In the modern era of technological development, the application of electronic official script management is a solution to the administrative and communication challenges of agencies during the pandemic, such as today, where administrative work needs to be done from home (work from home). With the condition of a high level of need, the management of official manuscripts in the XYZ organization still uses conventional methods. So, this raises obstructed letter distribution and loss documents problem, and waste of paper use. We propose the Electronic Service Manuscript Management Application to replace the official script management process that previously applied conventional methods to using electronic methods to solve this problem. Besides, we also implement security aspects in the SHA-512 algorithm to fulfill authentication, AES-128 to meet confidentiality, and RSA2048 to meet integrity and non-repudiation. Apart from the security aspect, functionally, the system is built based on the Guidelines for Electronic Service Manuscripts, which are tailored to the organization's needs. The system development uses the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) methodology using the Yii2 framework. From the research results, it is concluded that the Electronic Service Manuscript Management Application has been built according to the needs of the organization and can be a security alternative in the official script management process.   Index Terms—digital signature; encryption; official script management; WDLC

PT Ikido Jorr Indo Sepatu is a manufacturing company that produces shoes for babies, and toddlers. The authors find problem such as most of its business processes still do not take full advantage and not optimally using IS and IT, and sometimes problems in the form of human errors, such as writing wrong memos, wrong data entry, and not having “real time” data processing between each of company division that can interfere with ongoing business processes. Therefore the authors will design a company enterprise architecture (EA) that results in harmony between IS / IT and the business needs of PT Ikido Jorr Indo Sepatu. In this study, the authors will design the EA using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method. The guesthouse management process of PT PPA is done conventionally, the Group Leader (GL) and the admin coordinate face to face for data collection or changes in employee data on the homestead dwellers. Temporary data collection is done by paper, then entered by MS. Excel. Reporting on homesteads is done by MS. Excel. If there is a change in data, then the reporting of the guest house is invalid. The researcher's goal is to implement a guesthouse management application to accommodate real-time data collection by the Group Leader. Reporting on the residents of the guesthouse can be done based on the date of the guesthouse management transaction. Testing is done by black-box testing and user acceptance test (UAT). All test results are functionally successful, and the test is carried out by the IT department. Based on the UAT test, the mes management application has an attractive appearance, is very easy to use, is very helpful for room relocation, is very in accordance with the proposed design, is very well organized by employees' rooms, is very suitable for the data entered and passwords can be hidden very well.   Index Terms—guesthouse; homesteads; management; reporting; User Acceptance Test (UAT)

One of the most important things in the work process is the presentation of information that is fast and accurate. Data is processed in a short time, it will increase work efficiency, one of which is by using the system to process and display data into information. Information systems are needed considering technology is growing and now people are required to use more technology to reduce activities outside the home. Problems that often arise are the tight location of registration and the length of service for one registrant due to filling out registration forms and screening examinations for new students. In addition, the large accumulation of registration and trial files also takes a long time so that announcements of new student graduations cannot be made. The goal is to build a new student admission information system for all faculties at the Indonesian Methodist University, reduce applicants who come to the registration location, reduce the use of paper registration forms, help submit and fill in student data, conduct online screening exams, provide information on new student registration, schedule and payment of tuition fees. The result of this initialization is building a new student registration information system using the Codeigniter Framework and Application Programming Interface (API).   Index Terms—Application Programming Interface (API); Codeigniter framework; information systems; online registration

Educational institutions are one of the institutions that have a lot of financial transactions in their daily activities, for example new student registration fees, payment of school fees and even grants from the government. Assa'adatul Mahmudiyah, which is our research site, is one of the educational institutions that also has a lot of cash flow transactions. However, problems arise when these transactions are still recorded manually in books or simple spreadsheet files. These problems include rewriting when making reports, calculating and checking funds manually on cash balances and so on. Therefore, making a cash flow application is an alternative to this problem. Data was collected by observing the research site, reference the literature and conducting interviews with the cash manager. While the waterfall method the researchers took as a software development method. With this cash flow application, it can speed up users in making reports and reduce errors when recording cash in and cash out Index Terms— Cash flow application, Cash in and cash out, Waterfall

Most teachers have difficulty in developing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) due to the large number of instruments in the RPP that need to be made and adapted to the standard format. Likewise, when evaluating students, teachers need to look back at the lesson plan before conducting an assessment. Teacher activities in making lesson plans and assessing according to lesson plans are very time-consuming. Therefore, the Learning Planning and Assessment System for Students (SPADIK) was developed. This new application aimed to ease teacher effort in making learning plans and assessments for students at TK Khalifah Banjarmasin II. The teacher always welcomes the existence of new technology that can help their work. However, if the teacher cannot operate this new technology, they will certainly be in vain. Therefore, evaluation of acceptance of the SPADIK system is required by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with six kindergarten teachers of Khalifah Banjarmasin II, where this system was implemented. Data from interviews with teachers then reduced to a short description following the variables in the TAM model. From the results of testing with the TAM model, it was concluded that SPADIK could be accepted and used well by the teachers.   Index Terms—evaluation; information system; RPP; students assessment; Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
