Abstact In a developing country, the role of entrepreneurs cannot be ignored especially in carrying out development. A nation will develop faster if it has entrepreneurs who can create and innovate optimally, which is to realize new ideas into real activities in each of their businesses. Indonesia as a developing country is working hard to improve the lives of its people. One important role in improving the standard of living of its people is through education. Entrepreneurship education is one form of application of the world's care for education to the progress of the nation. In entrepreneurship education it is shown, among others, the value and form of work to achieve success. Entrepreneurship education is a help to teach Indonesian people so that they have a dynamic and creative personal power in accordance with the personality of the Indonesian people based on Pancasila. fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship is one of the important things to be job opportunities, income and welfare for everyone/individual. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship motivation ofmanagement student and (2) the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial skills of management education student. This research is associative causal research with a quantitative approach. The variables of this research are in entrepreneurship education as independent variables, motivation and entrepreneurial skills as the dependent variable. The sample of population in this research is management education student respondents for about 213 students in East Java, Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used was Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. This research finds that entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect towards entrepreneurship motivation and this research also finds that entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect towards entrepreneurship skill. From those findings, this research concludes that entrepreneurship education have a significant role in the disruptive age.

The Impact

Purpose- The primary purpose of the study is to determine the impact of organizational justice (OJ) on employee sustainability. Along with that, it also describes how organizational commitment mediates this direct relationship. This study includes all dimensions of OJ which are distributive, procedural and interactional (interpersonal & informational) within the context of a developing country (Pakistan). Design/Methodology- This study has considered employees working in the banking sector of Pakistan. Two hundred ten questionnaires were received back from employees. Regression analysis was used to analyze direct relationships between variables, while smart partial least squares (PLS) were used for mediation analysis. Findings- Results demonstrated that all hypothesis were accepted and it was also confirmed that organizational commitment (OC) mediates the direct relationship between OJ and employee sustainability (ES). Originality/value- Multidimensional construct of organizational justice was tested in this study, in the context of a developing country (Pakistan), to address the research gap.

In the chapter, Haq analyses the deepening developing country debt problem of the 1980s and outlines the essential elements for an acceptable solution to the problem. To Haq, IMF seemed to be the most appropriate international intermediary to manage this. Haq goes on to outline the specifics of how the role of the IMF could be modified to find long-term solutions for managing developing-country debt.

Abstract Policymakers have increasingly embraced social enterprises as a vehicle to create job opportunities for the disadvantaged. However, there is limited research on social enterprises in the context of disability in relation to labour market integration. Drawing on the perspectives of representatives of work integration social enterprises and people with disabilities employed in these enterprises (n=21), this study examines whether and how work integration social enterprises promote inclusion for people with disabilities, and also explores the role of WISEs in enabling people with disabilities to transition into open employment. Thematic analysis revealed three key emergent themes: Cocooned inclusion but not transition; Reinforced normative demarcation; and WISEs as a deflection from institutionalizing proactive disability policy measures. This article argues that, although WISEs were able to provide job opportunities for people with disabilities, their purported function in enabling disabled people to transition into open employment remains constrained by factors beyond their control including prevailing norms and the absence of proactive disability employment measures. This article cautions against the over-romanticisation of WISEs as the primary means to ensure the rights of people with disabilities to participate in the labour market. Implications on disability employment policies in relation to social enterprises are discussed.

This article examines the role of James Burton in the diffusion of military technology in the mid-19th century. Burton worked as the Master Armorer at the Harpers Ferry Armory, as a contractor in the Connecticut Valley, and as an engineer at the Enfield Armory. At each location he incorporated the latest ideas of the American System of Manufacturing. Not only did he transmit new ideas, he visited, studied, and learned from his international peers. When the American Civil War began, he joined the Confederate Ordnance Department and helped the South continue a long and destructive war. The new technological ideas—bred out of necessity of war—continued to help shape the creation of a New South. After the war, Burton influenced weapons manufacturing in Russia, Italy, Turkey, and Egypt. The ideas that Burton helped implement is a case study of international technological diffusion.

The paper argues for a new role for rural marketing, namely, that of delivering a better standard of living and quality of life for the rural people. It discusses the role of conflict, corporation, and competition in the modernization of rural society brought by rural marketing. It conceptualizes rural marketing as an interactive activity in which the major participants are the government, voluntary agencies, the corporate sector, and the rural clientele, each with its distinctive activities, mode of operating, and stake.
