Rationale for developed equipment for fast-speed frozening of agricultural products

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang berada di Desa Koto rendah, Kecamatan Siulak, Kabupaten Kerinci adalah bentuk Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang mempunyai usaha bisnis dalam kuliner, pembibitan, pengolahan hasil pertanian dan perkebunan sekitar yang mereka miliki maupun penduduk setempat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai kemampuan untuk melakukan perencanaan bisnis (Business Plan). Selain itu, untuk memberikan peningkatan keterampilan dalam merencanakan bisnis menggunakan bisnis model. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat rencana bisnis dalam lembar kerja bisnis model canvas.Kata Kunci : UMKM, KUBE Business PlanABSTRACTSmall and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) located in Koto low Village, Siulak Sub-District, Kerinci Regency is a form of Joint Venture Group (KUBE) of housewives who have business ventures in culinary, nursery, processing of agricultural products and plantations. This devotional activity is to improve knowledge and skills regarding the ability to making a Business Plan. In addition, to provide improved skills in businesses plan using business models. AbstrakInternet of things (IoT) adalah sebuah konsep yang menghubungkan komputer dan perangkat elektronik melalui internet dan dapat dikendalikan dari jarak jauh. Konsep terpenting dalam Internet of things (Iot) adalah modul sistem informasi, koneksi internet dan penyimpanan datanya dalam cloud computing. Konsep ini memiliki manfaat besar dalam perkembangan usaha dan kelangsungan bisnis perusahaan dimana hampir semua bidang menggunakan IoT untuk dapat bersaing di pasaran. Indonesia merupakan sebuah negara yang dianugerahi kekayaan alam yang melimpah ruah. Salah satu komoditi unggulan adalah produk pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para petani dalam memasarkan produknya melalui e-commerce dengan menggunakan konsep Internet of things IoT. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan metode incremental. Incremental digunakan untuk mendesai produk, kemudian diimplementasikan, dan diuji secara bertahap (setiap modul akan ditambahkan bertahap) hingga produk selesai. Hasil penelitian ini digunakan untuk membantu petani di Kabupaten Bogor untuk mendistribusikan penjualannya secara luas, meningkatkan revenue dan memutus rantai panjang proses penjualan. The main concept in Internet of things (IoT) is information systems, internet connections and data storage in cloud computing. This concept has great benefits in the efforts and efforts used to use IoT to be able to compete in the market. Indonesia is a country that is blessed with abundant natural resources. One of the leading commodities is agricultural products. This study aims to help farmers market their products through e-commerce using the IoT Internet of things concept. Research method using incremental method. Incremental to design the product, then implemented, and gradually delay (each module will be added gradually) until the product is finished. The results of this study are to help farmers in Bogor Regency to distribute sales widely, increase revenue and break the sales process. The influence of execution speed on blood lactate concentration in strength training protocol in bench press exercise

The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of two velocities of execution relative to blood lactate concentration in strength training exercise until the momentary concentric failure. Fifteen men (29.1 ± 5.9 years), trained, participated in the experiment. The volunteers performed three bench press sessions, with an interval of 48 hours between them. At the first session, individuals determined loads through the 10-12 RMs test. In the following two sessions, three series with 90 seconds of interval were performed, in the second session slow execution speed (cadence 3030) and later in the third session fast speed (cadence 1010). For statistical analysis, the Student-T test was used for an independent sample study and considered the value of probability (p) ≤ 0.05 statistically significant. By comparing the number of repetitions and time under tension of the two runs, all series compared to the first presented significant reductions (p < 0.05). The total work volume was higher with the fast speed (p < 0.05). The study revealed that rapid velocities (cadence 1010) present a higher concentration of blood lactate when compared to slow runs (cadence 3030). The blood lactate concentration, in maximum repetitions, is affected by the speed of execution.Keywords: resistance training, cadence, blood lactate.
