This article discusses a theoretical construction based on the graph theory to rework the space of potential partitions in envy-free distribution. This work has the objective of applying Sperner’s lemma to the distribution of three rotating shifts for three workers who are to cover a 24 h job position in a company. As a novel feature, worker’s preferences have been modeled as functions of probability for the three shifts, according to salary offers for said shifts. Envy-free allocation was achieved, since each worker received their preferred shift without the need for negotiation between agents in conflict. Adaptation to the type of dynamic situations that arise with rotating shifts, as well as the consideration of probabilistic preferences by workers are some of the main novelties of this work.

Graph labeling is a currently emerging area in the research of graph theory. A graph labeling is an assignment of integers to the vertices or edges or both subject to certain conditions. If the labels of edges are distinct positive integers and for each vertex the sum of the labels of all edges incident with is the same for every vertex in the given graph, then the labeling of the graph is called magic labeling. There are several types of magic labeling defined on graphs. In this paper we consider vertex magic labeling and group magic labeling of graphs as an application of magic labeling. We solve a problem of finding number of computers/workstations to be allocated to each department in a company under certain conditions.

The background of this paper is the education reformation of Chinese software engineering. Using graduate education of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA) as an example, we will demonstrate the development of Software Engineering training curriculum based on the job position of a company. Firstly, we analyze the relationship between the occupational goal and the ability needed; secondly, we set the goal of talent cultivation based on occupational ability needed; lastly, we construct cultivating system based vocational ability. In conclusion, we should improve the managing system of practical education and the mechanism should focus on constructing occupational abilities of students that various companies require.

Employees are the important aspect to determine company progress. PT. Adiperkasa Anugrah Pratama is a company which engaged in manufacturing by giving bonuses to employees as appreciation action, in determining the employees bonuses they have no precise calculation and potential subjectivity to describe employees dissatisfaction. This research is conducted by using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. This method can find the best alternative to determine the amount of employees bonus by finding job period, job position, departmental function and performance value. This method can determine the solution and the optimal alternative. The application designed by Unified Modeing Language (UML) that implemented in PHP programming language with sublime text 3 and MySQL database type. The result of this study is a supportive system that can assist the management in determining the bonus amount of the employees. Index Terms—employee, position, bonuses, performance.
