we can carry out the organizational processes in accordance with what we have planned effectively and efficiently.

This article was created with the aim of understanding the reader about basic knowledge about education administration. Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all personnel and material resources that are available and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. The reader is expected to be motivated to provide something different in the process of improvement in the world of education for both students and all the scope of education that exists after the reader learns and understands the administration of education. because a teacher in addition to being the administrator of education administration is also responsible for education that happens correctly. This article discusses the basic concepts, processes and scope of education administration. writing this article using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the first step taken is researchers find relevant theories then make conclusions about the material obtained, then analyst data has been found, then create new researchers who analyze based on information. The results of this article are based on the analysis of researchers in general there are four steps to conducting education administration. In the form of planning, running, controlling and evaluating.
