Real-Time Attitude Simulation of Aerocraft Using dSPACE Emulator and Three-Axis Turn Table

To solve the problem of ground simulation of aerocraft attitude in hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS), recurrence of aerocraft attitude is realized using dSPACE emulator and three-axis turn table. The hardware configuration and key technologies of control system are introduced. Construction and downloading of the dynamic model is done in dSPACE monitor computer, the model is calculated in dSPACE emulator. The communication between dSPACE and turn table is settled with serial-port of DS4201s card. The rotate motion of the inner middle and outer axis correspond to the three-channel motion of the aerocraft body. Simulation results indicate that dSPACE finish calculating complicated dynamic model, sending and receiving velocity data through serial-port is proper, bandwidth of turn table satisfies the need of simulation. Real rotating velocity of turn table is displayed using Controldesk tools, and fits well with the digital simulation data in pitching yawing and rolling directions, and the need for real-time attitude simulation in HILS is satisfied.

In order to supply a reliable and low-cost method for construction machinery real-time test, take a hydraulic excavator for example. Especially for testing controllers and evaluating the performance of strategies, a hardware-in-the loop platform has been developed based on the xPC real-time system. The hardware-in-the-loop system, including dynamic model of the excavator and an 3D real-time display subsystem, is presented in this paper. The simulation results are also described at the end of the paper.

The real-time radar signal sorting is one of the key technologies for electronic reconnaissance, first analyzes the defects of traditional main sorting algorithms, and then proposes a comprehensive main sorting algorithm. The method first uses the SDIF algorithm to sort PRI fixed and PRI stagger radar signal, then uses dynamic expansion association method to search PRI jitter radar signal. When using the SDIF algorithm, in order to improve the efficiency of extraction of PRI, first taking amplitude pretreatment, then only accumulate the signals whose amplitude meet certain requirements. After extracting PRI, extract to the original full pulse sequence. Simulation results show that the method of sorting has high accuracy and good real-time.

Information about vehicle dynamics states is indispensable for modern dynamics control system on vehicle today. For economic reasons, a technique called “virtual sensor” which bases on dynamical model of vehicle and an observation algorithm are used to estimate real states of vehicle. In this paper, a system based on Hardware-in-the-loop simulation will be used to estimate the vehicle states in real time. CarSim is a professional software for simulating the dynamics of vehicle which is used as a virtual vehicle in this paper. An observer based on Luen-berge method is developed and implemented by Arduino Mega 2560 board. Matlab/Simulink plays the role of acquistion and data transfer center. The simulation results show the good performance of observer in real time condtion when the estimated values are well converged to real values given by CarSim.

According to the first project using SVC to mitigate SSO in China, this paper builds the system model based on real time digtal simulator,and gives an introduction to the sysem model. Under typical operation mode and fault conditions,the performance of SVC is fully validated,it also analysis and comparise the performance of SVC under different operation modes. Simulation results show that the SVC can mitigate the SSO phenomenon.
