The research aims to assess the functional efficiency of private education institutions when performing their task at a high level to satisfy the needs of the city’s residents. It has been recently noticed that people favor private education to government institutions education; a matter which has led to the phenomenon of its spread, and to access its consequences. Its spread has competed not only the governmental institutions, but also the private institutions among themselves in providing the best educational services and survive accordingly. The present paper further examines the pressing negative side on the teaching faculty, especially with regard to their monthly income. The positive and negative points altogether have made it urgent to find the best and proper solutions to enhance faculty members’ output, and increase their positive sides to serve the educational service. Such steps cannot be achieved without conducting tests inside these private educational institutions to interpret all their scientific queries. The study has used the descriptive, functional and analytical approach, and adopted a field study by collecting relevant data and information for the purpose of the research and its problem based on the reality of the facilities of this service for the year (2020). The first two questionnaire forms were distributed to a sample of (1520) parents of students in private schools, by taking one student per family. The second sample amounted to (200) survey forms distributed to the teaching faculty. Results have shown that the high percentage of students registered in the primary stage greatly surpassed the rest of the educational stages. Besides, the increase in the educational level provided by these institutions is the reason for its spread; that is why, the level of students’ parents’ satisfaction has increased to (good) level.

Abstract Modern agriculture needs proper solutions to face the current trend of pesticides and fertilizers reduction. One of the available leverages to support this transition is the use of bioproducts that are more environmentally friendly and less hazardous for human health. Among them, blue biotechnology and more precisely seaweed and microalgae gain interest every year in the scientific community. In agriculture, seaweeds (Macroalgae) have been used in the production of plant biostimulants while microalgae still remain unexploited. Microalgae are widely described as renewable sources of biofuels, bioingredients and biologically active compounds, such as polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), carotenoids, phycobiliproteins, sterols, vitamins and polysaccharides, which attract considerable interest in both scientific and industrial communities. They affect agricultural crops for enhancement of plant growth, seedling growth. They can also improve nutrient incorporation, fruit setting, resistance properties against pests and diseases, improving stress management (drought, salinity and temperature). The present review aimed at the interest of blue biotechnology in agronomy, with a specific focus on microalgae, their biological activities and their possible application in agriculture as a potentially sustainable alternative for enhanced crop performance, nutrient uptake and resilience to environmental stress. This review does not only present a comprehensive study of microalgae as plant biostimulants but also as biofertilizers, with a particular emphasis on future challenges these solutions will have to deal with, microalgae being able to synthesize secondary metabolites with potential biopesticidal action.

The complexities inherent in the process of reconstruction is one that cannot be overemphasized, most importantly, the need to reconstruct NATO in the post Trump era. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization was established in 1949 with the aim of providing collective security against threats and ideological conflicts posed by the Soviet Union. The United States of America has since then played strategic, pivotal and leadership roles for the sustainability of NATO. The organization's essential purpose is to safeguard the liberty and security of all its members by both political and military endeavors. Collective defense and security heart is the alliance, as well as the need to foster unity, solidarity and cohesion amongst member states. This paper, hinged on historical and analytical approaches, examines the essence of NATO from a historical perspective, and proper solutions as regards the reconstruction of NATO in the post Trump era. Evidently, realities on ground show the need to reconcile alongside member states, the vision and purpose of NATO in the 21st Century.

Purpose This study aims to analyze how different room-committing practices affect the occupancy and profitability of hotels and it critically reviews the role of minimum-length-of-stay (MLOS) requirements given these findings. Design/methodology/approach The approach uses statistical analysis of simplified contexts to develop understanding, and simulations of more complex situations to confirm the relevance in realistic contexts. Findings The study demonstrates that proper solutions of the room-committing problem improve occupancy and profitability, in particular, for hotels working in high-season and high-occupancy situations. Smart committing algorithms diminish the role of MLOS requirements. More demand can be accepted without sacrificing late-arriving long reservations. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this work, building upon a previous one cited in this paper, is the first to rigorously study the room-committing problem and to demonstrate its relevance in practical situations and its implications on MLOS rules.

The EU’s “Green Deal” plans a carbonfree energy mix, neglecting nuclear energy, despite high social costs. Photovoltaic and wind power plants lack proper solutions for storing the excessive electricity. Their EROI is still lower compared to that of conventional sources. A complementary pair of combined cycle gas turbines (CCGT) and photovoltaics is a good solution for regular electricity supplies for households at affordable prices. Such a model is based on consumption data in Ruse (Bulgaria), delivered by Nicola Mihaylov et al. It also includes data, delivered by RIS Elektro OOD – a solar park operator. Matching consumption fluctuations with production fluctuations gives the following: A 1 MW CCGT that supplies up to 1,600-1700 households is combined with a 250 kW photovoltaic park. The calculations show that because of the park the CCGT should operate with lower EROI and "green surcharge" in the consumers’ price. The optimal solution for energy deliveries requires a better balance between political, technical and economic factors.

BACKGROUND COVID-19 or coronavirus disease 2019 is the pandemic that had hit all the aspect of the human life in a negative way. Proper solutions needs to be find out before situation worsens. SUMMARY COVID-19 affected the mental wellbeing of all the people inhabiting the earth in some way or the other. As extreme uncertainty is attached to the event, it is impossible to forecast the future which everyone care about. In that quest we become anxious and forget to fully live the present which can be a slippingpoint to depression. Proper use of technology like telemedicine can be done to ensure larger penetration of psychological services. CONCLUSION More study between the effects of pandemic and its effect on mental health needs to be done. Telemedicine and communication can be the game changer in such times of distress to tackle the problem of social distress.

This paper discusses green infrastructure, which can be considered a useful tool in the process of ensuring the sustainable development of rural structures in the polish Carpathian region. It allows for achieving a better quality of the environment of human life and healthy wildlife linkages. The element that supports defining information about the existing state of green infrastructure and its resources is the green infrastructure fragmentation coefficient based on edge effect calculations, which is the relation between the edge of the patch (circumference) to its surface area. With the use of model analysis of green infrastructure, it is possible to implement the provisions of the Carpathian Convention and coordinate planning documents that facilitate the sustainable development of spatial structures. Our study on the state of green infrastructure in rural areas of the Polish Carpathian Mountains is a source of knowledge about the quality of this area, its natural environment and fragmentation. Determining the territory’s green infrastructure fragmentation coefficient provides an opportunity for higher-precision studies and the detection of threats and integration of GI fragments and addressing proper solutions in conflict areas.

Transportation costs account for a large portion of business expense in any logistics firm; thus, achieving proper solutions that manage those transportation activities well and reduce such expense should be the number one priority for the business. Essentially, such logistics management involves the routing plans for company vehicles that perform delivery/pick up and also the number of vehicles utilized. This study investigated and compared the optimization performances of routing algorithms using simulated geographic data based in Chiang Rai, Thailand, emulating the post office operation which had 1 post office, 4 delivery vehicles and 2 delivery zones (2 vehicles per zone): 65 customer locations for zone A and 74 for zone B. The major objective of this particular routing problem, called Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), was that the total delivery distance of those 4 delivery vehicles combined should be minimized; moreover, those vehicles mush finish their delivery operation within a time constraint, set at 2 hours. The optimization algorithms, employed for the routing procedures, were Large Neighborhood Search (LNS), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Differential Evolution (DE) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), combined into 3 hybrid algorithms (LNS|PSO, LNS|DE and LNS|ACO). Those hybrid algorithms including pure ones (DE, PSO and ACO) were compared for their optimization performances; and the results showed that LNS|ACO hybrid algorithm was superior than the other two hybrid ones and also far better than pure DE, PSO and ACO algorithms at various parameter variants. Additionally, most algorithms (hybrid and pure ones) finished the delivery routing within the time constraint of 2 hours except only for the pure algorithms at minimum parameter variant.

This research work proposes a fully automated framework which can perform deep analysis of employees’ performance and job fitness using data mining and prediction methods.
