Abstract Berylco 33 25 is a free-machining beryllium copper alloy which has substantially the same mechanical properties and response to heat treatment as the standard Berylco 25, but which can be machined in 40 percent of the time. The alloy has high strength and hardness, a high fatigue strength, good resistance to corrosion and wear and good electrical conductivity.
