Crown fracture of maxillary anterior teeth is frequent dental injuries for which patients seek immediate dental treatment. Immediate reattachment of the intact fractured tooth segment is a therapeutic choice in such cases. This case report presents one of the best methods used for reattachment, which is an ultraconservative technique. It allows the restoration of original tooth contour, colour and aesthetics. Fracture of maxillary anterior teeth is common in young individuals. Conservative management of complicated crown fractures helps in preservation of tooth structure, vitality and esthetics. This case report describes a conservative technique of managing a case of complicated crown fracture by performing partial pulpotomy with biodentine followed by fracture segment reattachment. This case report describes delayed replantation of an avulsed maxillary central incisor in a 17-year-old male patient following an injury on fall one day earlier. Avulsed maxillary right permanent central incisor was replanted back into the socket after extra-oral root canal treatment. One year follow up showed validity of treatment, with no evidence of resorption in the replanted tooth. People have become increasingly concerned about esthetics as a perfect smile gives patients more confidence and make them feel comfortable in social circumstances. Esthetic dental treatment plays an important role in improving personal appearance. Advances in dental materials have led to innovations in porcelain laminate veneers and bonding materials which has improved the overall quality of the esthetic restorations. This case report describes the rehabilitation of a patient with spacing in mandibularanterior teeth, who was concerned with his facial appearance, with ceramic laminate veneers.

Summary: The aim of this article is to present an additional alternative to restore theanterior zone, using crowns of steel chromium with a ceromer aesthetic front by means of Art-glass®.It is presented a clinical report of a masculine patient of 1 year 10 months of age, with earlychildhood dental caries, with coronal destruction of the four deciduous superior incisors. Thetreatment planning consisted of pulpar treatment with pulpectomy and endodontic obturation withVitapex®, two pulpotomies and the restoration of these with steel chromium crowns with Art-glass®.These crowns are an excellent option for an aesthetic restoration, because of its great variety ofcolors, its easy manufacture, and being an indirect technique allows leaving a free space of ceromerto obtain a good coronal adjustment. Postoperative idiopathic intussusception is considered to be a distinct entity, and has been reported following different operations. We present a 45-year-old female with postoperative ileoileal intussusception following a transverse loop colostomy for sigmoid volvulus, in which there was a kinked loop of bowel forming the lead point. The pathogenesis and literature review of this disorder is discussed. Dental esthetic complex involves more than one caries with malformed shape and malposition. Dental trauma most commonly affects maxillary anterior teeth, and subsequently affects the esthetics, functions, and psychological well-being of the individual. Composite resins have become an integral part of contemporary restorative and minimally invasive dentistry. Objective: To summarize the successful use of direct composite resin restoration in the management of a 29-year old male patient. Case Report: A 29-year old male patient presenting with multiple secondary caries and crown fractures in the anterior maxillary teeth, resulting in an unaesthetic smile. Comprehensive esthetic dental treatment was carried out. The patient was highly satisfied with the results even after eleven months of follow-up. Conclusion: restorative success with composite resins, the dental treatment plan should be carefully executed with attention to factors such as dental convexities and contours, re‑establishment of function, and esthetics. Smile design should always be a multifactorial decision-making process that allows the clinician to treat patients with an individualized and interdisciplinary approach.
