E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. In the development of modules applied Dynamic System Development Method. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. In this study a prototype has been produced for the sales module on agricultural e-commerce that is being developed

Abstract: Training / Training is one of the human resource development programs aimed at achieving competent and quality performance. Management Information System which is the application of information systems within the organization to gather some information needed by all levels of management and those who will need information. Training needs assessment is very important because it provides information about the level of expertise and knowledge of the organization's human resources. With this information, managers can find out the organization's needs and employee capabilities. One method used in this research is Agile Software Development, a type of short-term system development that requires rapid adaptation and development of changes in any form. Using the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) process model which is a rapid software development approach that "provides a framework for building and maintaining systems / software that meet tight time limits through the use of prototypes that are slowly added and expanded (Incremental) Prototyping) in a controlled project environment ".Keywords: Employee Training, Agile Software Development, Dynamic Systems Method (DSDMAbstrak: Pelatihan/Training merupakan salah satu program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang bertujuan dalam mencapai kinerja yang kompeten dan berkualitas. Journal as a medium to explain the results of research. It has developed in such a way especially because of the rapid support of information and communication technology today. Various models of online-based journaling management can be easily operated by journals managers as well as writers / researchers who will include research results in the journal. It's just that with the number of journals that exist today, causing difficulties for the manager of journals to be able to promote the journals he managed, in addition to the manager of the journal sometimes difficult to get a researcher who would put his paper into the journal he manages. Meanwhile, with the number of journals that have been online, researchers will find it difficult to get information from the journals. Researchers should open their journal entries, read their profiles and publications, until they are interested to include papers in the journal. This problem is the background of the development of online journals aggregator system, which with this system will facilitate the meeting between journals, journal managers and writers or researchers. In order to develop an online journal aggregator system, a software development method is needed that directly captures the needs of its users. This study aims to implement the UCD method in the functional design and interface of the aggregator journal system. In order to determine the level of acceptance and support of prospective users of the aggregator journal system. Measurements were taken using Likert method with user acceptance preferences for 3 aspects of the system, namely: accessibility, navigation, and content aspects. The measurement results show 82% of prospective users state that the functional design and interface of the aggregator journal system can be accepted and can be developed to the next stage.

Abstract Due to the development of knowledge society, there is increased demand for using knowledge management (KM) in an entrepreneurship as well as using information and communication technology (ICT). To achieve sustainable capacity it is necessary to promote KM and ICT in small, medium and microenterprises (SMME). KM is implemented successfully in the firms with large amount of employees. There are limited abilities to handle it for SMME. It is necessary to develop the model for implementation of KM for achieving sustainable capacity in SMME. The aim of this paper is to illustrate the model for strengthening sustainable capacity of SMME in transition to knowledge economy. Study of the bibliography was applied to define main dimensions of sustainable capacity of an enterprise. The active knowledge modelling method was applied to develop the model of KM solution for achieving sustainable capacity of SMME. As a result of research, a method for evaluation of sustainable development of SMME was developed. It reflects key elements for KM solution in SMME and consists of four interrelated sub-models such as goal model, business process model, concepts model, and information systems model. The model was evaluated in the target group as well as in the group of experts.

Abstract Ethical, legal and social implications are widely regarded as important considerations with respect to technological developments. Agile Worth-Oriented Systems Engineering (AWOSE) is an innovative approach to incorporating ethically relevant criteria during agile development processes through a flexibly applicable methodology. First, a predefined model for the ethical evaluation of socio-technical systems is used to assess ethical issues according to different dimensions. The second part of AWOSE ensures that ethical issues are not only identified, but also systematically considered during the design of systems based on information and communication technology. For this purpose, the findings from the first step are integrated with approaches from worth-centered development into a process model that, unlike previous approaches to ethical system development, is thoroughly compatible with agile methodologies like Scrum or Extreme Programming. Artifacts of worth-centered development called Worth Maps have been improved to guide the prioritization of development tasks as well as choices among design alternatives with respect to ethical implications. Furthermore, the improved Worth Maps facilitate the identification of suitable criteria for system evaluations in association to ethical concerns and desired positive outcomes of system usage. The potential of the AWOSE methodology has been demonstrated in the context of a technical system (smart glasses for cognitive assistance) that supports elderly and people with particular handicaps.

With UCD it is expected that the online journals aggregator system can produce a design that will make it easier for its users, both in terms of functionality and from the side of the system interface.

Abstrak - Dalam mengembangkan dan membangun sebuah perangkat lunak kita dapat menggunakan metode Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM). DSDM merupakan metode pemngembangan perangkat lunak dimana aplikasi yang dibangun berdasarkan kebutuhan dan komunikasi antara pengguna dan pengembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bengkel pada Bengkel DK Variasi dengan tujuan untuk meminimalkan kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi pada saat pengadaan stok barang yang meliputi pembelian spare part, penerimaan spare part, retur dan penerimaan retur. Proses pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan tahapan-tahapan yang ada pada DSDM yang dimulai dari menganalisa sistem kerja dan prosedur yang digunakan saat ini pada Bengkel DK Variasi. Kemudian dari hasil analisa tersebut, dilanjutkan dengan mendesain business sytem dengan menggunakan UML. Selanjutnya pembuatan desain database yang terdiri dari 8 entitas, yang kemudian di-generate ke aplikasi basis data untuk membuat database yang nantinya akan digunakan dalam menyimpan data serta desain input dan output. Tahap terakhir yaitu mengimplementasikan program yang telah disusun dan database yang telah dirancang keprogram berbasis web kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses pengujian sistem terhadap fitur-fitur pada proses pembelian spare part, penerimaan spare part, retur dan penerimaan retur dengan menggunakan blackbox testing sebelum akhirnya di implementasikan. Implementasi dari aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam menjalankan proses bisnis yang berjalan pada bengkel DK Variasi khususnya dalam mengelola data sparepart, mengelola data barang masuk dan data barang keluar, pencatatan data transaksi service dan pengelolaan laporan data sparepart, laporan transaksi, laporan barang masuk dan barang keluar. Dengan diimplementasikannya aplikasi ini, maka proses pencatatan yang sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual sudah tergantikan dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi sehingga semua transaksi dapat terdokumentasi dengan baik.   Kata kunci :  Sistem, Sistem Informasi, Dynamic System Development Metthod, DSDM, Agile


The article is devoted to the formation of integrated system development models in the information and telecommunications cluster. It has been established that the study of European experience in cluster development allows identifying the main participants in communication processes that significantly accelerate interaction using an integrated communication system. It has been proven that the key participants in communication platforms include information and telecommunications enterprises, professional communities, local authorities and government institutions that regulate the activities of cluster members, educational institutions and research institutes, technology transfer centers, business incubators, investors and cluster coordination councils. It has been determined that all these organizations will have equal access to platforms, which corresponds to the basic principles of partnership, especially the principle of transparency and openness to innovations based on mutual trust. It has been revealed that the structural-functional model of an integrated system of information and communication support for the interaction of participants shows the directions and ways of virtualizing communications on dedicated platforms.

Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) termasuk kedalam pelayanan masyarakat yang ada di Kepolisian, akan tetapi pembuatan SKCK ini belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, padahal pelayanan pembuatan SKCK ini berkaitan dengan masyarakat luas. SKCK  berguna untuk mengetahui identitas yang valid tentang jati diri seseorang, serta digunakan sebagai salah satu syarat melamar pekerjaan, melanjutkan pendidikan, atau alat untuk kebutuhan yang lain kemudian SKCK juga digunakan untuk menerangkan bahwa orang yang bersangkutan tidak memiliki catatan atau keterlibatan dalam kegiatan kriminal. Pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall (air terjun). Harapannya dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini dapat membantu Polsek Kotabaru dalam melayani masyarakat dalam pembuatan SKC, perpanjangan waktu SKCK dan juga dapat memudahkan dalam pengelolaan dan pengolahaan data masyarakat yang terlibat ataupun tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan kriminal. Police Note Certificate (SKCK) is included in the community service in the Police, but the making of this SKCK has not maximized the use of information and communication technology, even though the SKCK making service is related to the wider community. SKCK is useful for knowing a valid identity about a person's identity, and is used as a condition for applying for a job, continuing education, or a tool for other needs. SKCK is also used to explain that the person concerned has no record of or involvement in criminal activities. In this study, a web-based system was designed using the waterfall model software development method (waterfall). The expectation is that the creation of this information system can help the Kotabaru Police in serving the community in making SKC, extending the SKCK time and also making it easier to manage and process data for people who are or are not involved in criminal activities.
