Research relevance: socialization includes all the processes of communication with culture, upbringing and education, thanks to which a person gets the opportunity to participate in public and social life. The whole environment of a person is involved in the process of socialization: family, neighbors, peers in children's institutions, schools, the media, etc. Research objectives: thus, we identified such requirements for the components of socialization, the specifics of the content of socialization tasks inherent in adolescence, and the level of personal development of adolescent students in accordance with the requirements of modern society. Research materials and methods: general medical interventions include treatment aimed at eliminating the somatic and neurological consequences of suicide attempts and preventing disability. Research results: reconstruction of the education system and public education will be successful only if it is the work of the whole society. Conclusions: it is important to focus all social life, social-cultural environment, education and training system on the younger generation.

Gamification allows for the implementation of experiences that simulate the design of (video) games, giving individuals the opportunity to be the protagonists in them. Its inclusion in the educational environment responds to the need to adapt teaching–learning processes to the characteristics of homo videoludens, placing value once again on the role of playful action in the personal development of individuals. The interest that has arisen in studying the implications of gamification processes in the different educational stages, in order to determine their impact and suitability, has led to an increase in scientific publications. With the intention of studying the presence and implications of gamification in teacher training as a methodological principle implemented in the teaching–learning process, both in its initial and permanent stages, this systematic review of the literature identifies those instructional design models applied in the field of gamification, as well as its educational significance. Thus, the need to introduce gamified practices in the field of teacher training is observed, providing an experiential learning that allows teachers to apply this methodology in a relevant way in their professional development, based on their own experience.

The present research featured the career and professional development of the head of a modern organization. The status and career development of specialists and managers often come into dissonance. Managerialism, corruption, and other deformations create contradictions that require targeted and large-scale efforts, e.g. innovative career management technologies. The research objective was to analyze modern problems of managing the career and professional development of CEO personnel. The career and professional path of a CEO is a cultural phenomenon. They are closely related to one's development as a personality, a partner, and a specialist, which forms a system of competencies. These competencies also reflect and generate changes in the area of intrapersonal and interpersonal improvement. Personal development depends on the accumulation and processing of life and career experience. As a rule, this experience is neither purposeful nor reflexive. As a result, it gives little large-scale effect. The study and reflection should prevent and correct violations of professional-labor and social-career development, including careerograms, customized work trajectories, psychotechnologies of career management, etc. Performance of a manager is a multilevel system of interconnected individual components. Managerial performance can be improved as a systemic correlation of the existing and emerging qualities of a manager with the peculiarities of the organization, i.e. corporate culture, socio-psychological climate, internal education and mutual assistance, a system of selection and support, a system of professionally important qualities of an effective leader, ergo design of staff, psychophysiological harmony, etc.

Lifelong learning approaches that include digital, transversal, and practical skills (i.e., critical thinking, communication, collaboration, information literacy, analytical, metacognitive, reflection, and other research skills) are required in order to be equitable and inclusive and stimulate personal development. Realtime interaction between teachers and students and the ability for students to choose courses from curricula are guaranteed by decentralized online learning. Moreover, through blockchain, it is possible to acquire skills regarding the structure and content while also implementing learning tools. Additionally, documentation validation should be equally crucial to speeding up the process and reducing costs and paperwork. Finally, blockchains are open and inclusive processes that include people and cultures from all walks of life. Learning in Higher Education Institutions (HEI) is facilitated by new technologies, connecting blockchain to sustainability, which helps understand the relationship between technologies and sustainability. Besides serving as a secure transaction system, blockchain technology can help decentralize, provide security and integrity, and offer anonymity and encryption, therefore, promoting a transaction rate increase. This study investigates an alternative in which HEI include a blockchain network to provide the best sustainable education system. Students’ opinions were analyzed, and they considered that blockchain technology had a very positive influence on learning performance.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES. Significant contradiction between the need of modern Ukrainian society in innovation-oriented specialist personality, on the one hand, and the level of readiness of university graduates to innovative professional activities, on the other hand, generates the problem of finding ways and means of formation of innovative potential of personality in scientific and educational environment of university on the basis of holistic dual educational concept. Problematic issues of how to organize the process of professional training of future specialists, how to promote the development of their innovative potential, what are the conditions and mechanisms of this process constitute the problem field of this studyMETHODS. The research used methods – activity approach to the problem of personal development; personality-oriented approach to professional training of students; competence approach to university training of students; acmeological approach to the study of human development; mutual influence of personal and professional development; environmental approach – to the problem of formation and development of students' innovation potential. Processing of the results of the survey to determine the proportions of the main components of students' innovation potential on the basis of Hackathon ecosystem was carried out by expert method.FINDINGS. The mechanisms for implementing the concept include the integration of education, science and practice; analysis of innovation needs and innovation capabilities of subjects of education; creation of infrastructure elements necessary for the functioning of the innovation system at all stages of the educational process; formation of a data bank of innovative projects, ready for implementation, technology platforms, information support for the development of innovative youth potential in the scientific and educational environment of the university.CONCLUSION. Scientific and educational environment of the university is a synthesized integrated phenomenon that systematically combines the structures of research, scientific, pedagogical and other activities in their complex interaction to implement the goals and objectives of training and professional and personal development of specialists, ready for innovative activity in the conditions of lifelong learning. The expected results of the concept are expressed in the transition to the use of modern dual educational programs, methods and technologies of educational process implementation in the university, aimed at continuous development of innovative thinking of young people, improving skills and motivation, identifying and setting tasks of creating new knowledge aimed at their solution, information search and processing, independent and teamwork and other competencies of innovative activity based on knowledge of its essence and on practical experience.

Abstract Background In the simulation community, colleagues who are no longer clinically practicing were often proximal to the COVID-19 response, not working in the frontlines of patient care. At the same time, their work as simulationists changed dramatically or was halted. This research explored the experiences of those simulationists who have clinical backgrounds but did not provide direct patient care during the initial pandemic response. The aim of this study was to allow those simulationists to share and have their stories heard. Methods This qualitative research used a narrative approach to answer the research question: What were the experiences of those in the simulation community who did not contribute to the frontline patient care response during the early stages of the pandemic? A semi-structured questionnaire aimed at eliciting a story was disseminated through online simulation discussion boards. Data was collected through PHONIC with options to type or speak responses. Responses were analyzed using an inductive analytical process to identify themes or patterns in the narratives. Results Thirty-six respondents completed the survey between August 1, 2020 and November 30, 2020. Narrative arcs were identified that illustrated the events, actions, thoughts and feelings representative of experiences shared by many simulationists. Two major themes emerged: Challenges and Opportunities. Challenges included feelings of guilt; frustration; overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted; being away from the action, being unused and underappreciated. Opportunities included leadership (evolution and innovation), personal development, and being a part of something. Conclusions The findings reflect a snapshot in time of how simulation was viewed and used in the world during a pandemic through the personal stories of simulationists with clinical backgrounds who did not provide direct patient care. Sharing these narratives may inform future simulation development; however, it is vitally important that the emotions are recognized and acknowledged. Managers should ensure mental health resources and support are available to all staff, including those not deployed to the frontline.

Abstract Introduction: Dance/movement psychotherapy (DMT) is a psychotherapeutic trend that belongs to the approaches that involve working with the body. Thinking about a wider perspective, DMT belongs to the group of action-oriented psychotherapies. It assumes that the person, while moving, can show his/her emotional states. Additionally, it can lead to development and personal integration. The goal is to deepen awareness. Psychotherapy with dance and movement is practiced among psychotic patients, patients suffering from neurotic or personality disorders, and as a method of personal development. The aim of the work is to describe the psychotherapeutic process of an individual client in the field of dance/movement psychotherapy as a method in which dance leads to development and personal integration. Material and method: Working with a client, Beata, took place in a strictly defined setting. Meetings took place once a week in the same office during 55 minutes. They were of an individual nature. First, Beata was diagnosed according to the DSM-5 [1] and ICD-10 [2] classification, which was supplemented with the PDM-2 diagnosis [3]. During the therapeutic work, the phenomena of transference and countertransference were taken into account, the patient’s behavior was interpreted according to John Bowlby’s attachment theory and mentalization. During practicing DMT it is important to take care of Authentic Movement method, observation of movement using the Laban Bartenieff Movement System (LBMS) method and the Kastenberg Movement Profile (KMP). Results: The changes that DMT psychotherapy started to bring were observed both in the client’s movement and in the verbal layer. The client has acquired the ability to observe her feelings and needs. This influenced her perception of announcement heard from different people and the decisions she made. The DMT therapy with Beata is not over yet, which makes it possible to take a deeper look at topics related to therapeutic goals. Conclusions: Dance/movement psychotherapy has proved to be an effective method of working with patients with personality disorders psychopathology of the narcissistic type. This method makes it possible to build a sense of the patient’s boundaries and needs, and to strengthen self-esteem. Sessions seem to be very helpful in integrating inner life, feelings and experience. In addition, it helps in dealing with the internal tension of patients and gives the opportunity to expand ranges of movement. In the verbal part, it is possible to discuss the problems that the client carries within himself, which cause him fear, anxiety and other unpleasant emotions.

The article is an attempt to find new tools to boost youth motivation to secondary employment. The study notes that modern multi-vector (multi-dimensional) processes of updating the higher education system in Ukraine challenge the need for reforming higher education. The above verifies that currently, the biggest demand is primarily for competitive graduates who can independently build their own professional career trajectory, who are able to handle a large amount of information, think critically, demonstrate a high level of adaptability to permanently changing social environment and labor market demands, have developed communication skills, are able to learn throughout the life, are ready to expand management functions and are able to predict the results of their activities. The theoretical and methodological framework of this study involves systemic, structural and functional, economic and sociological and the resource-based approaches. A systemic approach was used to gain an overview and build an overall description of the researched phenomenon; structural and functional approach was applied to provide insights into the functional character of secondary employment, and the resource-based approach – to specify the opportunities for students to combine study and work. It is argued that the use of the Hackathon ecosystem enables to identify the possible outcomes of combining work and study for social and personal development of student youth along with getting better awareness of specific functions of youth secondary employment. Within the scope of this research, the following indicators were employed: the motivation behind secondary employment of student youth, performance assessment as realization of students’ expectations from employment, and the evaluation of the current job significance for mastering a future profession. A motivation hierarchy for secondary student employment has been identified where money is viewed as the key motivator whereas occupational incentives are perceived as less important. As it observed, this hierarchy demonstrates a relative stability in recent years against the falling trend for the significance of the early start of professional career for working students. In addition, the study provides a robust argument to substantiate the demarcation between pragmatics- and occupation-based incentives of student secondary employment. The findings have revealed a rather high realization level of financial expectations of many working students (as a manifestation of the key economic function of student youth employment); a certain devaluation of the work experience role for student secondary employment as their competitive advantage in the area of social and labor relations; as well as low effectiveness of the majority of working students for their further professionalization. However, the results of the study have verified critical effects of any work experience upon shaping basic work culture for this youth category. Apart from the above, the paper discusses the relevance of implementing professionalization agenda in the framework of student secondary employment as well as renders practical recommendations for its enhancement. The study results offer a number of implications to develop further theoretical positions and accumulate empirical data to promote quality assurance in vocational education and training institutions.

Abstract The idea of reconciling work with personal life was in its heyday at the turn of the 20th century when people realised that it was impossible to completely separate these inextricably linked spheres of human existence. Neglecting either of them, and not only in the scientific discourse but also in everyday life, is in many aspects detrimental to close relationships and to the performance at work. Nevertheless, a perfect combination of these two dimensions of human activity seems almost unattainable, as a growing number of contemporary studies show. Becoming involved in one entails some negligence in the other. The family context represents a relevant example of the attempts to reach the work-life balance. It is increasingly frequent that the contemporary young adults’ generation prioritise work, individual career, and personal development in their hierarchy of values. They delay their decisions on starting a family, having children, or simply settling down until they have achieved an adequate status and prosperity. Seeking to satisfy the need for close bonds, many young adults engage in only temporary relationships (cohabitation, swingers), but also create substitutes thereof. This generation succumbs to a growing sense of loneliness, despite the fulfilling careers or satisfying material and social statuses.

Community supported agriculture (CSA) strengthens the local food system (LFS) and plays a critical role in promoting human capital (HC) and addressing social determinants of health (SDH). Most CSAs develop relationships that build a sense of community, and engage in activities that facilitate access to food and economic opportunities. CSAs may also contribute to personal development, education and income, working experience, and knowledge. CSA principles align with the principles of HC, specifically the pursuit of economic development. While research on the connection between CSA and HC has broadly focused on the economic aspect, the human development dimension has remained at the conceptual level. The purpose of this study was to assess the potential HC contributions by CSA and the implications for health outcomes in central/northern New Mexico. Primary and secondary data were collected through a semi-structured, open-ended questionnaire and an internet search. Purposive sampling was used to select 13 CSAs. Eight (61.5%) responded and reported activities that address HC and SDH such as training, job creation, education, access to healthy food, food security, health education and disease management, social connections, and food justice. Given the potential impact, public health must contribute to CSA by generating evidence on its health and social benefits, training practitioners on supporting local food program, and promoting policy that stimulates the local economy, fosters social relations and food justice, and empowers community members. This study calls for research and practice to take a multilevel perspective on the contribution of LFSs to equity and wellbeing.
