This study aims to obtain a description of the visionary leadership of the principal in the implementation of the full day school program at MI Modern Al Azhary Ajibarang. This research is a type of field research that uses a qualitative approach. The data were collected by interviewing, observing and documenting then being analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that there were five strategies applied in visionary leadership at MI Modern Al Azhary Ajibarang. First, to focus leadership practices on the goals of the full day school program. Second, make short-term and long-term plans for the full day school program. Third, focus on achieving the vision for a successful full day school program. Fourth, responding to various changes made by the full day school program. Fifth, respond to the needs of teachers and student guardians in the implementation of full day school.

This study aims to reveal the strategic management of public relations to build an image and increase public interest in An-Nur II Islamic Boarding School of Bululawang, Malang, with sub-focus covering: (1) concept of analysis and planning, (2) implementation process, and (3) evaluation process by PR management of An-Nur II Islamic Boarding School Bululawang, Malang. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was done through in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The validity of the findings carried out by extension of participation, source of triangulation techniques, theories, and methods, and perseverance of the observer. The research informants were boarding school caregivers, the person in charge of public relations, public relations of formal and non-formal educational institutions, work units / executive committee of public relations program, santri (students), parents, surrounding communities, and all relevant stakeholders. The results showed the facts obtained as evidence that An-Nur II Islamic Boarding School Bululawang Malang succeeded in building image and increasing public interest through strategic management of public relations, namely: 1) Award of The Best Islamic Boarding School, 2) Increasing new students interest every year, 3) Social empowerment and improvement of the community economy programs.

International School Of Taraf International Amanatul Ummah is one of the schools that continues to produce quality students as evidenced by their achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze: Strategies, results, and factors supporting and inhibiting training and development management as well as the personality of educators and education personnel. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, from the informants of the School Coordinator, Educators and Education and Students. The results showed that 1) Management training and development through the following stages: Planning, namely a School Idiom, participatory management, formation of subject teacher deliberations, internal-external training. The implementation process, through needs assessment, provides encouragement and confidence, conditions the learning environment, ensures training implementation, selects training methods, evaluates training programs. The result, through transfers of knowledge, is accomplished. Factors. Supporters; personal teachers, institutions. Blocker; teacher teaching time, teacher vacation time. Meanwhile, 2) personal management of teachers through the following stages: Planning, from the Coordinating School of International Taraf, namely annual meeting discussions, teacher selection materials, creating a culture of partnership, building a climate. As for the teacher through the institutional environment, motivation from outside. The implementation steps, from the coordinator of the International Bertaraf School, namely selecting personal teachers, holding seminars, meeting regulations, building self-confidence, establishing communication, starting from oneself, respecting time, having a social spirit. As for the teacher, namely understanding competence, maintaining dignity, instructive reprimand, students a source of inspiration, wisely admonishing coworkers, giving encouragement help, establishing good relationships with superiors, self-reflection. Factors. Supporters; environment, peer teachers, motivation. Blocker; genetic factors, saturation factors. Result. International Traffic School teachers, Amanatul Ummah, in their competence have been very helpful in terms of learning and as a good role model.

The purpose of this study is to examine the management of sustainable professional development (SPD) for teachers and principals. By using library research methods and content analysis techniques, the results of this study can be concluded as follows: First, sustainable professional development management is a competency development program for teachers and principals which is implemented according to the needs, gradually, continuously to improve teacher professionalism. Secondly, teachers and principals are obliged to carry out SPD activities in stages at each level of their ranks with the aim that every teacher and headmaster can maintain, improve, and expand their knowledge and skills to carry out the learning process professionally. The big goal of the SPD activity is the realization of quality learning to improve abilities in the fields of knowledge, skills and attitudes of students. Third, the implementation of sustainable professional development management includes planning, implementing, evaluating, and reflecting activities designed to improve characteristics, knowledge, understanding, and skills. Through an evaluation cycle, reflection on learning experiences, planning and implementation of teacher professional development activities on an ongoing basis, it is hoped that teachers and principals will be able to accelerate the development of pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies for career advancement. Fourth, teachers and principals can implement sustainable professional development management through several programs, namely: 1) Self-development, which includes: a) following functional training; and b) carrying out teacher collective activities. 2) Scientific publications, which include: a) making scientific publications on research results; and b) make book publications. 3) Innovative works, which include: a) discovering fixed technology; b) find / create art; c) create / modify learning tools; and d) follow the development of standards, guidelines, questions and the like. Fifth, with the realization of sustainable professional development management for teachers and principals that are programmed in stages and tiered it is expected to improve: 1) the professionalism of each teacher and school principal; 2) improve the quality of learning and competence of students in the mastery of knowledge, skills and attitudes; 3) improve the quality of education nationally in order to realize the nation's competitiveness Indonesia in the global era.

Religious Culture is an important religious culture that belongs to every human being, especially students. Because students are very vulnerable to the name of religious differences. Especially in a public school that has students with a variety of religions. This difference is sometimes a problem between religious groups. This study discusses the Development of Religious Culture in Junior High School 2 Tomohon. To further narrow the research, the researchers used the research process through Self-habituation Management conducted by the school. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with locations in Junior High School 2 Tomohon. The research subjects were Religious Teachers, while the research Informants were Principals, Religion Teachers, and 7th and 9th Grade Students. The research method used was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data validity technique uses triangulation methods and sources. The results of this study conclude that planning a religious culture development based on self-habituation management that comes from management functions namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controling. Self-habituation management is to change the behavior of students who are carried out continuously so that they can be changed according to expectations. To implement Religious Culture at Junior Hugh School 2 Tomohon must have a definite goal so that its implementation runs effectively. The application carried out in schools is by small things such as greeting one another, no mockery of mockery, mutual respect, and mutual assistance. Thus, this application does not create a burden to students in Junior High School 2 Tomohon.

Abstrak.Madrasah Diniyah adalah satu aktivitas pengajian anak-anak di masjid, yang mempunyai legalitas dari Kamenag RI. Lokasi penelitian di MDTA Al Wahda yang terunggul di Kotamadya Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif, data diperoleh dengan triangulasi yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan informasi dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik. Pendekatan  teori Knezevick pupil personnel administration sebagai layanan yang berpusat pada pengaturan, pengawasan dan layanan siswa di kelas dan di luar kelas.  Implementasinya menggunakan pendekatan teori Knezevick yang dimodifikasi dengan pendekatan Priadi dari Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta bahwa manajemen siswa terdiri dari 3 hal yaitu pendaftaran siswa, disiplin, pengembangan siswa, dan layanan khusus untuk siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan ketiga  indikator manajemen peserta didik yaitu proses rekrutment siswa secara sederhana sudah berjalan, dengan baik, pengembangan siswa belum menjadi prioritas, layanan khusus santri belum bisa dilaksanakan sepenuhnya. Pengembangan santri dan layanan santri belum maksimal dilaksanakan mengingat waktu belajar yang pendek sekitar 1,5 jam per hari.Kata kunci: Diniyah, manajemen,  peserta didik

This study aims to determine, 1) the level of human capital of student organizations, (2) the level of student organization performance, (3) the relationship of human capital to the performance of student organizations in the Faculty of Education (FIP) Malang State University (UM). This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with respondent members of student organizations in FIP UM. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and correlation. The results of this study indicate: (1) the level of human capital of student organizations in the Faculty of Education UM is quite good; (2) the level of performance of student organizations in the Faculty of Education UM is quite good and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between human capital on the performance of student organizations in the Faculty of Education, State University of Malang.

Abstract. In the world of education, problems with finance or financing are common. Among the increasingly expensive tuition fees so that the increase in dropout rates. Therefore, in reducing dropout rates, institutions can innovate in developing education funding. One solution in developing education funding is by way of philanthropic-based education financing.The purpose of this study is to describe, strategy, implementation and implications in developing philanthropic-based financing. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The research location was in the Amphat National Amil Zakat Institute, Surabaya.To achieve the above objectives, a qualitative research approach is used with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques by: (1) Interview, (2) Observation, and (3) Documentation. To check the validity of the data using an extension of participation, perseverance of observation, and triangulation of data.Research findings show that (1) Islamic Philanthropy-Based Education Financing Strategies: (a) Freeing the cost of education for orphans, (b) Equitable education starting from the lower, middle to upper classes, (c) As school income. (2) Sources of funding in every Surabaya Independent Orphan education program are channeled in the form of scholarships and budgeting for the Orphan Mandiri educational institutions themselves, such as the Insik Cedikia Mandiri Boarding School (ICMBS), An-Najah Indonesia Mandiri Islamic High School (STAINIM) , Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) School.Keywords, Education Financing Strategy, Islamic Philanthropy, Empowering Orphans.

<p><em>The focus of this research is looking for a character education model that was developed on the research site (MAN 3 Malang, SMAN 1 Malang and MA Pondok Pesantren An-Nur Malang Regency). The study used a qualitative approach or in the field of education is often called the naturalistic approach with purposif sampling techniques and snowball sampling techniques as well as sampling time (time sampling). The results of this research are as follows: (1) prioritized values in character education i.e. religious character, honest, discipline, hard work, tolerance, independent, love of homeland, democracy, cooperation, creative, taste of Inging Tau, appreciating achievement; (2) Character education models are conducted through integration into the learning activities of each subject; (3) Character Education Model is done through habituation in daily life in school/Madrasah and integration into school management activities/Madrasah; (4) Character education models are conducted through integration with extra-curricular activities on all three research sites; and (5) constraints encountered in the implementation of character education and solution of its resolution on the three research sites, namely in MA An-Nur Bululawang. The position of the attend which is at one Pesantren Foundation, which makes the policy making should always seek approval from the Pesantren. In addition, the time division of activities is also a constraint. While the character education in the MAN 3 Malang is considered as less effective because it can not be converted in real time in the book Raport and lack of monitoring and evaluation, so that the character education is still limited to normative. While the obstacles faced at SMAN 1 Malang in the form of lack of control and support from the student family, so that each child at home back "loose" can not be monitored as done in the Madrasah.</em></p>

<p><em>Madrasa quality improvement is a crucial thing in the progress of Islamic education in Indonesia. School Improvement is a program that works to improve the quality of madrasas, especially at MTsS Maqama Mahmuda. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the strategic management process that occurred at MTsS Maqama Mahmuda from the school improvement program. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative with the subject of the study consisting of the chairman of the foundation, the head of the madrasa, the teaching staff, the teaching staff and one parent of the santri. The data used in this study are primary data that is the result of non-participatory observation and in-depth interviews and secondary data, which are documents that support this research. Based on the research results, several research findings can be found, including: 1) There is an analysis of the internal and external environment of madrasas in preparing strategic plans in the School Improvement Program 2) Formulation and reformulation of strategic planning by considering risk management 3) Implementation of effective strategic management through commitment and consistency from educators and education staff 3) Effective control and evaluation system by prioritizing the principle of rigor, transparency, accountability and sustainability. So it can be concluded that through the implementation of effective and efficient strategic management at MTsS Maqama Mahmuda has produced good performance from the School Improvement Program</em><em>.</em></p><p> </p>
