The article summarizes the materials on the set of limiting criteria and factors affecting the group of threatened species of diurnal Lepidoptera of Udmurtia. The group is formed by representatives belonging to the categories "Exposed to critical danger", "Endangered" and "Vulnerable", allocated by the regional co-Zoological analysis of the fauna of Rhopalocera. A set of criteria used to identify the threatened categories includes the following indicators of limitation: arealographic (total breadth of distribution of species in the region, the degree of fragmentation of regional habitat types, trends in regional species' chorology); biotopic (quantity and quality of key habitats in the region, as well as actual and potential risks and declining trends in their quantity and quality); population (the level of localization of population structures of species). The main factors of anthropogenic impact on the habitats of moths include the regional types of nature management with landscape-scale manifestations, such as agricultural and forestry activities.

One of approaches to assessing the condition of lakes is to look at lakes with respect to their primary production or trophic state. Protecting water quality of urban lakes from eutrophication is an important task of all governments. This study presents an analysis of the trophic state in lakes of Dong Da district, Hanoi. The tropic states of the lakes were characterized using the Carlson TSI and the Chlorophyll-a concentrations with the thresholds of US. The deviations of the Secchi depth and total phosphorus indices from the Chlorophyll-a index were used to identify limiting factors affecting to the tropic state of the lakes. It comes to a conclusion that most of the lakes in study area were hypereutrophic or eutrophic in August 2017 and eutrophic or oligotropic in March 2017. It also reveals that phosphorus were not limited factor for algal biomass but some factors such as nitrogen limitation, zooplankton grazing or toxics limit algal biomass. The time plot method suggested that transparency were dominated by non-algal factors such as color or turbidity or where very small particles predominated, whereas the difference plot method revealed that large particles were dominated. Consequently, more studies should be done to look for the real limiting factors and conditions of the lakes.

This study applied SERVQUAL scale of Parasuraman et al to measure factors affecting customer satisfaction on service quality at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank - An Giang Branch (Techcombank An Giang). The study was conducted to survey 207 customers who have been using the service at Techcombank An Giang. The survey results were analyzed by the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test method, then used Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to verify and evaluate the scale of service quality. The results of the regression analysis show that customer's satisfaction about service quality at Techcombank An Giang includes four factors: The factor with the highest level is the Empathy with Beta = 0.253, the second of factor is the Responsibility with Beta = 0.248, ranked third in the influence level is the Tangible with Beta = 0.235, and the lowest impact level is the Reliability with Beta = 0.144. The research also uses statistical methods to describe and test the differences of demographic factors with customer's satisfactionon service quality. The analysis results show that there is no difference between customer's satisfaction on service quality and factors such as gender, age, income, number of transaction banks, regular transaction banks, and time to use the service at Techcombank An Giang. Through the research results, the author would like to propose some ideas to improve the quality of services, thereby attracting new customers and importantly, keeping traditional customers because the development orientation of Techcombank is to take care of old customers to cross sell other products of the bank. The Stud results offer a basis for the branch to identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction on their service quality, thereby having an appropriate strategy to improve customer satisfaction.

For continuous performance, enterprises should not only take into account potential risks and existing negative factors, but also develop methods and principles that allow timely and flexible response to crisis occurrences, as well as determine the recovery stages in an already deteriorated financial condition. Given tasks are solved by anti-crisis financial management, designed to increase the efficiency of enterprise management and facilitate the equalization or improvement of an economic entity’s financial stability, therefore, the directions of its development are a rather relevant topic in a market economy. The article examines the theoretical foundations of anti-crisis financial management, the main factors affecting the emergence of a crisis state at an enterprise, discusses the need for its development, and provides factors that determine the effectiveness of the implemented anti-crisis policy. Identifying the need to improve anti-crisis financial management and decision-making on its implementation are accompanied by an analysis that takes into consideration possible risks and costs, which determines the expected effect. The author generalizes and indicates the main principles and stages of anti- crisis management.

Sugar palm (Arenga pinnata) is a feather palm native to tropical Asia. In Vietnam, it is named Búng Báng or Đoác and grown only on the highlands in the central or northern part of Vietnam. It is utilized for many purposes, especially for Ta Vat wine production - a characteristic and unique product of Co Tu ethnic minority. However, because of the natural fermentation used in the production, the product quality is inconsistent. The purpose of this study was to examine a new procedure of using palm sap for making Ta Vat wine. Some characteristics of the sap, which was collected at Nam Giang district, Quang Nam province are determined, proving the potential of the sap for making wine product. The quality of sap changes quickly at room temperature. At low temperature (4 - 60C), the changes in sap quality are apparently slower. Examining some factors affecting its quality during the wine fermentation process, we determined the best parameters for the fermentation process as follows: inoculum size of 3% with cell density of about 1x108 cells/ml, the addition of the extract from the bark of Ceylon ironwood (Mesua ferrea L.) 4%. Keywords: Arenga pinnata, sap, Ceylon ironwood bark, Mesua ferrea L., wine fermentation.
