Under the fire conditions, the resistance of cable distribution is required for a fixed period, depending on the intended use of the cable. To increase the fire resistance of cables a fireproof coating may be applied. Article deal with the behavior of the fireproof coating during elevated temperature. Concretely, the aim is monitored a coating weight change under the conditions of dynamically increasing temperature and with or without using air-flow. It is also monitored the change in weight, depending on the isothermal temperatures in dynamic air atmosphere.

The article studies the method which hydroturbine part is manufactured by lost foam casting for obtaining higher quality product. The lost model material is polystyrene foam plastics, the EPS diameters are selected in 0.5-0.76mm,the casting raw material is lower carbon martensite stainless steel(ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo).The style of open pouring system is adopted, ∑Fin-gate:∑Fcross-gate:∑Fdown-sprue=1:1.1:1.2, fireproof coating is mixed and coated, square sand box is used. The pouring temperature of liquid is 1600-1650°C.If the technology is strictly according to the design, good quality casting can be gotten.

Considering softening temperatures of ordinary organic epoxy adhesives are too low, this study develops an inorganic adhesive which strength at 600°C is not lower than that at normal room temperature. Four reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened with CFRP sheets bonded with the inorganic adhesive are tested. The fire protection of the CFRP sheets is done using the thick-type fireproofing coatings for tunnel (TFCT) and steel structure (TFCSS) respectively. All specimens are tested in the furnace together. Specimens are exposed to fire for 1.5 hours in according to the ISO834 standard fire curve, and then naturally cooled for 1 hour. CFRP sheets at center point of bottom surface of beams are 300~470°C, and the corresponding displacements at mid-span are 1/1400~1/318 of the actual span. The CFRP sheets keep a good state and are tightly bonded on RC beams by the inorganic adhesive after fire. Temperature and deformation are analyzed by ABAQUS, and the simulation and measured results are in good agreement. The results indicate that, under the protection of fireproof coating, the CFRP sheets work well in cooperation with RC beams and slabs during fire. TFCSS is inferior to TFCT because the former is easier to drop and crack in fire. Analysis method of the finite element supplies a good way to temperature field and deformation calculation of structures in fire.

For obtaining higher quality casting, the lost foam casting is used to produce reaper underpan. While the raw materials are selected, the fireproof coating and sand are chosen well, the sand box is designed according to the technology, pouring system is calculated, under the above operation strictly, such as air hole can be avoided.

To promote and criterionize the application of ultra-thin the fireproof coating s to building structures, four concrete-filled square steel tubular (CFSST) pillars as well as two square steel tubes, each protected along with ultra-thin the fireproof coating , were subjected to full-scale fire tests to investigate their fireproof level on the basis of the ISO 834 criterion timedegrees curve. Test results revealed not only the temperature variation characteristics of specimens suffered from inconsistent fire exposure, but also effects of the steel ratio of the test specimen and the number of fire-exposed sides on the fire-refractory level of the test specimen. Test results demonstrated that when protected with an ultra-thin the fireproof coating , the heating rate of the specimens was considerably lower than that of the test furnace, suggesting that the ultra-thin the fireproof coating exhibits good thermal insulation performance. The test results were compared with Chinas current criterions for the fire-refractory level of square steel tubes and CFSST pillars, indicating that the criterions would lead to a relatively conservative fire-safe design for four-side fire exposure.
