This chapter attempts to study the intentions to use cloud-based CRM applications through a combination between a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and a Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). To test the different links identified in the research model, a research questionnaire was prepared and sent to marketing managers within Saudi SMEs in Saudi Arabia. A total of 41 useful questionnaires were collected. The authors opted to the structural equation modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze data. The tests are prepared with XLstat software since it integrates both factor analysis and PLS modules. Among the main statistical analyses, the authors conclude that the TPB-TAM is suitable to study cloud CRM. From a managerial perspective, the authors expect that cloud CRM is perceived with good impression and that this new technology should be implemented strongly and gradually in SMEs to improve the quality of services provided to customers and organizations.

Snapchat, and Instagram are two social networks which recently gain their users after adopting such a feature called "Story" which allows a certain post to be disappeared after a certain time. This research takes up this technology trends analyzing the factors that probably affect the behavioral intention to use Snapchat and Instagram stories among generation Z. Factors are analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling, with basis model and variables from Technology Acceptance Model. Data collection was targeted to finished within 1 week using online questionnaire with respondent from Jakarta and Tangerang for 100 respondent that are using both Snapchat stories and Instagram Stories. There are two tools researcher usually use to analyze Structural Equation Modeling: SPSS AMOS and LISREL. In this research, researchers choose AMOS. From six hypothesis proposed for Snapchat analysis, four hypothesis is accepted, while the other two are rejected. Meanwhile, on Instagram Stories analysis, five hypothesis is accepted and one hypothesis is rejected. This study finds out the Social Presence is an exogenous variable which has a major role in affecting other variables. While Perceived Enjoyment influenced the behavioral intention to use Snapchat and Instagram Stories the most. This paper seeks to explore factors that determine the university student’s acceptance and adoption behavior towards online education platforms in Saudi Arabia (SA) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research relied mainly on two theories: Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Five different constructs were utilized from those theories to investigate the university student’s intention toward using online education platforms. The proposed model and its five hypotheses were tested by conducting a quantitative survey across social media to university students from different regions around SA. For the model validity, the measurement model was analyzed using a structural equation modeling technique applied using SmartPLS software. The survey sample consisted of 708 university students in different regions of SA. The analysis results show that Performance Expectancy (PE) and Facilitating Conditions (FC) affect students’ Attitude toward Using (ATU) and that ATU positively affects Behavioral Intention (BI). Nevertheless, Effort Expectancy (EE) is not significantly related to ATU. Thus, the level of difficulty in using the online education platform is not an effective determinant factor that would change the student’s attitude.

Abstract Background: It is essential to improve the quality of services to satisfy health tourists. Thus, the present study was conducted to determine the relationship between quality of health services and tourism in Mashhad. Methods: In this descriptive study, there were 120 subjects from the first population and 384 from the second. They completed a standard questionnaire with items related to demographic characteristics and tourism facilities in the five districts (north, south, east, west, and center) of Mashhad from 2017 to 2018. Data was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). Spss21 and LISREL8.50 were used as the software. Results: t-test results showed that the factor loadings were more than 1.96, so there was a correlation between the quality of services provided and health tourism in Mashhad. Conclusion: According to the results, the importance of health tourism is so high that efforts for its development it in the region will lead to an all-comprehensive development. Hence, it is suggested that by strengthening the quality of services health tourism be improved in Mashhad.

E-government offers unprecedented opportunities for innovating and transforming the way public service is delivered. To ensure successful e-government, it is necessary to understand how citizens accept new technology and receive services from e-government. In the context of e-government acceptance, this paper introduces and tests three well-known theoretical models-SERVQUAL, the American Customer Service Index, and the technology acceptance model-adapted from the service quality and technology acceptance literature. In addition, a new process model of e-government acceptance is synthesized and proposed. Using structural equation modeling methods, empirical fittests are carried out to evaluate the potential and explanation power of four theoretical e-government acceptance models. The results show that each model has a high potential for explaining e-government acceptance processes by citizen. Fitted theoretical models imply that the key ingrediencts for successful e-government are service quality, ease of use, and usefulness, which strongly suggests that for successful e-government, citizen focused e-government is crucial. E-government is a moving target, and the results hint at strategic directions for e-government development.
