After a century since the erection of the genus Manipuria from India, its type species M. dohertyi Jacoby was discovered in Yunnan Province of China. A new Manipuria species, M. yuaesp. nov., is described from Tibet and Yunnan, China. The new species differs from M. dohertyi by its larger size, unicolored elytra, and absence of a tooth-like prolongation in front of the mandible. Additional data is provided for M. dohertyi based on new material from China.

The harvestman genus Bonea Roewer, 1914 and its type species B. sarasinorum Roewer, 1914 are redescribed based on the type material. In addition, two new species of Bonea from Hainan Island, China, are described and illustrated: B. zhui sp. nov. and B. tridigitata sp. nov. A new species of Lomanius Roewer, 1923 from Yunnan Province, China, is also described and illustrated: L. bulbosus sp. nov.. Keys to the 10 species of Bonea and the six species of Lomanius are provided. Paralomanius Goodnight & Goodnight, 1948 is revalidated from the synonymy of Lomanius, carrying as junior synonym Eulomanius Roewer, 1949, and containing two species from Micronesia (Paralomanius longipalpus Goodnight & Goodnight, 1948) and Philippines (Paralomanius mindanaoensis (Suzuki, 1977) new status). Bonea is transferred from the Ibaloniinae to Podoctinae. These are the first records of named species of Podoctidae from China.

AbstractThe genus Hirsuticyclus Neubauer, Xing & Jochum, 2019 was the first record of an exceptionally preserved land snail with dense periostracal hairs from mid-Cretaceous Kachin (Burmese) amber. Here we document four newly-discovered shells from Kachin amber, one belonging to the type species Hirsuticyclus electrum Neubauer, Xing & Jochum, 2019 and the remaining three shells belonging to a new species, Hirsuticyclus canaliculatus sp. nov. Well-preserved morphological characteristics of these two species could be clearly demonstrated under light microscopy combined with modern micro-CT scans with computer 3D reconstructions. Our new material of the type species amends the generic diagnosis based on a better-preserved shell including the peristome and operculum. The new species shows distinctive shell characteristics such as numerous spiral keels and a flaring, folded peristome interrupted by two canals. These excellently preserved fossils contribute to our understanding of the morphological diversity and evolution of these ancient members of cyclophoroids.

A new species of the serpulid genus Metavermilia Bush, 1905 and a new record of the genus Omphalopomopsis Saint-Joseph, 1894 are described from deep-sea lava rocks collected from 2,013 m at Cross Seamount, southwest of the Hawaiiarchipelago. Metavermilia zibrowii sp. nov., differs from its congeners mostly by the presence of a simple and concaveoperculum, extent of the thoracic membrane and tube morphology. Omphalopomopsis langerhansii (Marenzeller, 1885)is the type species of the genus and it is only known through its type specimen. This species is characterized by a simpleoperculum with a shallow convex calcareous endplate, cylindrical peduncle, presence of Apomatus chaetae and high num-ber of teeth in the thoracic uncini. This is the first record of this species outside the type locality and both genera are newly recorded for the Hawaiian Islands.

Additional specimens of three newly described Chilean species of Trophon s.l. Monfort, 1810 have been dredged recently off south-central Chile, and we here list the new data and illustrate the radulae. Another species, Trophon wilhelmensis Ramírez-Bohme, 1981, is combined with Coronium Simone, 1996. Pagodula concepcionensis n. sp. is described and another species remains unidentified. A type species is designated for Pagodula Monterosato, 1884. Part of the new material comes from an area of methane seepage located northwest of the Bay of Concepción, from 726 to 930 m depth. Many drilled valves of two species of chemosymbiotic clams (Calyptogena gallardoi Sellanes & Krylova, 2005 and Thyasira methanophila Oliver & Sellanes, 2005) were also obtained at the seep site. We assume that this holes document attacks of this trophonines to the clams.

A new species of terrestrial ascomycetes belonging to the genus Lonicericola (Pleosporales, Dothideomycetes) found on dead branches of Caprifolioideae sp. in Yunnan Province, China is described and illustrated. A new classification is proposed to accommodate the new taxon based on the interpreted results from multigenic phylogenetic inference and micro morphological comparisons. The analysis of a combined SSU, LSU, ITS rDNA and tef1 dataset significantly supports both the shared monophyletic origin of Lonicericola in Parabambusicolaceae as well as L. fuyuanensis as a distinct new species. Comparisons of the distinct morphology of the new species L. fuyuanensis with the type species of the genus, L. hyaloseptispora, and other genera of the family Parabambusicolaceae are made.

This work also includes a new record of Rhynchocyrtus gen. nov. and a new species from a remnant rainforest area of the Northeast region, in Pernambuco State, Brazil.

Two specimens of Hypoxylon were collected from Yunnan, southwestern China. Hypoxylon baihualingense, an undescribed species of Hypoxylon (Xylariales, Hypoxylaceae), is described and illustrated as a new species based on a combination of morphological and phylogenetic (ITS and β-tubulin sequences) data. The new species is characterized by its glomerate to pulvinate stromata with ostiolar discs and asci lacking an apical apparatus. The differences between the new species and some morphologically similar Hypoxylon species are discussed. Hypoxylon polyporoideum is reported as a new record from China.
