The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of probability, leverage, and company size to corporate social responsibility disclousure. The independent variables in this study is probability, leverage, and company size. The dependent variable in this study is the corporate social responsibility disclousure, with years of research for 2010-2013. The sample in this study is mining companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and have reported the corporate social responsibility disclosure activities. There are 36 samples by purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between profitability and leverage on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. Instead, there is a significant influence in the presence of company size on disclosure of corporate socialresponsibility.

This study aims to influence profitability on corporate social responsibility disclosure, the effect of company size on corporate social responsibility disclosure, the effect of public ownership on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The study was conducted on mining companies that were officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017. The population in this study were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2017. The sample used by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability, company size and public ownership had a positive effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of company size, profitability and leverage on disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The data used is secondary data, while the data source is obtained through the site http://www.idx.co.id. Of the 49 listed mining companies, only 12 met the criteria for the research sample that had been determined. The data were analyzed by using the Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS. The results show that simultaneously the variable company size, profitability and leverage have a significant effect on CSR disclosure in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Partially, the firm size and leverage have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure, while the partial profitability variable does not have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size on corporate social responsibility disclosure and to determine the effect of audit committee size on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and to determine the effect of company size and audit committee size together on corporate social responsibility disclosure in mining companies in the period 2014-2018. Data collection using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling with puposive sampling method, there are 155 samples. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the size of the company and the size of the audit committee simultaneously had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, company size had no significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and the size of the audit committee had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leverage, company size, and profitability on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility of public firms of textiles and garment that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange over 2016 until 2018. The independent variables of this study are leverage, company size, and profitability while the dependent variable is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure. This study conducts logistic regression analysis on 45 public firms of textiles and garment that taken by purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that: (1) leverage significantly effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure; (2) company size insignificant on corporate social responsibility disclosure; and (3) profitability significantly effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is examine the influence<strong> </strong>of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Governance (CG) with proxy institusional ownership and audit quality. In this research leverage and sales growth used as variabele control. The population of this research is sub-sector trade, service and investastation firms that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. Sample selected by purposive sampling method with certain criteria and collected 172 data samples.  Testing the hypothesis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of these test indicate that: there is no significant influence of corporate social responsibility on tax avoidance, institusional ownesrship there is a positive significant on tax avoidance, audit quality there is no significant on tax avoidance.</em></p>

This study aims to analyzie and obtain empirical evidence about the effect company size, leverage, board of commisioners and profitability on the corporate social responsibility disclosure to coal mining companies in Indonesia. The independent variables of this study are company size, leverage, board of commisioners, and profitability while the dependent variable of this study is the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The study conducts multiple regression analysis by using mining companies which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) over period between 2016 to 2018 with a total of 44 companies. This study collects the data by purposive sampling method that makes the total sample is 17 companies with 51 data of financial statements companies as research observations. This study finds that: (1) company size not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure;(2) leverage not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure;(3) board of commisioners not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure; and (4) profitability significantly effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure.

The purpose of this study is to prove empirically the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016.. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the first and third hypotheses in the study were rejected, namely managerial ownership and disclosure of CSR did not affect the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The second hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely institutional ownership has a positive effect on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016.Keywords: Institutional ownership, managerial ownership, disclosure of corporate social responsibility, financial performance

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the company, size of the board of commissioners and industrial sensitivity to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility partially and simultaneously. The data of this study were taken from 87 observations. The number of samples used in this study was 29 LQ-45 companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2016. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that size of company significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with significance level by 0,021, while size of board of commissioners did not significantly influence the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with the value of significance by 0,621, but industry sensitivity has significant influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure with a significant value of 0,010. The simultaneous test showed that firm size, board size and industry sensitivity simultaneously and significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility significantly by 0,004. The GMS members who have the authority to propose, appoint and dismiss the board of commissioners should consider the candidates of the board of commissioners to be proposed, and the further research should expand the object of research and develop other factors that can affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility such as foreign ownership, growth company, good corporate governance (GCG) practices and several other factors.

 This study purpose to determine the effect of intellectual capital, corporate social responsibility disclosure on market performance. This research was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016, namely as many as 43 companies. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Obtained 23 companies with 69 total observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis prove that companies that are able to process value added well will affect market performance. This study also found that the more items disclosure of CSR disclosure disclosed by the company will improve market performance. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of BOPO ratio, intellectual capital, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure on profitability of banking companies. Research conducted on banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2017 period. The sample is determined through non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 60 observation samples. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that BOPO ratio show a negative effect on profitability of banking companies. The results also show that intellectual capital and CSR disclosure doesn’t affect the probability of banking companies. The research implications theoretically prove stakeholder theory, legitimacy theory, and resource-based theory in explaining the operational efficiency of banking companies.
