Large cover area and long distance transmission are main characteristics of a meteorological communication network. A satellite communication technology has been mainly adopted in the field of meteorological communication for a long time, because an optical communication technology has become the important support technology during a new network transformation, meteorological departments establish a nationwide meteorological broadband network. The paper aims at the structure of the Guangxi meteorological broadband network, points out how to use a routing strategy which combines a border gateway protocol (BGP) with an open shortest path first interior gateway protocol (OSPF) to solve the problem of entire network routing flapping and provides a basic method to dynamically realize the quality of service (QoS) guarantee of various kinds of service data in the meteorological broadband communication network by combining meteorological data services and class based queueing (CBQ).

Building scheduling algorithms in satellite communication links became a necessity according to the typical problems that satellite networks suffers from, such as congestions, jamming, mobility, atmospheric impairment, and achieving the quality of service (QoS) requirements. However, building efficient algorithms needs several considerations that should be taken into account. Such as satellite and earth station node(s), link parameters and specifications, along with the service requirements and limitations. This paper presents efficient approach for accumulating the effective considerations that the designer should employ as a framework for building proper and efficient scheduling algorithm. The proposed approach provides proper solutions to the satellite communications impairments and satisfies the quality of service requirements in satellite communication networks.

The purpose of this research is to build a network that connects the head office and branch offices Astridogroup Indonesia, with the hope of the entire performance can be improved connections to support business objectives. To meet these needs and the failures of communication technology that was used, in which the technology is to use a connection that can always be online in the hope of quality of service close to 100%. The technology used is to use two connection lines, the first is to use optical fiber Metronet, and the second VPN using wifi internet, so that if one connection dies , the another connection would be a backup, to set both the connection failover using mikrotik router.

The paper proposes a solution to the problem of selecting the bandwidth capabilities of digital communication channels of a transport communication network taking into account the imbalance of data traffic by priorities. The algorithm for selecting bandwidth guarantees the minimum costs associated with renting digital communication channels with optimal bandwidth, provided that the requirements for quality of service of protocol data blocks of the first, second, and k-th priority in an unbalanced in terms of priorities transport communication network are met. At the first stage of solving the problem, using the method of Lagrange multipliers, an algorithm for selecting the capacities of digital communication channels for a balanced in terms of priorities transport network was developed. High performance of this algorithm was ensured by applying algebraic operations on matrices (addition, multiplication, etc.). At the second stage of solving the problem, using the generalized Lagrange multipliers method, we compared the conditional extrema of the cost function for renting digital communication channels for single active quality of service requirements for protocol data blocks, for all possible pairs of active quality of service requirements for protocol data blocks, for all possible triples of active requirements for the quality of service of protocol data units, and so on up to the case when all the requirements for quality of service maintenance of protocol data units are active simultaniously. At the third stage of solving the problem, an example of selecting the bandwidth capabilities of digital communication channels of the unbalanced by priorities transport network consisting of eight routers serving protocol data blocks of three priorities was considered. At the fourth stage of the solution of the problem of the choice of carrying capacities the estimation of efficiency of the developed algorithm by a method of simulation modeling was carried out. To this end, in the environment of the network simulator OMNet ++, the unbalanced in terms of priority transport communication network consisting of eight routers connected by twelve digital communication channels with optimal bandwidth was investigated.

В работе предложен алгоритм распределения полосы пропускания логического канала мультисервисной сети связи, позволяющий повысить качество обслуживания для отдельных сервисов в условиях, когда арендуемый у оператора связи ресурс пропускной способности характеризуется недостаточной наблюдаемостью и отсутствует обмен метками QoS на транспортном уровне. The paper proposes algorithm of bandwidth distribution of a logical channel of a multiservice communication network, which makes it possible to improve the quality of service for individual services in conditions when the bandwidth resource leased from a telecom operator is characterized by insufficient observability and there is no exchange of QoS tags at the transport level.
