Summary: The aim of this article is to present an additional alternative to restore theanterior zone, using crowns of steel chromium with a ceromer aesthetic front by means of Art-glass®.It is presented a clinical report of a masculine patient of 1 year 10 months of age, with earlychildhood dental caries, with coronal destruction of the four deciduous superior incisors. Thetreatment planning consisted of pulpar treatment with pulpectomy and endodontic obturation withVitapex®, two pulpotomies and the restoration of these with steel chromium crowns with Art-glass®.These crowns are an excellent option for an aesthetic restoration, because of its great variety ofcolors, its easy manufacture, and being an indirect technique allows leaving a free space of ceromerto obtain a good coronal adjustment. Fracture of maxillary anterior teeth is common in young individuals. Conservative management of complicated crown fractures helps in preservation of tooth structure, vitality and esthetics. This case report describes a conservative technique of managing a case of complicated crown fracture by performing partial pulpotomy with biodentine followed by fracture segment reattachment. Key words: Complicated crown fracture, Partial pulpotomy, Fractured segment reattachment.

Aim & objectives of the present case report was to evaluate the management of skeletal Class II division 1 malocclusion in non growing patient with extraction of upper first premolars. Clinical and cephalometric evaluation revealed skeletal Class II division 1 malocclusion with severe maxillary incisor proclination, convex profile, average mandibular plane angle, incompetent lips, increased overjet and overbite. After extraction of upper 1st premolars, canine retraction was done which was followed by retraction of severely proclined upper anterior teeth by judicious control of third order bend in rectangular stainless steel arch wire with “V” loop . For anchorage management, intra oral anchorage with tip back & toe in bends in stainless steel arch wire was satisfactory. Following treatment marked improvement in patient’s smile, facial profile and lip competence were achieved and there was a remarkable increase in the patient’s confidence and quality of life. Cosmetic veneer has become a popular option for patients seeking to improve aesthetic in their smile. The procedure can be done through a direct or indirect technique which differs in term of material used and laboratory involvement. Despite producing a better aesthetic result than its direct technique counterpart, high-cost treatment, multiple visit requirement and invasive nature of tooth preparation are proven to be a stumbling block to the patient in some cases to choose indirect technique. Therefore, direct composite veneer technique can be offered due to its low costing and conservative concept which advocates more tooth structure preservation. This case report is about direct composite veneer for anterior teeth rehabilitation and its simple and conservative protocol.

ABSTRACT Dental caries is the single most common chronic childhood disease. In early childhood caries, there is early pulpal involvement and gross destruction of the maxillary anterior teeth. This leads to decreased masticatory efficiency, difficulty in speech, psychological problems due to compromised esthetics, development of abnormal tongue habits and subsequent malocclusion. The restoration of severely decayed primary incisors is often a procedure that presents a special challenge to dentists, particularly in an uncooperative child. This case presents the clinical sequence of rehabilitation of upper anterior primary teeth, where endodontic treatments were done chairside followed by the construction of root post using stainless steel and the fabrication of crowns composed of resin.

Crown fracture of maxillary anterior teeth is frequent dental injuries for which patients seek immediate dental treatment. Immediate reattachment of the intact fractured tooth segment is a therapeutic choice in such cases. This case report presents one of the best methods used for reattachment, which is an ultraconservative technique. It allows the restoration of original tooth contour, colour and aesthetics. Amelogenesis imperfecta (AI) has been defined as a group of hereditary enamel defects. It can be characterized by enamel hypoplasia, hypomaturation, or hypocalcification of the teeth. AI may be associated with some other dental and skeletal developmental defects. Restoration for patients with this condition should be oriented toward the functional and esthetic rehabilitation. This clinical report describes the oral rehabilitation of a young patient diagnosed with the hypoplastic type of AI in posterior teeth and hypomatured type of AI in anterior teeth.

ABSTRACT The esthetic restoration of severely mutilated primary anterior teeth has for a long time been a challenge for the pediatric dentist, not only because of the available materials and techniques, but also because the children who require such restorations are usually among the youngest and least manageable group of patients. This case report describes the challenging task of treating a three-year-old early childhood caries patient with mutilated maxillary incisors with composite resin using a custom made post made with 0.7 mm wire and posteriors where endodontic treatment has been done and stainless steel crown has been placed.

ABSTRACT Aim The present case report described the use of contact lens of thin porcelain veneers as a restorative therapy to solve anterior teeth disharmony. Background Fragments of thin veneers are minimally invasive restorations with little or no dental preparation and present thickness ranging from 0.2 to 0.5 mm. They are used in case of diastema closure, small changes of teeth, color and restoration of teeth with small fractures. Case report A 25-year-old man was admitted at a dental clinic complaining about the diastema presence on the upper anterior teeth. Patient was referred to an orthodontic treatment in order to provide better distribution of the diastemas and harmonious proportion of the teeth. Afterwards, contact lens of thin porcelain veneers were fabricated on the six upper anterior teeth. Conclusion Based on the outcomes of this clinical report, we considered the use of fragments of thin veneers as a successful treatment option after 3 years of follow-up. Clinical significance The fragments of thin veneers have been established to be an interesting alternative to esthetically restore the anterior teeth with minimal invasiveness. However, since it is a new treatment modality, longitudinal studies are necessary to understand the material's behavior. Fingers as organs of manipulation have an important role in function and aesthetics. Injuries to the fingers are common in accidents at home, work, and play or due to congenital and developmental defect. Irrespective of the aetiology, the loss of a finger has a considerable functional and psychological impact on an individual. In order to alleviate these problems, partial or complete finger prosthesis can be fabricated. This clinical report presents a method to fabricate finger prosthesis using digital photograph, poly methylemethacrylate acrylic and soft liner for a patient who has a partial finger loss caused due to trauma.
