As a decisive parameter of network robustness and network economy, the capacity of network edges can directly affect the operation stability and the construction cost of the network. This paper proposes a multilevel load–capacity optimal relationship (MLCOR) model that can substantially improve the network economy on the premise of network safety. The model is verified in artificially created networks including free-scale networks, small-world networks, and in the real network structure of the Shanghai Metro network as well. By numerical simulation, it is revealed that under the premise of ensuring the stability of the network from the destruction caused by initial internal or external damage on edge, the MLCOR model can effectively reduce the cost of the entire network compared to the other two linear load–capacity models regardless of what extent of the destruction that the network edges suffer initially. It is also proved that there exists an optimal tunable parameter and the corresponding optimal network cost for any BA and NW network topology, which can provide the reference for setting reasonable capacities for network edges in a real network at the stage of network planning and construction, promoting security and stability of network operation.

The long-standing economic model is one where customers receive and pay for goods and services. However, in today’s modern network economy, why are vendors willing to provide free services and goods to free-riders at an apparent loss? The objective of this study is to provide a theoretical framework explaining why free network services emerge and how they work. This study adopted the multi-case study method, summarized 28 types of revenue model patterns from 51 indicative free network services, and inferred the causes for the antecedent conditions of each revenue model with Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA), in order to confirm the causal relationship between the various antecedent conditions, configurations, and revenue models as conclusive evidence. In addition, this study established seven conditional propositions via their links with related theories, which were taken as the basis for providing in-depth explanations of the revenue model of the free network service, and expanded the demonstration of the original network economy.

We-Chat Marketing is a new kind of network marketing model derived from the background of network economy. Recently, many internet companies have been asked to rectify themselves, causing us to pay attention to We-Chat Marketing issues. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explore the definition of We-Chat Marketing including problems and countermeasures. This study obtains the data through the literature review, analyzes and interprets it by inductive and deductive method. Findings show that the research on We-Chat Marketing is more focused on the policy, regulation and marketing aspects and its countermeasures are less in terms of organization and human resources as well as financial aspects. Finally, this study suggests that follow-up researchers should try to explore the evaluations of costs-benefits of We-Chat Marketing and other issues.

The article examines the business models of the Sharing Economy industry in the context of the digitalization of the economy. In the digital sphere of society, they are based on collective consumption. In the digital sphere of society, it is based on collective consumption. The use of digital technologies in production is not always possible, it all depends on the material assets of the company. In such a business model, production is based on the storage and use of data in digital form. With the help of the application of such data, business performance in the field of production competitiveness is significantly improved, and the productivity of workers is growing. By using IT technologies, the network economy provides greater convenience for customers, it also reduces the percentage of errors that a person can make, which in turn increases customer loyalty. Another plus of digitalization for both customers and business owners is the emergence of the possibility of non-cash transactions. It follows from this that digital data is the main means of the digital economy. Economic growth is ensured precisely on their basis. And such an economy itself is distinguished by an increase in the share of innovations and knowledge, which dominate the services and production sectors.

At present, a series of economic structural changes created by the network economy have brought challenges to the entire economy and society. Traditional social commerce has also suffered severe tests under the background of network economy and global integration, and the rise and development of network commercial activities lack legal constraints. Based on the Big Data technology, in view of the characteristics of data mining services, this paper expands and changes the traditional model and proposes the Big Data alliance data mining service process model. Moreover, this paper uses intelligent decision-making theory and knowledge reasoning methods to construct a fast-responding, service-reusable, and intelligent service model to realize the scalability of data mining services. In addition, this paper constructs system function modules according to the requirements of Internet commercial judicial data mining and verifies the performance of the system constructed in this paper through experimental analysis. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.

Abstract The present research aimed to provide a mechanism for enhancing sustainable supply chain survivability during and after the COVID-19 outbreak. The working system for firms and employees has been restricted worldwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including working on-sites, different areas, and working hours. Therefore, the system changed into a network economy to reduce unemployment and increase the work opportunities for workers. As a result, businesses are now attempting to improve the system for sustainable supply chains. The Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) approach is used in this research to classify dynamic aspects for improving the survival of sustainable supply chains in an epidemic condition. The results reveal that the viability of the supply chain network is the essential criteria for managing the relationships of suppliers and buyers and maximizing sustainable supply chain survivability during and after COVID-19. This research will help businesses, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to concentrate on the described factors to achieve a brighter environment.
