This research is associative causal research with a quantitative approach. The variables of this research are in entrepreneurship education as independent variables, motivation and entrepreneurial skills as the dependent variable. The sample of population in this research is management education student respondents for about 213 students in East Java, Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used was Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. This research finds that entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect towards entrepreneurship motivation and this research also finds that entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect towards entrepreneurship skill. From those findings, this research concludes that entrepreneurship education have a significant role in the disruptive age.

This study is focused to analyze the impact of servant leadership on employee performance in relation to the organizational commitment mediation. It is a causality research, providing an explanation and understanding about the impact of servant leadership on employee performance and the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

This study aimed to examine the influence of related party transactions (RPT) on tax aggressiveness by using earning management as an intervening variable. This study was performed based on the perception that RPT is a positive practice and it is predicted to decrease tax aggressiveness. Besides aiming to find empirical evidence of positive role of RPT in the field of taxation, this study also aimed to test the positive role of earning management in reducing tax aggressiveness. The population of this study was 47 of manufacturing company registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2014-2016 having transactions with related party (RPT). The analysis method of this study was structural equation model using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. This findings supported the hypothesis that RPT and earning management negatively affects tax aggressiveness. The results of the study also showed that earning management mediate the relationship between RPT and tax aggressiveness. Keywords: RPT, tax aggressiveness, earning management

The present study has been conducted to examine whether skills and general technology-related value (GTV) required to operate the internet of things (IoT). This study also investigates is there any effect of technophilia to adopt IoT. The research method we use in this quantitative study was the sample survey. For investigating results, 352 surveys were conducted where 26 surveys were led through online and 292 surveys were distributed to different age groups. The proposed model was examined using partial least square structural equation model where the results revealed that IoT skills and General knowledge on technology directly contribute to technophilia which covers behavioural, emotional, and cognitive aspects. That is if people have a fascination for new technologies then they are willing to use IoT.

This study aims to investigate the impact of stakeholders’ views on the practices of green innovation (GI), consequent effect on environmental and organizational performance (OP), and moderating influence of innovation orientation. A quantitative method was employed for the sample size of 515 responses. To accumulate the data from the respondents, convenient random sampling was used. Data were collected from manufacturing and services firms through a field survey by using a closed-ended questionnaire based in the Punjab province of Pakistan. The analysis was done using the structural equation model of the partial least square analysis method. Our findings proved a positive and significant link between stakeholders’ views on GI practices. A significant association has been found between GI practices and environmental and OP. The moderating effect was found to be negative but statistically significant. This research offers numerous contributions and provides decision-making insinuations.

PurposeThis is one of the first empirical studies aimed at analyzing the interrelation between creative partnerships (CPs), absorptive (AC), knowledge application (KA) capacities and innovation performance in food companies.Design/methodology/approachWe tested this on a sample of 112 Italian medium-sized food firms that established CPs through a partial least square (PLS) structural equation model (SEM) approach.FindingsResults are in favor of an important role of CPs in the innovation process of food firms analyzed only if combined with the development of the two internal capacities investigated (AC and KA).Research limitations/implicationsImplications are provided in order to stimulate new and more forms of collaboration between CIs and food firms as well as more empirical studies on this topic.Originality/valueFew studies in food companies keep into account the role of internal capacities that firms have to build with the aim of acquiring external knowledge through partnerships, in particular in the specific context of CPs. These specific kinds of partnerships are becoming increasingly important because they provide key nonoverlapping knowledge and propose new creative methods, ways and answers that differentiate the innovation process of food firms.

Purpose – This study aims to understand the complex relationship between religiosity and citizenshipbehaviour by examining the role of materialism attitude and empathy.Design/methodology/approach – This study developed a structural equation model with somemeasures taken from the previous literature. This study conducted a survey of young people in Indonesiacontext and used partial least square to test the proposed hypothesis.Findings – The empirical results indicate the mechanism from religiosity to citizenship behaviour involvesempathy. However, under high materialism attitude, an increasing level of religiosity will have a lower impacton citizenship than the individual under low materialism attitude.Originality/value – This study extends to the discussion on the complicated relationship betweenreligiosity and citizenship behaviour by introducing the moderating effect of materialism attitude and themediating effect of empathy. Keywords Religiosity, Empathy, Citizenship behaviour, Materialism attitudePaper type Research pape
