the experiments set up a roof model with a solar energy heat storage ventilation. According to the actual demands of experiments, through an economic analysis it results the preliminary investment of the solar energy storage ventilationthe system is between 307~367Yuan/m2 by calculating a energy balance in some way and choosing some type of heat storage phase change materials with a suitable quantity to fit for the model.

Wider application of commercially produced phase change materials in production of building composites is limited due to their higher price and the inert polymer encapsulation which negatively affects mechanical parameters. This paper is focused on preparation of the composite material for energy savings. The phase change composite is prepared by soaking palm wax into the structure of diatomite powder using vacuum impregnation method. The compatibility of diatomite and palm wax in a newly developed PCM structure is investigated by FTIR spectroscopy. The improved thermal storage properties obtained by DSC analysis reveal melting temperature at 55.9°C and the phase change latent heat of 78.0 J/g. The laser diffraction based devise is used to determine the particle size distribution in order to assess the suitability of the developed wax/diatomite based composite for the cement based building materials. The obtained results indicate promising results from the point of view of improved latent heat storage at reasonable cost.

The thermal comfort of buildings occupants depends on the physical properties of applied building materials, on the solar heat gains through the transparent part of the external envelope and the mode of heating/cooling and ventilation. Capillary radiant cooling / heating can maintain a state of indoor environment in the required temperature range in accordance with legislative framework. The paper shows possibility how to improve thermal comfort and thermal stability in summer.Presented system uses phase change materials as a latent heat storage medium for better absorption of heat. Microencapsulated phase change materials Micronal® DS 5040 X and DS 5008X were used as latent heat storage medium in combination with gypsum plaster. Activation of phase change materials is carried out by capillary tubes with cooled / heated water circuit. At Institute of Building Structures at Faculty of Civil Engineering are located two rooms for comparative measurements. There were located thermal storage modules in the experimental room. Low- temperature radiant cooling and heating with phase change materials are one of the ways to reduce energy consumption and operating cost for cooling / heating. The paper presents the results of measurements for different modes of operation of cooling and heating.

Introduction. The article deals with the main traditional outbuildings of the Mordvinians, reported on their functional purpose in economic activity. The forms and types of outbuildings, as well as the main building materials used by Mordvinians are described in details. Their significance in the religious and ceremonial life of the ethnic group is shown. Materials and Methods. The research is based on traditional methods of ethnographic science, such as field observation, survey and interviews, and a comprehensive approach. Among the methods of historical science comparative-historical, historical-genetic, problem-chronological, structural-system were used. Among the general scientific methods of research logical, descriptive, narrative, generalization, classification and systematization were involved. To achieve the results of the study, the materials collected by the authors in the course of field surveys conducted in the Mordovian villages were mainly used. Results and Discussion. Traditional outbuildings were of great importance in the economic activity of the Mordovian ethnic group. According to their functional purpose, they can be divided into the following groups: for livestock and poultry (stable, chicken coop, stable, kalda), sanitary and hygienic (bath), warehouse buildings for storage of food, utensils, firewood, animal feed (barn, cellar, woodshed, hayloft), for processing of grain (sheep, riga, mill). Depending on the welfare and financial capacity of the family, the number of outbuildings was different. As a rule, the wealthier families had more outbuildings than the less wealthier ones. The main building material for the construction of these buildings was wood. Conclusion. Thus, the traditional outbuildings of the Mordvinians occupied an important place in its economic activities. At the same time, each of them had its own purpose and performed certain functions. Some buildings, such as a bath and a barn, had not only economic purpose, but also were the venue for a number of prayers and ceremonies. It is now ordinarily they have banya (bath-house), outdoor courtyard with standing in different places sheds, barn and cellar.
