Abstract: Training / Training is one of the human resource development programs aimed at achieving competent and quality performance. Management Information System which is the application of information systems within the organization to gather some information needed by all levels of management and those who will need information. Training needs assessment is very important because it provides information about the level of expertise and knowledge of the organization's human resources. With this information, managers can find out the organization's needs and employee capabilities. One method used in this research is Agile Software Development, a type of short-term system development that requires rapid adaptation and development of changes in any form. Using the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) process model which is a rapid software development approach that "provides a framework for building and maintaining systems / software that meet tight time limits through the use of prototypes that are slowly added and expanded (Incremental) Prototyping) in a controlled project environment ".Keywords: Employee Training, Agile Software Development, Dynamic Systems Method (DSDMAbstrak: Pelatihan/Training merupakan salah satu program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang bertujuan dalam mencapai kinerja yang kompeten dan berkualitas. Sistem Informasi Manajemen yang merupakan penerapan sistem informasi di dalam organisasi untuk mengumpulkan beberapa informasi yang di butuhkan oleh semua tingkatan manajemen dan pihak-pihak yang akan memerlukan informasi. Penilaian kebutuhan training sangat penting karena menyediakan informasi mengenai tingkat keahlian (skill) dan pengetahuan (knowledge) sumber daya manusia organisasi. Dengan informasi ini, manajer dapat mengetahui kebutuhan organisasi dan kapabilitas karyawan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Agile Software Development, merupakan jenis pengembangan sistem jangka pendek yang memerlukan adaptasi cepat dan pengembangan terhadap perubahan dalam bentuk apapun. E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. In the development of modules applied Dynamic System Development Method. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. In this study a prototype has been produced for the sales module on agricultural e-commerce that is being developed

A new service concept meets some resistance from those who face it prior to adoption. If the resistance cannot be overcome, the new service will not be diffused. There have been many studies of business-to-consumer (B2C) contexts on adoption and rejection of product and service innovation. The question remains, what barriers should be overcome in the diffusion process of new services in the business-to-business (B2B) contexts? For example, if you implement a new service concept to your organization to create new value with your customers, what barriers does your organization need to overcome? Few studies to date have revealed the issue. To identify barriers for adoption, this study focuses on the diffusion process of the Agile software development method in Japanese organizations, which is still in progress, and attempts to approach the adoption barriers for service innovation in the B2B context to understand the barriers and leverage point for overcoming them. The Agile software development method is an innovation of software development. But there is a possibility that its diffusion will be stopped due to the resistance of project managers involved in a software development. This may lead service systems to value co-destruction as well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi kinerja salesman yang menggunakan mobile device dengan framework JQuery mobile yang mempermudah proses pencatatan orderan, pengecekan stok dan mengontrol sistem kinerja salesman. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode research and development sebagai bentuk penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, serta studi dokumentasi. Pemodelan sistem menggunakan unified modeling language, sedangkan metode perancangan aplikasi menggunakan agile software development method dengan pendekatan extreme programming. Untuk membangun web mobile menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (hypertext preprocessor) dengan framework JQuery mobile dan database MySQL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan fitur login salesman, fitur indent, fitur pengontrol kinerja salesman dan menampilkan laporan penjualan secara periode tertentu yang dapat diakses dari perangkat mobile salesman.

AbstractSoftware development method, which does not have any faults or gaps in project implementation, has not been elaborated so far. Due to this reason, the authors have decided to perform this study to make it easier for the companies, which use one of the agile development methods, to better foresee potential risks and to deal with their consequences. The aim of the research is to identify and classify risks in agile software development methods and the related projects based on the obtained survey data. To achieve the goal, the authors have developed evaluation criteria, as well as implemented practical questionnaire in various software development companies. From the obtained survey data, the risks are classified according to various factors, i.e., the changing highest and lowest priorities and needs in various projects. Thus, the obtained research results can be applied in various areas of project development, changing the order of priority factors.

Agile programming is the popular software project development method in this era. Many company moving from Traditional software development to agile software development. They move to agile to reduce delivery time, user gap and improve quality. When use traditional method, we usually find big gap when we deliver to user. The solution of this problem is agile method. In Agile, we frequently come to users to tell them what we have done to their requirements. So the gap is not too big and we can solve it fast. But moving to agile software development is not easy. There are some risks when we move to new method. The data for this study were drawn from PT. XYZ. This company trying to move from traditional method into agile method. This company wants to move of the development method in all business units. The notion of this paper is to propose the risk management when company moving their method from Traditional into Agile software development based on study PT XYZ.
