Employees are the important aspect to determine company progress. PT. Adiperkasa Anugrah Pratama is a company which engaged in manufacturing by giving bonuses to employees as appreciation action, in determining the employees bonuses they have no precise calculation and potential subjectivity to describe employees dissatisfaction. This research is conducted by using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. This method can find the best alternative to determine the amount of employees bonus by finding job period, job position, departmental function and performance value. This method can determine the solution and the optimal alternative. The application designed by Unified Modeing Language (UML) that implemented in PHP programming language with sublime text 3 and MySQL database type. The result of this study is a supportive system that can assist the management in determining the bonus amount of the employees. Index Terms—employee, position, bonuses, performance.

PT.Balai Lelang Bandung is a company in Bandung which is located at Ruko Maple Kav. G, Jl. Gn. Batu No. 201, Sukaraja, Cicendo, Bandung - West Java, provides services such as pre-auction, auction, and post auction. The registration process of tender participants is quite convoluted and takes a lot of time in the registration process either in terms of the auction participants or the auctioneer itself. The auction process is very time-consuming bidders themselves, where in conducting the auction, participants are required to attend directly to the auction so many prospective bidders who discontinue their intention to follow the auction process. In this design approach method is prototypemethod, while system development method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). PT Pudak Scientific is a company engaged in the manufacture of aircraft parts industry. Meeting the precise and timely demand of aerospace parts from customers becomes a major corporate responsibility. However, Loss Revenue often occurs due to engine breakdown. So that cause because the production target is not achieved, the product reject, and the delay of delivery. One of the machines that often experience breakdown is Mori seiki NH4000 DCG. Mori seiki NH4000 DCG is the finishing machine for Blank fork End product. The demand for this part is quite large, making it a tough task for the Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG machine. But because the breakdown of the machine is high enough to cause production targets every month are often not met. In addition, Maintenance activities that have not noticed the characteristics of engine damage, as well as the distribution of historical data of the machine causing less effective and efficient actions resulted in substantial Maintenance costs. Based on the results of risk analysis of Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG engine damage, in terms of performance loss system caused by a large enough that is 3.773% of machine production capacity per year. This figure exceeds the risk acceptance criteria by the company that is 2%. Therefore it is necessary to find the appropriate Maintenance policy for the Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG machine. The approach is to use Reliability Centeres Maintenance and Risk Based Maintenance. Based on the above two approaches obtained the appropriate interval time so that the Maintenance activities more effective and can improve the efficiency of treatment by reducing the cost of care previously Rp167.506.286, - per year, to Rp 96.147.061, - per year. With the policy is expected to reduce engine breakdown and performance loss caused. So the number of risks that arise for the future are within the criteria of acceptance set by the company.

Java 7 has included the new invokedynamic opcode in the Java virtual machine. This new instruction allows the user to define method linkage at runtime. Once the link is established, the virtual machine performs its common optimizations, providing better runtime performance than reflection. However, this feature has not been offered at the abstraction level of the Java programming language. Since the functionality of the new opcode is not provided as a library, the existing languages in the Java platform can only use it at the assembly level. For this reason, we have developed the JINDY library that offers invokedynamic to any programming language in the Java platform. JINDY supports three modes of use, establishing a trade-off between runtime performance and flexibility. A runtime performance and memory consumption evaluation is presented. We analyze the efficiency of JINDY compared to reflection, the MethodHandle class in Java 7 and the Dynalink library. The memory and performance costs compared to the invokedynamic opcode are also measured.

Two phenomena are having a profound effect on management and industry in the 21st century. The first one is the increasing rate and depth of competition locally, regionally, and globally, and the consequent increase in focus on achieving competitiveness by companies. The second phenomenon is the increasing appreciation of the importance of employees in assisting the company to gain a competitive advantage over its competitors. Employee Assistance Programmes have been used as part of the business strategy to enhance employee functioning, loyalty, and performance in organisations around the world for a good part of the 20th century. In South Africa this service did not gain much momentum until the 1980. Despite the growth of EAP in South Africa, however, in most cases it still remains on the periphery of real business activities and is often regarded as a "nice to have" rather than as a business imperative. The location of EAP within a company is very important in determining its impact within the organisation. Because of EAPs capacity to impact on both individual employees and the organisation as its primary client, it has potential to make a great impact in organisations' business processes, where these interface with individual output and wellbeing. A service-profit-chain model was introduced as a link between employee satisfaction and company profitability. This article gives an in-depth focus on EAP and the important role it can play in achieving employee satisfaction.

Keep a pet at home takes time and effort. For people who have very dense flurry of activity certainly keep a pet such as a cat would be very hard to do. A Raspberry Pi microcontroller is designed for the purpose of automatic feeding so it is easy to use. The workings of the tool are automatic scheduling using an Android-based smartphone so that the servo motor will open and close so that the cat food is taken out into the food container that has been provided. By using an Android-based smartphone, the feeding schedule can be set by the hour for each funnel. Equipped with a buzzer as a reminder of cat owners if the available food stock is low and must be immediately refilled. The programming language used is Python language. Based on testing and performance of "Automatic Cat Feeding Using Raspberry Pi Android Based" has shown results in accordance with the design that is able to open and close the funnel that fills the cat food container with a servo motor automatically by setting a predetermined time.

Abstract Contemporary third-party logistics (3PL) companies tend to broaden their competences in different fields and apart from traditional logistics services provide various value-added services to their customers. A systematic approach of 3PL resource management, as well as performance and quality indicator measurement are needed to forecast development of key performance indicators of a company. The purpose of this study is to discover contemporary tendencies of 3PL with regard to resources, performance and quality related issues, to determine resources, processes and quality indicators of 3PL, and to develop a system dynamics model for optimization of internal resources and processes of a company. The paper provides a systematic review of literature related to management of 3PL resources, quality and performance measurement. A model of management and optimization of 3PL resources and internal processes is developed by applying System Dynamics. The developed model consists of six blocks, namely, commercial activities, operations, procurement, administration, personnel management and quality management, representing different areas of internal activities of 3PL.

Nowadays technology is developing very fast, including information and communication technology. For that we need fast steps in following it. Information and communication technology has entered all aspects of life, including the business world. This is because the work assisted by information technology can minimize errors and even losses that will occur. Warna Print is a company engaged in the printing sector, which serves banner designs and banner printing and is currently facing problems in the field of ordering. The banner ordering system used in Warna Print is still done conventionally. For example, in recording orders, making order invoices to taking orders and transaction reports, they still rely on recording on notes. This of course can cause loss or damage to the order data and sales transactions. With the design of this application will be able to help expedite the transaction process on Color Print. The design of this application uses the Netbeans IDE with the Java programming language and the MySQL database program. This application has guaranteed security, because only owners and employees who have a username and password can access this application. In addition, the error rate in recording orders is very small, because each customer receives a different transaction number, so as to minimize errors on the transaction report.

This study was conducted to determine the effect on Profit Distribution Management recorded in Bank Indonesia on financing for profit sharing, transparency and performance. Research conducted using RGEC Method to determine the level of performance in the company and the population of this study is a company listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index of 2012-2016. The results of this study indicate that mudharabah variables have an effect but not significant to PDM, ROA and CAR have significant effect to PDM while musharaka, transparency, FDR, GCG and BOPO have no significant effect to PDM.

Make or buy decision answers a fundamental question in the development of a manufacturing strategy. It requires consideration of both quantitative and qualitative factors diverging in a broad range. This study presents a two-stage decision model which incorporates fuzzy multi-criteria decision making methods to support make or buy decision of a company operating in the wood building products sector. The first stage comprises fuzzy SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method to evaluate the decision on market entry, then the second stage integrates fuzzy SAW and fuzzy VIKOR (Multi-criteria optimization and compromise solution) methods to evaluate sourcing options. Proposed approach is demonstrated on an example invoked from a real-life problem. Then, sensitivity analysis is conducted to test the robustness of the models.

In modern working relations, a company can improve its business dramatically, especially with formation and performance of suitable management. An important role in the whole management of a company belongs also to management of e-business. A broad definition defines e-business as a business process that uses Internet (and/or any other electronic medium) as a channel to complete business transactions. One of the main concerns about management of e-business is how much of each e-business should be owned by each e-business participants. This is called the extent of vertical integration. But in the modern business environment, vertical integrations alone are not enough. The alternative to vertical integration is some other form of relationship, not necessarily ownership. Inthe authors’ contribution, they will examine the relationship between the links of the e-business in terms of the flows between the operations involved. The authors use term link for all the different types of flow in exchange. This contribution discusses two issues: 1) How different relationships in e-business impact organization of e-business, and 2) How different organizational forms impact of e-business.
