The article examines the non-isothermal effect of rheological compound oil and clarifies some methods of transportation of complex rheological characteristic oil and the effect of viscous liquids in pipes. The article presents several ways to improve oil transportation. These methods include the transportation of complex rheological oil with gas-saturated, thermally prepared, heated water. The most common method is to transport oil by heating with complex rheological properties. The pipeline through which heated oil is transported is called the hot pipeline. The article clarifies the movement of viscous liquids in pipes. Keywords: rheological oils, complex rheological properties, gas-saturated, thermally prepared, graphoanalysis, Gas-saturated transportation

Underground heated oil transportation within the processes of Petrobras/Transpetro is a critical issue because of the need to maintain the temperature of the oil in the pipeline network from the point of origin to destination with as little heat loss as possible. Insulated pipelines using polyurethane rigid foams as insulation have been used for many years for this transportation process. However, instrumentation inspections have shown a severe external corrosion process in some insulated pipelines after a number of years in operation. Due to the extent of the insulated pipeline network in Brazil, this kind of problem was possible to identify only after some leakage emergencies. After a deeper investigation in the field it was verified that the pipe protection and insulation system was not adequate for avoiding the corrosion process. In order to prevent and avoid any greater damage to the environment and mainly to the communities living around these underground pipeline zones, a quick review of the entire methodology was necessary. The focus of this article is to describe the identification of this corrosion problem by field experiences and the solution found by adapting the EN 253 norm for pre-insulated bonded pipe systems for underground hot water networks.

The rheological characteristic parameters of five lithium complex lubricating greases were determined. The comparison of rheological characteristic parameters and microstructure of the five greases was made. The results showed that the knowledge of the rheological properties of lubricating greases may contribute to reflect the change of the thickener structure. The flow transition index characterized the breaking behavior of inner structure of grease, the greater this index, the better that soap fiber structure of grease; The damping factor was shifted from a medium range towards a lower value which resulted in brittle character of sample. At a constant shear rate, the soap fiber structure of complex lithium grease is dense and uniform, apparent viscosity decline rate is small. In this sense, it is relevant to understand how the development of the soap fiber structures in the grease contributes to several functional and rheological properties of lubricating greases.

Abstract. Positive affectivity (PA) and negative affectivity (NA) are basic traits that affect work-related perceptions and behaviors and should be considered in any assessment of these variables. A quite common method to assess healthy or unhealthy types of work-related perceptions and behaviors is the questionnaire on Work-Related Coping Behavior and Experience Patterns (WCEP). However, the association of PA and NA with WCEP remained unclear. In a sample of teachers, physiotherapists, and teacher students ( N = 745; Mage = 35.07, SD = 12.49; 78% females), we aimed to identify the relevance of these basic traits. After controlling for age, gender, and type of occupation, we found main effects of PA and NA, with the specific combination of PA and NA being decisive for predicting the assignment to a WCEP type. The results highlight the need to include PA and NA in future assessments with the WCEP questionnaire.
