Kompetensi yang Optimal Terhadap Penilaian Kinerja Guru dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting

Professional teachers should be able to improve their quality to achieve the vision and mission of the school where the teacher is carrying out their duty. The main task of an educator is to provide students with the process of learning, educating, training and giving directions to create a better learning process. Besides carrying out the task of teaching, an educator also needs to be able to develop themselves sustainably in order to increase self-competencies. There are four competencies should be owned by an educator they are pedagogic, personality, social and professional. To measure those competencies, school head master have to conduct teacher assessment by pointed assessors. Teacher performance assessment functions to analyses teachers ' professionalism in learning processes at a school, teachers participation on self-empowerment activities as well as capacity building. This study aims to calculate the value of teacher performance assessment optimally based on competence through a decision support system. Simple Additive Weighting method is used in this decision support system. By using Simple additive weighting, the sum of weight ratings performance on each alternative in all the attributes can be collected. This decision support system used to make it easier to take a decision and a supporter of decision in performance evaluations. Dataset treat in this research was collected in SMP Negeri 25 Padang. The data consisting of four different criteria in accordance with teacher competence. The result of the study reaches the level of accuracy of 93%. This study is expected to bring benefits for school leaders as the reference in order to optimize the teacher performance evaluation objectively.

<p>The performance of teachers in educational institutions needs to have an appreciation and assessment that has a basis. Teacher performance assessment is one of the bases for decision making related to the career of the teacher. To improve the quality and accuracy of performance appraisal, this study designs a web-based teacher performance assessment decision support system. The Decision Support System method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and information system design uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. Respondents in this study were deputy principals, teacher representatives, and committee representatives. The results of the calculation of the respondent questionnaire were carried out with a paired comparison matrix. The results of the combined calculation showed that the first level criteria which were the highest weighted were Social with a weight of 33.4% and the alternative teacher with the best performance was Vera Asmara with a value of 22.9%.</p><p> </p>

This study aims to compare the selection of private homeschool teachers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weight Product (WP) algorithms, the criteria that have been taken by the author to calculate their weight in selecting private teachers who excel and provide convenience with an assessment based on criteria. In this effort, the authors can build a private teacher selection system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm to find the total weights of the teacher performance rating for each alternative on all attributes and compare it to the Weight Product (WP) algorithm using the multiplication technique to link the attribute rating. where the attribute type rating must be ranked first with the associated weight attribute. From the results of this study, the authors have described how the design and application of SAW and WP in making a Decision Support System in selecting private homeschooling teachers.Keywords:Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Weight Product (WP), Decision Support Systems, Teacher Selection, Homeschooling.

The process of teacher performance assessment Effectively, precisely, Objectively, and transparently is the important point in selecting the best teacher assessment based on their performance. This assessment was Carried out in SMP Negeri 2 One Roof STM Hilir to avoid the accusations of Injustice and family relationship with the assessor in the school, both the Headmaster and the teacher selection committee. Therefore, a decision system is needed in selecting the decision. One method is the which can be used in solving the problem of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MADM) is by using Simple Additive weighting (SAW) method, Because The method concept is so easy to understand, simple, effective computationally and has ability in measuring the relative performance of alternative decisions in mathematical form. In addition, Also the design application used UML (Unified Modeling Language) is implemented a system roomates in the software by using Web Programming and MySQL as its database. Finally, based on the design of this application, it can be seen that the decision system by using SAW method is very effective, fast, computerized and transparent accurately in Determining the teacher performance in SMPN 2 One Roof STM Hilir.

Abstrak Persaingan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi terutama dalam dunia bisnis, tidak terkecuali yang telah dialami oleh Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo bukanlah satu-satunya supermarket di kota Jombang, sehingga Bravo harus bersaing dengan para kompetitornya agar Bravo bisa bersaing dan tetap produktif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada para pelanggan terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatlah sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo. Dalam perancangan sistem yang dibuat nantinya berbasis web dengan metode SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)sebagai proses perhitungan pemilihan pelanggan terbaik. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo Supermarket Jombang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen Bravo dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik yang akan menerima reward dan akhirnya akan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan profit Bravo. Kata kunci: Bravo, sistem pendukung keputusan, pelanggan, SAW. Abstract Competition is a common thing, especially in the business world, is no exception has been experienced by Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo is not the only supermarket in the town of Jombang, so that Bravo had to compete with its competitors in order Bravo to compete and remain productive. One way that can be used to increase sales and customer loyalty is to give rewards to the best customers. Therefore, it needs to be made to a design decision support system in the selection of the best customers on Bravo. In designing the system made later on a web-based method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting) as the process of calculating the best customer selection. The results of the election system design best customers at Bravo Supermarket Jombang expected to assist management in selecting the best customer Bravo who will receive rewards and will eventually be able to increase customer loyalty and profit Bravo. The teacher is a major milestone in the world of education, the ability and achievement of students cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in teaching and guiding students. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in Article 1 explained that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education and education medium. Whereas in Article 4 of the Act, it is explained that the position of teachers as professionals serves to enhance the dignity and role of teachers as learning agents to function to improve the quality of national education.Decision making is an election process, among various alternatives that aim to meet one or several targets. The decision-making system has 4 phases, namely intelligence, design, choice and implementation. These phases are the basis for decision making, which ends with a recommendation.The Preferences Selection Index (PSI) method is a rarely used decision support system method. This method is a method developed by stevanie and Bhatt (2010) to solve the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With the right consideration, this method can be one of the tools to determine policies in decision-making systems, especially the selection of outstanding teachers. Determination of policies taken as a basis for decision making, must use criteria that can be defined clearly and objectively.Keywords: Decision Support System, PSI, Selection of Achieving Teachers

This study was conducted to assist in the selection of martial assistant coach, to determine who is right. Its results will didadaptkan by comparing the two methods in the decision support system, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) in limiting the problems in producing the desired solution, using multiple criteria (multi-criteria). AHP and SAW has a different way of doing the calculation. This is done to determine which method is looking for help in making decisions. And in this study are the criteria Discipline, Knowledge, Leadership, Attitude, and Level. And there are sub criteria on Level, which Black (AND I) and Red Black II.

The migrants who have increased every year made bus transportation be one of the most widely used transportation for the Wonogiri’s people to go home to their hometowns. In Wonogiri district, bus transportation is available from various companies, ranging from local companies and non local who have primacy facilities, services, and a diverse bus fleet. The application of a decision support system is to make it easier for prospective passengers to make choices according to the desired criteria can be done using the Simple Additive Weighting, Weighted Product, and Promethee methods. The methods calculates the value of each criteria, weight criteria, criteria type, and is easy to apply to solve problems related to multi-criteria. There are 5 criteria used and 17 different bus companies as alternatives. The existence of this system is expected to make it easier for prospective passengers to decide the bus according to the desired criteria.Keywords:Promethee; Simple Additive Weighting; Weighted Product.
