Pembelajaran pada hakikatnya proses interaksi antara peserta didik dengan lingkungan belajar yang dikoordinasikan oleh guru. Para guru mengalami kesulitan dalam pengembangan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran daring, pengelolaan pembelajaran, penanaman karakter peserta didik karena keterbatasan interaksi dengan peserta didik, maupun keterbatasan upaya pemberdayaan peserta didik. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring ini didukung oleh perangkat pembelajaran online seperti smartphone, laptop dengan jaringan koneksi yang memadai dan didukung oleh beberapa aplikasi seperti google classroom, video converence, telepon atau live chat, zoom maupun melalui whatsapp group. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) dengan menggunakan desain penelitian model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 9 Rupat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru, jumlah guru sebanyak 5 orang. Dua siklus yang memperlihatkan hasil analisis kemampuan guru dengan rata-rata yang meningkat. Siklus I rata-rata yang diperoleh 33.33%, sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata yang diperoleh 66.66%. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan guru menggunakan, memahami, terampil, mengkombinasi, dan mengembangkan aplikasi sebagai sarana pembelajaran daring.

Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk memutuskan membeli sebuah barang secara online adalah merupakan hal yang sangat krusial bagi pelaku usaha untuk mampu memenangkan persaingan antar pelaku usaha di situs e-commerce. Pada artikel ini, pengaruh live chat terhadap keputusan pembelian dipelajari dengan menggunakan perilaku penjual dan E-WOM dengan kelompok rujukan sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk mengolah data. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa live chat yang diharapkan mampu menjadi penghubung antar penjual dan pembeli ternyata belum memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, tetapi review dari pembeli sebelumnya dengan memanfaatkan rekomendasi dari kelompok rujukan (selebriti) sebagai variabel mediasi dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian calon pembeli.

This paper is the documentation of a graduation internship at Digital Society School (DSS) in which they teamed up with Ajax Fancare to solve their logistical problem and enhance the fan experience. Ajax Fancare is facing a logistical problem in manually answering every fan’s question via calls, emails, social media, or live chat. They believe that chatbot is the solution to this problem. The goal of this project is to research, design, and prototype a chatbot that could tackle the logistical problem and enhance the fan experience. The deliverable is a chatbot prototype and architecture in which Ajax Fancare could build upon for their future customer service chatbot. The main question of the research is answered by the chatbot architecture: Jax the Architecture, a conversational tree of all the possible interactions between a user and the chatbot. The final chatbot architecture answers the research question by mapping together the main elements of the chatbot such as the information fans needed from Ajax Fancare and additional features that create a new and inclusive experience. The prototypes and final chatbot architecture are ready to be tested for further research and serve as a cornerstone for future development of the Ajax Fancare chatbot.

This research has the purpose of finding out the ReadinessReadiness of junior high school teachers in the online learning, and efforts which are carried out as well as obstacles that are dealt with in the online learning implementation at the time of Covid-19 pandemic. The kind of research which is used is qualitative-descriptive, with the interview technique. The result of the research shows that the junior high school educators enthusiastically respond the online learning by preparing the online learning devices and promoting the change of learning system to the students, and the online learning system is executed by utilizing applications, such as short message service, Whatsapp group, Zoom, phone, or live chat. The result of this research shows that junior high school teachers are ready to implement online learning in spite of not being optimal and dealing with various obstacles.
