The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deposit interest rates, foreign exchange rates and inflation rates on the volume of stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study applies a survey method to 54 Manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used the proportional random sampling method. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable deposit interest rate, foreign exchange rate, inflation rate simultaneously had a significant effect on stock trading volume and the variable deposit interest rate, foreign exchange rate, inflation rate partially had a positive and significant effect on the volume of stock trading in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Indonesia stock exchange. The coefficient of determination (R^2) is 50.7 percent, this shows that variations in the variable deposit interest rate, foreign exchange rate, inflation rate can explain the variation in stock trading volume 50.7%.

The purpose of the research is to identify four factors that are consider to influence dowry (sinamot) in Batak Toba traditional marriage (traditional wedding) before the Covid-19 pandemic in Medan. The sample research is purposive sampling namely the parents of the groom as the providers of sinamot and financing their son’s traditional wedding. The sample method is non probability sampling, that is an accidental sampling with 40 families. Besides other the groom family (paranak), other sources of additional information are raja parhata because they can provide general information for the independent factors on sinamot. The factors considered in this research as independent variabales consist of upa tulang, number of ulos from the bride family (parboru) and two dummy variables that are job status and level education of the bride. The data is tabulated and then analyzed by multiple linear regression. The research show that four variables have a positive effect on the dowry. This is accordance with economic criteria show that upa tulang, number of ulos, job status of the bride and level education of the bride have positive effect on the sinamot. However based on partial test (t - test) only two variables have positive significant on the dowry namely upa tulang and job status of the bride. But based on simultaneous test (F-test) the four factors simultaneously effects on the dowry. Coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,846 and R square adjusted is 0,828 which means 4 independent variables are able to explain the variation of the dowry between 82,8 to 84,6 percent.

The type of research used in this study is the type of causality research. The independent variable in this research is electronic word-of-mouth, and the dependent variable is the brand evaluation and the moderation/intervening variable is brand credibility. The results showed that partially electronic word-of-mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand credibility, electronic word-of-mouth have positive and significant effect on brand evaluation, brand credibility has a positive and significant impact on brand evaluation, electronic word-of- mouth has a positive and significant influence on brand evaluation with brand credibility as a moderating variable. In addition, the results of this study also indicate that there is an indirect effect of the more dominant electronic word-of-mouth on brand evaluation through brand credibility is 0.529. The conclusion in this research is E-WOM not directly against Samsung brand evaluation in Medan. Suggestions for further research are to add more independent variables and use SEM analysis tools with more objectives in research objectives and targets.

Benefits of Research: Provide information material to the management of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi Kopdit about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale and For other researchers it can be used as a reference in conducting studies or research with the same subject matter as well as input for interested parties directly with this research. The number of samples was 96 respondents, the method of collecting data was through questionnaires and documentation, the variables studied were about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at the Cooperative Unit of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi partially and simultaneously on work morale and data analysis methods with multiple regression. The results showed the linear regression equation: Linear regression equation: SK = 0.558 + 0.797Kom + 0.448LK., indicating the regression coefficient of the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK), which was positive, meaning that all variables had a positive influence on work morale. The correlation coefficient (R) = 0.886, which means that the relationship between the compensation variable (Kom) and the work environment (LK) on work morale is very strong. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785 means that the variable compensation (Kom) and work environment (LK) is able to explain 78.5% of work morale, while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. The calculated t value of the compensation variable = 6.871 and the work environment = 3.273 > t table which shows a significance number of 0.000 < 0.05, then the two variables have a partially significant effect on work morale. The calculated F value = 83.058 > F table with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK) have a significant effect simultaneously on work morale. Based on the conclusion above, it is better if the Cooperative of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi needs to increase the compensation provided and the work environment to encourage employee morale so as to create job satisfaction. , Judging from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785, it means that compensation and work environment variables are able to explain 78.5% of work spirit while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. Other factors that affect morale should be investigated from the internal and external environment.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Supervision, Employee Commitment and Communication on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengan Medan Post Intersection. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression. From the research results, the multiple regression equation is as follows: PKK = 1.059+ 0.287PK + 0.309KK + 0.135K + ei. This means that the Employee Commitment (KK) variable has a greater influence on employee work performance, because the regression coefficient is greater, namely 0.309. The results of the t test show that the employee commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance where the t value (4.233)> the t table value (1.682) and the significant value 0.000
