It is a kind of indicator of determining the level of sustainability of the development of nation states and, as a conclusion, their potential in facing the challenges of globalization processes. It is these processes that have become the main criterion for the integration of states into relevantglobal or regional structures in our time. Only a state that has an active system of government, implementsits own geopolitical development strategy, maximizes its sovereignty, oriented in the global space, and mostimportantly, it has effective mechanisms of influence and even management can withstand such a globalization challenge.
