Quality assurance (QA) in one part to assest standard quality in the management, product, environment or other.QA in organization controlled by QA staff. This staff work to prepare all requirement in process of internal audit . The requirement like making checklist from QA standard like ISO, OHSAS and others, arrengement scheduling for audit, until make summary from audit result is the job of them. The problem is all requirement to prepare internal audit still used manual job, like using excel and distributed it one by one to each section in organization. This is make waste of time just to prepare the requirement until to make summary of the audit result. So, how to reduce the time of the job QA staff from weekly to just a minute. This can do by implementing quality assurance using software. By implementing this system can reduce significantly, the step of work of QA assessment from 15 step, can be 5 step only. And some of work in QA assessment can be done just a minutes, that before need a day until weekly just to make the job done.

<span class="fontstyle0">This study aims to examine the foundation of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System in improving the quality of learning in the Faculty of<br />Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, the results can be summarized as follows: 1) Making the concept of “Ulul Albab” as a jargon that would be manifested in the form of an educational program under the umbrella of “Ulul Albab”. 2) Realizing a scientific structure that integrates science and Islam with the Tree<br />of Science Metaphor. 3) Trying to anticipate the challenges of higher education both on the national macro and global competition. 4) Realizing organizational health (organization health), to develop academic freedom, innovation, creativity and knowledge sharing. 5) Applying quality assurance consistently. 6) Determined to apply quality culture by implementing QMS ISO 9001: 2008 as international standard quality standard. 7) Implementing the International Quality Management System Organization for Standardization (SSNI ISO) 9001: 2008 to achieve the quality standard of education. 8) Conduct internal audit for continuous improvement of quality (continual improvement). 9) Anticipate various organizational changes at any time and periodic. 10) The ability of leaders to have the vision and confidence to realize his vision. 11) Making the values of the Qur'an (the concept of ihsan: doing better) as the cornerstone of the implementation of the quality management system. 12) Implement the main principles of the quality management system: "Write down what is done and do what is written". 13) Implement a systematic and continuous quality assurance system. 14) The purpose of quality assurance to ensure: compliance, certainty, and relevance. 15) Stipulate the quality points refer to the quality of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. 16) Determined to make quality assurance in academic service.<br /></span><span class="fontstyle2">Keywords: </span><span class="fontstyle0">Platform, Thought, QMS, Quality, Learning.</span>

Model-Based/Driven Development (MDD) constitutes an approach to software design and development that potentially contributes to: concepts closer to domain and reduction of semantic gaps, automation and less sensitivity to technological changes, and the capture of expert knowledge and reuse. The widespread adoption of pervasive technologies as basis for new systems and applications lead to the need of effectively design pervasive information systems that properly fulfil the goals they were designed for. This paper presents a profiling and framing structure approach for the development of Pervasive Information Systems (PIS). This profiling and framing structure allows the organization of the functionality that can be assigned to computational devices in a system and of the corresponding development structures and models, being. The proposed approach enables a structural approach to PIS development. The paper also presents two case studies that allowed demonstrating the applicability of the approach.

Abstract Objective: Objective of the present study was to identify and describe the quality assurance procedures being implemented in assessment system of medical colleges in Pakistan. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted from March 2015 to December 2017 in 49 medical colleges of Pakistan, using mixed method technique. A semi-structured questionnaire was filled after informed consent. Data was analyzed by using SPSS version 21 (IBM). Results: In this study, 35(71.4%) of institutions followed a written assessment policy provided by the affiliated university, 09 (18%) never did so, 22 (44.8 %) participants reported that content experts checked if the questions matched the objectives, 17 (34.7%) reported that content expert would never/rarely check that. Majority, 42(85.7%) of institutions took strict steps to prevent cheating in exam, 26 (53.1%) institutions analyzed theory exam statistically. Discrimination index, difficulty index, reliability, and point biserial were calculated in 14(28.6%), 13(26.5%), 12(24.4%), and 7(14.3%) of the medical colleges respectively. Only 12(24.5%) of the institutions provided written feedback on the results, 15 (30.6%) institutions conducted internal audit annually. Themes belonging to assessment domain including, training for assessment, barriers and challenges, feedback and audit were identified. Conclusion: General issues related to quality assurance procedures in assessments (e.g. overall awareness about assessment policy) were in place in 60% of the colleges however, a large proportion did not have them. QA in assessments during exams was ensured by almost all medical colleges with only few exceptions. After exams QA was below average in terms of item analysis and feedback. Continuous...
