Under the influence of globalization and computerization of the economy, organizations are changing their structures from hierarchies to networks, resulting in the development of horizontal enterprises that operate through internet technology with multiple distributed agents. This change is bringing about a new model of social and labor relations. The participants of social and labor relations put in conditions where they are forced to learn the principles of network organization and the opportunities to represent and defense of their interests in the new economy. Article is exploratory in nature, considering the direction of the influence networked economy on social and labor relations; identifies organizational foundations and principles of social and labor relations in networked economy; reviews the opportunities for development of the network of social and labor relations in Russia.

The pharmacy professional knowledge points are rich and fragmented, and the knowledge points need to be penetrated and connected during the application process, which requires high students’ learning ability and knowledge theory. In the era of the widespread application of Internet technology, the mobile teaching platform is used to help the teaching mode change It has become a hot topic in current education research. Based on the application advantages of the mobile teaching platform in the new mode of hospital pharmacy teaching, this article analyzes the necessity of setting up online courses for the hospital pharmacy major and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures based on a series of problems encountered in the practice process. Strengthen the development of teaching models and build a new model of hospital pharmacy teaching that is coordinated online and offline.

The emergence of a new pattern labor relations in a time of globalization and digitalization of an economy is a difficult and uncertain phenomenon, and therefore many researchers have expressed serious concern about the fate of labor and labor relations. This article explores how the forming of a network economy influences labor relations. It identifies the organizational foundations and principles of labor relations in the emerging new economy in Russia. It reviews the influence of cultural values on how networked labor relations are formed. The paper uses a multidisciplinary approach to the study of labor relations based on systems theories. The article promotes a new technique for understanding labor relations in an organization based on an extended systems approach, which provides an opportunity to assess the organizational principles of the system of labor relations, to build it in such a way that its different parts interact, respond to changes and send feedback signals, affecting the operation of the system. The paper discusses ways to solve problems in the field of social and labor relations on both organizational and theoretical levels.
