Abstract With the rapid development of computer networks, more hosts are connected to the Internet where they could communicate with each other. The need for network service has exceeded the service capacity of the network, and the Quality of Service (QoS) is gradually declining. Based on existing Shortest Path First (SPF) algorithm, this paper proposes a new QoS required transmission path approach by considering the overhead balance of network resources. This paper uses the entropy granularity as the main line in the application of routing protocols. Firstly, it researches the optimization of routing algorithms for network load balancing resources, routing algorithms based on link traffic distributing weights, link weight optimization based on adaptive genetic algorithm and computational intelligence based on entropy granularity theory. This research proposes a method to apply entropy granularity to Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) routing, including the implementation of the method. After that, a case study is presented by using some examples.

Abstract Complete place visioning is an idea of designing active places in the city space. It is important part of urban design so as to act in accordance with inhabitants’ needs and provide vivid and socially desired places. In the paper there is presented an idea of complete places visioning introduced into academic learning system within the urban planning course at the Faculty of Architecture of Poznan University of Technology. The presented example of collaborative and problem oriented learning seems to be a useful tool in solving real urban problems and aiming at improving a quality of a city space. In the paper, collaboration is considered also in terms of participatory planning. There is shown the case study of polish commune Tarnowo Podgórne in which the project of civic activity centre together with neighboring public space is designed and realized as the final result of longterm collaboration between academic institutes and municipality.

Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a multisystem autoimmune disorder caused by unknown factors. Which results in fibrosis of the skin, blood vessels, and visceral organs, including the gastrointestinal tract, lungs, heart, and kidneys. One among subset is referred to as diffuse cutaneous scleroderma and characterized by the rapid development of symmetric skin thickening of proximal and distal extremity, face, and trunk. When it affects on musculoskeletal system, the synovium in patients with arthritis is similar to that seen in early rheumatoid arthritis and shows edema with infiltration of lymphocytes and plasma cells. A 35-year-old house wife with this diagnosis came to OPD, which is managed by the principle of Amavata (diseases of connective tissue in Ayurveda) line of treatment. Vaitarana basti and Valuka sweda has done for 7 days with oral medication Vaishwanara churna ½ teaspoon with first morsal of food for 3 times. The rapid development of the era requires guidance and counseling teachers to be more creative in providing services. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of 21st century skills based on the Internet of Things (IoT) based on categorization. The sample of this study was 53 people consisting of school counselors in Sukoharjo and students of professional education and counselling teachers at one university. The method used is a one-shot case study. The results showed that the average 21st century counsellor's skills of 54.3% were in the 'medium' category. This can be interpreted that the skills of 21st century counsellor when participating in IoT-based skills development workshops have good criteria. However, it is possible that there is a need to improve skills again so that the quality of guidance and counselling services is getting better and more effective.

Purpose Misophonia is a sound tolerance disorder condition in certain sounds that trigger intense emotional or physiological responses. While some persons may experience misophonia, a few patients suffer from misophonia. However, there is a dearth of literature on audiological assessment and management of persons with misophonia. The purpose of this report is to discuss the assessment of misophonia and highlight the management option that helped a patient with misophonia. Method A case study of a 26-year-old woman with the complaint of decreased tolerance to specific sounds affecting quality of life is reported. Audiological assessment differentiated misophonia from hyperacusis. Management included retraining counseling as well as desensitization and habituation therapy based on the principles described by P. J. Jastreboff and Jastreboff (2014). A misophonia questionnaire was administered at regular intervals to monitor the effectiveness of therapy. Results A detailed case history and audiological evaluations including pure-tone audiogram and Johnson Hyperacusis Index revealed the presence of misophonia. The patient benefitted from intervention, and the scores of the misophonia questionnaire indicated a decrease in the severity of the problem. Conclusions It is important to differentially diagnose misophonia and hyperacusis in persons with sound tolerance disorders. Retraining counseling as well as desensitization and habituation therapy can help patients who suffer from misophonia.
