This study aims to test and analyse the Company Size and Liquidity Influence the Capital Structure (Studies in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange). Data collection uses secondary data. The population in this study is the financial statements of all companies included in the food and beverage manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2016 taken by purposive sampling method, there are 42 samples from the financial statements of the Manufacturing Company in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The financial statements have been tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicolonality. Data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques. The results showed that based on the t-test, the variable of firm size has no effect and insignificant effect on the capital structure and the variable liquidity had a positive and significant effect on the capital structure. In the F test (simultaneous) the size of the company and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure (Study in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange).

This study aims to determine whether the Capital Structure affects the financial performances partially and simultaneouslly. The Capital Structure in this study is proxide by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LTDER), whereas the financial performance is proxide by Return On Asset (ROA). the type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the financial statements os plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2019. The analysis method uses multiple linier regression analysis. The result revealed that partially DAR had negative and significant effect on ROA, while LTDER had no significant effect on ROA. The result also shows that simultaneouslly DAR and LTDER have a significant effect on ROA.

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, company size and ownership structure on capital structure in companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2010. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2008-2010 and published financial statements on December 31 for the fiscal year 2008-2010. This was a censuses research since all population sampled. Data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial statements in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2008-2010. Data collection was done by the documentation and classifies data based on the financial statements of the criteria determined. Data  required in this research obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the Capital Market Reference Center (PRPM) to address the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building Tower 2 1st Floor, Sudirman street Lot 52-53 Jakarta 12190. Based on these criteria, 114 companies obtained to be the target of Population.The results of this study indicate that both simultaneously, liquidity, profitability, company size, and ownership structure affect firm capital structure. Partially, variable profitability and ownership structure has a positive effect, while the variable size of the companiy’s and liquidity negative affect the capital structure of the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2010.  Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size and Ownership Structure, Capital Structure

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of : (1) Firm Size on Profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size on Capital Structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) on Capital Structure (DER) in the Manufacturing Sector Automotive Companies and Components on the IDX. The data used are secondary data using a sample of 13 automotive sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Sampling was done using a sensus method. This research uses a quantitative approach and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (path analysis. The results of this study are: (1) FirmSize significantly has a positive effect on profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER).

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine whether working capital variables, size, and capital structure affect the return on assets. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in various sub-sectors proposed in the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The type of data used in this study is secondary data from the company's annual financial statements as a sample that is used and processed using SPSS 16.00. This research uses the classic assumption test and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show how working capital (ratio using current ratio, accounts receivable turnover, and net working capital), size, and capital structure (tested using a debt to equity ratio) are considered to compare asset returns.Keywords: working capital, size, capital structure, return on assets ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah variabel modal kerja, ukuran, dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap return on assets. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur di berbagai sub sektor yang diusulkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sebagai sampel yang digunakan dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 16.00. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana modal kerja (rasio menggunakan rasio lancar, perputaran piutang, dan modal kerja bersih), ukuran, dan struktur modal (diuji menggunakan rasio utang terhadap ekuitas) dipertimbangkan untuk membandingkan pengembalian aset.Kata kunci: modal kerja, ukuran, struktur modal, return on assets

A decision on a capital structure (ratio between share and loan capitals) done by a financial manager is an important decision. This is due to its influence upon risks undergone and profits expected by shareholders. These analyses are used to solve the problem which is whether the size of the firm, the business risks, the growth of assets, the profitability and the ownership structure influence the capital strusture or not? The population in this research is the go public manufacturing sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for years 2005 until 2007. The sample is defined by cluster propotional random sampling to get a representative sample on each sector. There are 33 go public manufacturing companies selected as sample for this research. There are two variables in this research, the independent variable and dependent variable. The independent variable comprises firm size, business risk, growth of assets, and profitability; and for the dependent variable is the capital structure of go public manufacturing companies in the BEI. This research was analyzed using multiple regressions. This research found the empirical results that partially, SIZE influences positive significant and NPM influences negative significant to the capital structure of go public manufacturing companies in the Bursa Efek Indonesia. While the result of partial test for DOL and GROW showed that partially they didn’t influence significantly to the capital structure. The result for the simultaneous test showed that there is influence between SIZE, DOL, GROW, and NPM with the capital strusture of go public manufacturing companies in the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The influence is 0,197 or 19,7%. The other 80.3% influenced by another factors outside the research or the regression model.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business risk, profitability, and asset structure on capital structure. This study takes samples from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sample used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of business risk research have a significant positive effect on the capital structure of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 while profitability has a significant negative effect on the capital structure of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the IDX, and asset structure has a significant positive effect on the capital structure in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The company has a specific goal by increasing the prosperity of its owners and shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), firm size (total assets) and profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV). The object of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. This study used a purposive sampling method with several specified criteria, and a sample size of 12 companies, and obtained for five years from the annual financial reports, so that a total of 60 company samples. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, where the data obtained from a ready-made form, has been collected and has been processed by other parties in the form of a sample of company annual financial statements. To determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables, the analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the fraud hexagon model, namely pressure (stimulus) which is proxied by financial targets and financial stability, capabilities that are proxied by changes in directors, opportunities proxied by ineffective monitoring, rationalization proxied by change in auditors, arrogance proxied by frequent number of CEO's picture, and collusion proxied by government projects, political connections and state-owned enterprises to fraudulent financial statements. The sample of this study is the food and beverage sub sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. This study uses secondary data, namely financial reports and annual reports. Based on the purposive sampling method, the number of companies sampled in this study was 18 companies from a total of 32 companies registered and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study found that the elements of pressure that are proxied by financial targets and financial stability had a significant effect on fraudulent financial statements. Meanwhile, change of directors, ineffective monitoring, change in auditors, frequent number of CEO's pictures, government projects, political connections and state-owned enterprises have no significant effect on fraudulent financial statements in food and beverage sub sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016- 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity and sales growth on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. This study utilizes secondary data of the financial statements of food and beverage subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017 collected from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The samples in this study were 11 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method used ratio analysis and multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the working capital turnover, liquidity and sales growth affected significantly on profitability.

Capital structure is the ratio or the balance between foreign capital and equity capital that affect decision making employment decisions. Where the capital structure is influenced by sales growth, company size, structure and profitability of assets. This study aims to influence sales growth, company size, structure and profitability of assets partially and simultaneously the capital structure on companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The research strategy used in this study is a research strategy associative. The method of research used in this research is quantitative method. In this study population was used as the financial statements of companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Samples taken by the researchers was 35 manufacturing companies that go public in BEI using data from the financial statements of the balance sheet and income statement in the period 2012-2015. The analytical tool used is Eviews 9.0. Based on the analysis and discussion show sales growth and no significant effect on the capital structure on companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The size of the company and significant effect on the capital structure of companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The structure of assets and significant effect on the capital structur        e of companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Profitability and no significant effect on the capital structure on companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing the rate of sales growth, company size, structure and profitability of assets simultaneously significantly affect the capital structure means the hypothesis is proved significant.
