In this article, a semi-autonomous grasping system based on eye movement and EEG is presented to achieve this goal. Patient just needs to gaze the target object and keep focused, the manipulator will automatically move to its position and grasp it. Experimental results verify the reliability of the system. This system promotes the development of human-computer interaction system based on multi-sensor fusion.</div>

The use of unmanned aerial robots has increased exponentially in recent years, and the relevance of industrial applications in environments with degraded satellite signals is rising. This article presents a solution for the 3D localization of aerial robots in such environments. In order to truly use these versatile platforms for added-value cases in these scenarios, a high level of reliability is required. Hence, the proposed solution is based on a probabilistic approach that makes use of a 3D laser scanner, radio sensors, a previously built map of the environment and input odometry, to obtain pose estimations that are computed onboard the aerial platform. Experimental results show the feasibility of the approach in terms of accuracy, robustness and computational efficiency.

With the development of industrial automation, location measurement of 3D objects is becoming more and more important, especially as it can provide necessary positional parameters for the manipulator to grasp the object accurately. In view of the disabled object which is in widespread use currently, its image is captured to obtain positional parameters and transmitted to manipulators in industry. The above process is delayed, affecting the work efficiency of the manipulator. A method for calculating the position information of target object in motion is proposed. This method uses monocular vision technology to track 3D moving objects, then uses contour sorting method to extract the minimum constrained contour rectangle, and combines the video alignment technology to realize the tracking. Thus, the measurement error is reduced. The experimental results and analysis show that the adopted measurement method is effective.

Purpose: The purpose of the research is to analyze the role that sport plays in the lives of persons with physical disabilities within the process of rehabilitation and the improvement of their quality of life. Background: The article raises the notions of changes that take place in the life of a physically handicapped person which is due to their engagement in a sports activity. In the article, I refer to the subjective perspective of those researched, rendering their own point of view into the major subject of analysis. Methods: Qualitative data are exploited in the research, collected through a technique of unstructured interviews and undisguised observations conducted among the disabled practicing sports.Findings: The role of sport practiced by the disabled has been determined within several contexts, which were distinguished within the course of the research as analytical categories. Conclusion: On the basis of the research it was found that getting involved in a sports activity is significant within the process of experiencing life satisfaction, personal development and the reconstruction of the ego, self-identity, and transformations in the manner of perceiving both themselves and others. Therefore, a sports activity of a disabled person supports the rehabilitation process effectively.
